I've been working on a PPro project with essentials graphics for the past week, and after 2 weeks I am trying to open the project and PPro immediately crashed and quit. I cannot get the project to open in the latest PPro release at all. The project has some linked AE comps; I also updated AE to the latest version today, so there's not a version inconsistency. I can create a new PPro project seemingly without problems.

In one of my projects, as soon as I try to play from the timeline video freezes.I can play individual clips in folders and even on the timeline by doubleclicking them. But as soon as I try to play on the timeline, it freezes and I can't play any more videos at all, even in folders.My other projects works..I have tried empying cashe and resetting preferences. System info    Application: Premiere Pro (Beta) v24.2.0.39    OS: macOS v13.5.1, RAM: 64,00 GB GB, CPUs (logical): 10

Hi - Every time i drag a graphic from essential graphics onto my timeline in premiere pro, it won't allow me to purchase with my credits and instead redirects me to Adobe stock which asks me to purchase more credits. Is this a bug? Previously, i've had no trouble purching graphics in premiere pro and i have plenty of credits available 

Tutorials wont play after downloading!

When editing Insta360 videos in the .insv format, it keeps a square ratio when using the 5888 x 2944 resolution. It adds black-letterboxing on top and below the rectangular image. It exports this way as well, making it unusable for VR video. Is there a fix for this?

1. Je commence par tenter une transcription de la partie son du segment sélectionné. C'est du Français mais Première ne demande jamais quelle langue c'est. Comment le devine-t-il ?2. Où est la prétendue intelligence artificielle ? Le texte produit comporte énormément d'erreur et certaines répliques n'ont aucun sens.3. Une fois la transcription terminée, je n'ai jamais la possibilité de créer une piste de sous-titres. Quand je clique sur "Sous-titres", j'obtiens une fenêtre noire sans aucun texte. Il semble qu'une sous-fen^tre s'ouvre mais on n'en voit qu'un très petit morceau, le reste se trouvant en dehors de la fenêtre.4. Je ne suis pas arrivé aussi loin mais le logiciel va-t-il demander sous quelle forme je désire exporter les sous-titres. I'm trying to create captions from the transcription of the audio from my timeline and it is delivering captions in German and not in English. Can't see where to change the language.

Two issues to note (beta 24.2.0 build 34)1. When exporting from a PP project with multiple sequences and sending straight to Adobe Media Encoder, AME will not use the name of the sequence. It seems to just repeat the first name used when exporting from that project.  So if I export sequence xxxx and then go back and change the name of hte sequence to xxxy, AME will continue to throw up path/ xxxx requiring hte user to manually adjust teh file name. PS the path is never updated to the last path used either but i think this is normal but annoying behaviour.  2. When exporting using "Send to Adobe Media encoder" on extenal monitors the  top menu on the program window monitor will not have the option to send to Adobe Media encoder. This does not happen every time - appears to be random. Perhaps related to memory?

I have a Macbook Pro with an M2 chip and the video does not play back at all.Impossible to work with. I have seen videos where people say the 2021 version of premiere plays it back no problem but i'm not trying to go to an outdated version of premiere when all the goods are on here now. Please fix playback.

I put a video with English audio onto my timeline and the transcript contains jumbled text. Seems Danish. I want English transcription not in any other language. I am using the Premiere Pro 24.02 Beta version on my Windows 11. I dragged the video onto the sequence and it auto-transcribed in this language. It has been working well until now on other videos. 

After updating from 24.2.0.33 to v24.2.0.34, my motion graphics template stopped working, stating:To use this Motion Graphics template in Premiere Pro, please install After Effects 2024.0 (trial or license) and retry.

Everytime I click on the audio tab Premiere Pro (Beta) crashed immidiately. 

In the latest Beta version o Premiere Pro (24.2.33) opening Essential Sound panel causes the software to instantly crash as soon as you select a clip of any kind.  

Issue started after I added enhance speech to some of the audio. I can still drag the bar through the project, but none of the video or audio changes/plays. When I click play it doesn't play and I can't export the project either.

Keeps crashing in a way that normal premiere pro never has.

Premiere Pro Beta has been shutting down constantly for the last two days and I cannot do anything.

When I click Dialogue, The software closes.

Cada vez que quiero entrar al apartado del menú de sonido esencial, y doy clic para identificar un audio como música o diálogo, premiere se cierra automáticamente de golpe

Hello,Running Premiere Pro Beta 24.2. The program shuts down when selecting clips. No error messages were given. Works fine on the latest non-beta version.

Sometimes this feature works but right now, it won't let me select "import corrected transcript .txt" Does anyone know why this is happening? Do I have something selected wrong? 

I am trying to clean my audio, however whenever I try to open the audio dialogue button Premiere Pro Beta crashes. any help with this?

1. place video and audio on timeline2. send audio to audition3. take noise 4. noise reduce 5. save in audition6. return to premiere and try to switch to the audio layout premiere crashes.

workflow: import clip; use scene auto detect (create bins for each sub-clip); select one clip; generate static transcript with "separate speakers" option --> produces a BSD with "PAGE FAULT IN NON-PAGED AREA" error; reboots PC System profile report attached.
