I've got some problems with AI in latest Photoshop, when I try to expand a photo or using the lassotool to remove something I get a box with some text that there are a Issue. Is this Issue at Photoshop or Adobe? I've tried to change PS to 26.2 insted of 26.3 but still same Issue.

Hi there,

I've spoken to some colleagues and we are all experiencing issues with Generative Fill / AI on Photoshop Classic & Beta models. We tested both versions of Photoshop on a laptop that hadn't been updated in a while and it seems to be an issue on the latest version and even previous iterations. Error message: "We've encountered an issue and can't complete your request at this time. Please try again later.", screenshot attached.

Any support would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Bonjour,

J'ai un souci de génération d'image sur photoshop. En effet, une fois l'action de génération faites il y a un chargement et à la fin du chargement il y a une stagnation et un message d'erreur (capture d'écran du message d'erreur ci-joint). La version de photoshop et du creative cloud que j'utilise à date est la dernière. Je n'ai pas eu de précédent. C'est un point bloquant dans mon activité professionnel. Comment puis-je régler ce soucis ?

A barra generativa carrega porém nada é gerado, atualizei, o photoshop pra ultima versão, testei em todos os metodos de expansão Generativa possivel (photoshop beta, adobe express, etc..) e não funcionou!

In PS, the option Generative Fill has stopped generating my request today due to an issue. Then I've updated the PS to 26.3.0, but the issue still persist. I have 30 credits left. My GPU is compatible. I even have restarted my Mac. Why is it not working then?
