I believe there may be a regression in Photoshop 27.10 involving DCS files with multiple spot-color channels.  I have a DCS separation file that opens correctly in Photoshop 27.9.1. The file contains a first plate that should be identified as a custom plate called something similar to "Shirt Plate", followed by multiple spot-color channels.  In Photoshop 27.9.1, the channels are interpreted correctly and the spot-color information is associated with the proper plates.  When I open the exact same file in Photoshop 27.10, Photoshop instead creates the first channel as the native "Gray" channel. Once that happens, the spot-color tagging/association of the subsequent channels is also incorrect.  For example, the channel structure in 27.10 appears as:  Gray #1 - Base White #2 - 3945 C #3 - Bright Red C #4 - 2728 C #5 - 446 C #6 - Highlight  The important issue is that the first plate should not be interpreted as Photoshop's process Gray channel. It should retain the custom plate information

Hi Sir, this error comes again and again in every command in Photoshop, like we press the color balance control, press the Epic control or use any shortcut key. This is why I am having a lot of trouble

Photoshop launches normally and operates smoothly at first. However, the moment I open or drag and drop a JPG file into the workspace, Photoshop freezes completely for over two minutes before becoming responsive again.System & Environment Details: Windows OS: Fully updated to the latest build. Adobe Photoshop: Updated to the latest version. “v 27.10” GPU Drivers: Fully updated. Browser: Fully updated. System Status: System is completely clean (ran maintenance and cleanup routines using CCleaner and Wise Disk Cleaner). Troubleshooting Already Attempted: Cleaned system cache and temp files using CCleaner and Wise Disk Cleaner. The issue specifically triggers upon importing/opening JPG files. Could you please advise if this is a known bug in the recent release, or if there is a specific Camera Raw / Color Profile / GPU rendering setting causing this freeze upon opening JPEG assets?

Hi,I am encountering an issue when exporting a sequence from Premiere Pro / Media Encoder.Even though the export format is set to H.264 with Multiplexer set to MP4 and Export Audio enabled, the output renders the video correctly, but the audio is saved as a separate .aac file that cannot be played. Here are the key details of my setup and sequence: Sequence Settings: 3840x2160, 50 fps, Audio: Stereo, 48000 Hz. Export Settings: H.264, Multiplexer: MP4, Audio: AAC 320 kbps / 48 kHz / Stereo. Behavior: The issue persists under both Hardware and Software Encoding. Rendering completes without explicit error codes, but the audio stream fails to multiplex into the final MP4 container. Could you please help me identify what is causing this multiplexing failure and how to resolve it?

I have already activated Adobe Firefly Premium, but my account currently shows the plan as Adobe Firefly Pro Plus. Could you please correct this?

When I selected the Travel template, I was asked to choose 21 images. However, I had to select each image individually, which made the process repetitive and time-consuming. It would be much better if there were an option to select all 21 images at once, or at least select multiple images together. This would make the editing process much faster and more convenient.

I’m interested in learning how other users approach software installation and compatibility problems, especially when an application works correctly on one system but behaves differently on another. Some things I usually check first are:Operating system and application version Required dependencies and runtimes Available disk space and permissions Whether the issue occurs with a clean installation Driver or system compatibility Error messages shown during installation or startupFor those who regularly troubleshoot these issues, what is your usual step-by-step process for identifying the root cause?I’d especially appreciate practical troubleshooting tips that can help avoid unnecessary reinstalls or configuration changes.

After adding two images, the second image suddenly appeared as a completely black screen in the video. I was unable to see the actual image, even though it had been added successfully. The issue made it impossible to properly preview or edit the second image.

On the home page, I clicked the “+” button and added two images. After adding them, the zoom in and zoom out options did not work properly. The controls eventually got stuck and stopped responding completely. And working after some time

June Photoshop on Desktop crashes at launch after update

I am unable to use the Gemini 3.1 model; when I try to use it, I receive an error message stating something like "An error occurred; please try again later." It has been a few days now; it works when I try with a different account, but it doesn't work with some other accounts.

I finally had to reinstall the former Photoshop V 27.9 on both my Windows 11 workstation and Windows 11 laptop for the on-device remove tool for using my installed Nvidia RTX 5080/4090 with16GB VRAM. I’m running the current Nvidia Studio Driver 610.88. However, after updating to regular PS V27.9.1, also includes the current PS Beta V27.9.11, the On-Device remove tool to severely stalls and must cancel to avoid long waits. Using the Cloud selection works, only if on WiFi, but I am still waiting for an update fix for the off-line On-Device to function properly. Whatever changes happened in the PS updates, the On Device Tool was affected. This issue has been ongoing for over three months!! BTW - No logs are necessary to collect send as the identical issue can be recreated on any PC using Windows 11 and the RTX having 16GBVram card at Adobe PS lab, then read the log.

Hi Adobe Support,I’m having an issue with Photoshop. When I open the app, it starts updating, but the update gets stuck at 50% for a long time and doesn’t progress.I tried cancelling the update, but now it is stuck on “Cancelling” and there is no option to stop or close it. Because of this, I’m unable to open Photoshop and continue my work.Could you please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible?

Hello, I'm an Adobe Cloud subscriber. When working on a project in After Effects, the video on the composition screen constantly freezes. Sometimes the timeline progresses and the background music plays, and sometimes the sound and video disappear completely. For example, when this happens on my composition screen, I want to draw a circle with the circle tool; the circle appears in the layers section on the left, but not on the composition screen itself. This is really frustrating; I constantly have to close and reopen After Effects, and when I press the close button, I get an "application not responding" error. Even if I close and reopen the application, it only works smoothly for 5 minutes and then freezes again. I've tried various things to fix this problem for about a week now, including: cleaning in-app disks, lowering the quality, trying to continue my projects by skipping a frame or two, deleting and reinstalling the application, changing the version, and allocating more space t

I keep getting an exclamation mark image in place of my photo result, so it keeps wasting my credits for nothing!

No me ha sidos posible eliminar un texto de una imagen ya que me sale error. Que puedo hacer en ese caso
