(AeVideoFilter:14) I opened Premiere this morning and am continuously getting this error code when trying to do anything in volumetric. I have updated and reinstalled the app and still keep getting this warning. I can't find any conclusive answers and was wondering if anyone had a solution. Thanks!

Hello! I've been using Premiere Pro for years now for video editing but recently it just keeps crashing no matter what project I'd like to do. And I can't do anything except for moving the timeline. I just started a new project, didn't do anything except for cutting the breaks between the speech, and it crashed again. I tried reopening a few times. Restarting my computer, restarting premier with the option button, clearing catches and disabling 3rd party, resetting preferences, NOTHING WORKS. I have a 2022 MacBook Pro 13 inch so, which is never overheated so I Don't think that would be the issue either.. Please Fix this because it is getting really annoying.

I'm working on an edit that is in an anamorphic aspect ratio 2:1, and I have graphics from AE dynamically linked on the timeline. The graphics look jagged and pixelated in Premiere, even when I render them out of After Effects and drop them in that way.  I've matched the sequence settings and it still seems to be pixelated. I've also tried interpreting the linked comp, trying the different field orders and pixel aspect ratios with no success.  System specs are Windows 11, 11th Gen i9-11900K, Nvidia RTX A5000 and 64GB RAM. I've attached screenshots of the sequence and composition settings. 

Issues with the new interface:- the new Vibrant Label mode sometimes appear with white texts, and it can't readable in some occasion. Ex.: yellow background)- After Exporting something, the Program monitor disappear, I have to switch Workspace, and then back to the original Workspace, to reappear.- any changes in the Export interface is super slow, wherever you click, you have to wait several seconds for actual change, never experienced anything like this- in the Metadatas, MXF files from ARRI doesn't have 'Camera label' option, Canon R6 files have, but not get recognize if I was changed them to any Camera Label... This should be very important for 'Create Mulit Camera Source Sequence...' It was a gamechanger thing before this bigger update. BRAW and R3D still works fine.Win11, i7-12800H, 64GB RAM, RTX 3080Ti 

Since the 24.4 update I have all kinds of visual artifacts when I retime a Sony XAVC Long QFHD file and especially when reversing a clip when playing the files in Premiere. Before 24.4 this was never an issue. For now I found a temporary workaround by using Render and Replace on the clips but would love to see this fixed A.S.A.P. (24.5 didn't fix the issue).

Hello, I'm using TBE on 13 subjects / files in premire. 11 of the subjects transribed into english, but 2 subjects were translated into foreign languages and they were speaking english the whole time. I don't have any other language installed on my computer/program, since I've only been working with english speaking subjects. I've tried to start new projects to load in the file into new settings and each time, the transcript is not in english.  I saw some questions on here similar to this, but didn't see an answer. If I ignore transcripts, it doesn't recognize audio to be transcribed anymore. I cannot "re-transcribe" sequence, it is completely greyed out for me. Any tips on how to get this file back to english? Thank you in advance.

When attempting to edit my subtitle text, it not only makes changes to the block of text I am editing, but it also changes the block of text directly following the subtitle. These are two separate graphics clips that were created from splitting a singular graphics clip.1. Transcribe clips in sequence2. Create captions from transcript3. Upgrade captions to graphics4. Cut use the razor tool to cut a graphics clip in half5. Editing one results in the other being changed. This also occurs on occasion when copying graphics clips and editing them. This is extremely unhelpful for adding subtitles throughout long videos as there are many times when Premiere Pro simply doesn't do a good job at identifying what the words are/where the best break is in the flow of the dialogue. That's why it is useful to cut and copy individual graphic caption files and to edit them as their own individual text so that the formating is preserved.

when i opend illustrator, photoshop,Premiere Pro, its showing blank page. will u please fix this bug beacause icant see recent works. when i press the home button again i hve to open new file then its work.   

When doing color grading using several stacked lumetri effects, clip selection update speed bogs down towards zero. It's quite the pain! This has been persisting, and I could track the issue down towards the Effects Controls panel being open or not. I've attached two screen recordings for comparison. Note how in the second clip the mouse can't drag the CTI, nor does the Effect Controls panel react to new inputs. After a few (increasingly sorrowful) seconds, everything jumps back into place and I can edit very FLUIDLY as long as I don't switch clips. This has been going on for a while now, and it's really hindering my performance. It's like going full throttle and press the brakes at the same time. PP 24.5.0 Build 57, Win10 x64 (22H2), AMD Ryzen 1950X, 64 GB RAM, NVIDIA 3090, all M.2 NVME drives, with caching/projects on separate disks.

I'm having major trouble with the new 24.4 update. I love some of the new functions, but overall it's unusable:    - The color labels have changed to these random ugly colors, and even if I change the labels in my preferences, the ugly colors return when I re-open premiere (not responding to the changes I made in preferences).  - The timeline tracks have been re-sized to a different default, and there's no way to set a default in preferences--nooooo, why? Am I going to be manually re-sizing every timeline for the rest of my life? - My multicam function keeps glitching. When I try to enable multicam in my timeline, the multicam function just switches to different black screens in my monitor.    These are a few of the problems I've encountered in the past hour of trying to use the new update. I use the Frame.io panel in Premiere quite a bit so I set up a keyboard shortcut (Shift+3) and removed the previous shortcut that was associated with that key.  But it doesn't work. I can press Shift+1 for the project panel, Shift+5 for Effects Controls, etc... but for some reason the Frame.io panel doesn't open when I hit the shortcut I created.  Any idea why? Is it just an obscure bug?

When trying to grab the new crossfade icon to drag out a crossfade and then control the intensity of it, if the audio clip in question is stacked with itself and is thus showing as being out of sync, with red sync marks, you are unable to grab or drag the crossfade icon.Once you get the crossfade in there and get the icon out of the way it is then possible to click and drag it.

Dear all, I have a lot of crashes with Premiere Pro (and sometimes LR Classic as well) since about 4 months. This is the latest error message when Premier Pro crashed on saving and exiting aproject. Below is the c&p from event manager and the specs of my PC.I have followed the Procedures from this websites already:Troubleshooting Premiere Pro: How to Diagnose and Fix Common Problems in 2024.I have de/reinstalled all Abode Products several times and I'm on the latest version of Premiere Pro. Olá.Tenho o Premiere 2023 mas a barra de ferramentas não funciona. Tanto no computador do meu serviço quanto no da minha casa (são contas diferentes) está da mesma forma.A barra de ferramentas não abre as ferramentas que estão em submenu, mas as que não estão funcionam normalmente. Ou seja, a seleção, fatiar e caneta estão ok. A selecionar avanço de faixa, edição de ondulação, escorregar, retângulo, mão e texto funcionam também, mas não abrem as ferramentas da setinha/submenu.Seria problema do computador ou algum bug do programa?

HIIm getting "A low level exception occurred in lumetri Color (AEVideoFilter: 14)" im working with converted hlg3 footage trying to import luts using cinema grade. Does this mean my computer isnt powerful enough? this never happened before. can someone plz help, thanks!

So my premier pro project was open and i got a crash report and a technical fix thing. After clearing that, and restarting app, i realized that all my project files were gone. The only projects left were of 6 months ago. I have searched all Auto saves but nothing is there either.  How can i get all the files back?

Ya eh consultado en el foro y no soy la primera persona que tiene ese problema, no niego que las nuevas versiones de Adobe premiere posterior a la 24.3 estan muy bien graficamente, pero al cabo de unos momentos en mi edicion, simplemente se cierra, sin permitirme guardar cambio alguno, reconoce que se ha cerrado inesperadamente el programa, pero ya una nueva version (24.5) y sigue persistiendo el problema!!Inclusive, puedo estar en otra ventana, ejemplo Chrome, File Explorer, Bridge y cuando quiero regresar a premiere, resulta que no esta abierto en mi barra de tareas, volviendolo a abrir, reconoce que se cerro el programa inesperadamente.Revisando en el rendimiento, no tengo problemas ya que no ocupa toda la potencia de mi cpu salvo a obviamente procesar y renderizar, asi que no deberia de porque colapsar el programa en media edicion.Ya borre cache, inicie sin que cargue plugins de terceros, restableci la configuracion y sigue el problema.Me siento orillado a usar 24.3 que es la versi

Hello. Adobe Premiere Pro starts to freeze for me after adding effects and color correction to videos for more than 20 minutes, although the computer copes without problems, as if the cache is clogged. Up to this point everything is working fineHow can this be fixed?

so i built this new pc config CPU-AMD Ryzen 9 7950X motherboard - asus proart x670e-creator wifi Ram- 64 gb ddr5 graphics - nvidia geforce rtx 4080 16gb nvme 2tb for system   so whenever i start new project it plays perfectly but after an hour while playing timeline this wierd graphic glitch keeps up poping and it wont go .also it slows system .even when i add normal HD MP4 files this problem is there . i am fustrated nowi have attached video also please help me .

Olá pessoal, estou com um probleminha no premiere pro, no meu macbook pro m3 max, que quando vou fazer a renderização do arquivo, e vou lá em efeito para colocar o tome code de supreposição em cima do video padrão do premirere, ele está aparecendo somente quadrinhos e não os numeros. Já instalei uma versão anterior a ultima versão disponível mais mesmo assim ainda continua com o erro. I've been using the Enhance Speech feature for a few months, and recently (within the last two weeks or so) it's begun to hallucinate voices during gaps in speech, where there should just be a low background hum from outside noise. It's nonsense, just various words being mumbled. I've tried adjusting the slider but it's still happening even with the mix amount at 2. This is making the tool unusable for me, cutting every single quiet moment to set a different sound type would take forever. My filming setup hasn't changed, same microphone being used each time.I'm on version 24.5.0 build 57.
