Hey, Aero is crashing whener I try to import my model in Obj or GLTB file. Though I tried to reduce the file size while importing, the problem still sustains. It takes some time to load and when it is about to open, it crashes to Send report tab. Anybody come across this? Any advice?Kindly suggest what to do. Thank you.

Hi all,For those who are struggling to create a shareable link on Aero, I would like to share a work around. No idea why this happens and I am hopping the team finds out what is going on and fix it. Meanwhile, try to export the project on your windows app and send the file to your phone (using an iPhone 12 pro max here). Open it and ON YOUR PHONE and from there generate the link. It should work.  Tried to do the same on my iPad but I get the same error as on my desktop. But the iPhone link works like a charm. Hope this helps 🙂 

 The FOLLOW Action works in reverse.  Assigned to FOLLOW Camera, thecharacter just moves further and further away as you walk with your phone.  Works in Preview, but not in the real world. version 0.24.4 and previous.

When I load a jpg-mapped gbl file created in 3dsmax into aero, the color saturation is cut off considerably. I would like to know how to display them with the original coloring.

I was unable to import 3D fbx animations that used to previously work in previous versions of aero.  It would be wonderful to get this issue fixed so that we can create more experiences.

I'm building a scene with the nice Aero tool on OSX. It all went fine: I press share, apply changes and after updating I follow the QR link on my iPhone (14).The appclip opens, the thumbnail and title shows, but it doesn't get past "Preparing scene..."It worked fine a few share-updates before! Please help - there's a lot of work in it:https://adobeaero.app.link/cjcvv6zgQub  

I've created a QR code or link to my file, but once I scan the code or open the link, the app opens but nothing loads. It just says it's preparing the scene. Anyone having this problem? 

The app shows a black blank screen when trying to open a new scene or load an older project. 

I use Aero version 0.235(#125) on my windows PC and version 2.23.6 on my iPad ProWhen I want to create link sharing, it take time longer than usual and did't create Link and QRcode.The error massage display 'Unable to create Link' or 'Unable to create Link. Something went wrong and we couldn't generate your link.'ps.My account is personal general personal account

Adobe Aero is having 2 issues.  (SHARED LINK ERROR)1. Cannot open old file projects as it says share link error.  File shows in my projects list but wont open with that error.  Many files lost or not working.  2. Cannot create share qr or link for new projects im creating.  Just continues to say Setting Up Project with spinning wheel.What is going on?  THIS IN NO WAY IS GOOD FOR THOSE USING THE SOFTWARE FOR BUSINESS!

Geospatial effects aren't loading on phone. Tokyo, iPhone 14 Pro max. 

Was testing a geospatial scene and tried sharing to test across multiple devices (all ios), and they all loaded for a bit and then crashed. Saw that others are experiencing this as well; is it user error or whats going on with aero?

I'm struggling to edit files with image anchors, as when I open the file it asks me to locate the image to even be able to edit this. Where as before I just had a holding image in the file, this makes it difficult to edit the file as soon as you move away from an actual image it just  goes to a screen with a picture of the image anchor that you can't seem to get out off you can't even return to the Home Screen, I'm working on an up to date iPad Pro. I've tried this on other devices and this is the same. Is this just me! This is not a helpful update in fact its a pain 

I'm having a problem with the adobe aero experiences that I created using geospatial creator. They are working fine sometimes, but at sometime it's impossible to load the experiences. i don't know if it's a problem with the server of adobe or what's the problem, but this experiences are made to be viewed from a lot of people, but at some hours (when I need it the most) it's just impossible to start it. its there a way in which I can solve this? I Don't know if there's a pay version which can improve the server or the capacity, I don't know..  can anyone give me some idea? thanks 

I have Been trying out the New Adobe GeoSpatial app and I;m running into some issues. 1) Aero seems to fail importing the 3d data from Google when an address is used. coordinates work 2) Cant create a Sharable link. Get hit with an error message  3) iOS version can't open any file with Geo Anchor so its impossible to test. 4) Cant install on Mac silicon computers Please let me know if you have found solutions or work-arounds to any of these issues

I created 3d text model in Blender and exported it as .fbx , but failed to import in Aero, it showed "Reason: RT3D Import failed".Then, I exported the model as obj file. It imported to Aero sucessfully(. obj + .mtl in zip file), but the texture dosen't showed, only showed in white color. Afterthat, I also tried .usdz and .gltf , it had same problem, can't see the texture.I am using macOS.

Hi, I'm new on Adobe Aero and I followed a tutorial and ready to see the outcome. When sharing the file is stuck on loading 'preparing scene'. I have tried several file sizes (original 70mb) and even a file with not even 5 mb neither of the two work. If I want to open the file on my phone (app), I only see a black screen. Does everybody has the same issue? If not how did you resolve it?

I open the app and it's just stuck on loading documents and have no dicuments to load. I can't do anything on it at all

Hi Support team I recently took a dive into the world of AR on a client project. I work in the field of medical device design and suggested we use Adobe Aero to show of new product concepts at a trade show our client had a booth at. Overall I was impressed with the speed and simplicity of workflow for getting a instrument and consumable from Solidworks into Keyshot and then into Adobe Aero.  This worked really well for me and I was quickly able to itterate with differenc colors, textures, labels etc. BTW, I suggest that you develop some videos on this workflow as it would be useful for other Industrial Designers like myself.  I did however run into one rather significant issue that I was not able to resolve. This was the fact that when my client scanned the QR code I generated and loaded the experience on their iPad some of the parts in the experience were simply not there. Hi there, I have checked the "snap anchor to the ground" option and placed an image sequence asset on the second floor with occlusion masking but the anchor point seems to be shifting around when I go up and down the stairs. (see attached video clip) Is it supposed to be that way? If it is, object/asset alignment problems will occur, especially when creating an AR experience across different height levels where there are staircases or different floor levels.Is there any other ways to overcome this issue? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks! Another problem is that when I activate the AR from the link or QR code from the 5th floor for example, it will regard that as the floor height and I could see my image sequence asset on the 6th floor.It would be nice to have a feature or function to get the altitude of the user and set the anchor point accurately. For example, when I activate my AR experience from the 5th floor, the asset should be on the 2nd floor corridor.

I recntly got back to usig aero and am loving the new interface. I set my action to start automatically and saved as a .real file but it does not start automaticaly. I do not know if it is because i have the Aero app on my phone and it is opening in there but I have to hit preview. is there a way I can test it to see how those that I share it with will view it? I created the experience in the Aero app on a Mac laptop running Monterrey 12.7.2. I used my own 3D animated cartoon Rabbit which I animated in Mixamo. I am playing it on an updated    pro Max and it opens automatically in the app. I do not want my users to have to click to play  to see the danciing Easter Bunny. 

My character model comes in looking really janky and I can't figure out why. The model was created using the Polycam app (photogrammetry), exported as .OBJ, then the whole .OBJ zip folder was drag-and-dropped into Mixamo to rig and add an animation. Then it was saved as .FBX (binary) and imported into Aero desktop, where I added the behavior (the Mixamo animation) and saved as a Dimension file (Aero Experience) on the Creative Cloud. But when I open it on Aero mobile app on my iphone, the character model looks bisected down the middle and really distorted and damaged looking. Any ideas what is going wrong??

Second post - first was marked as spam. Briefly, sysadmin at a university. Aero on some lab machines will not display an imported image, just a placeholder frame with position controls. On our office machines we can create a file with an image (jpg, png) and it works fine. On the lab machines this image won't display in edit or preview, but does when viewing through the shared QR code.Windows 10 (Active Directory bound), Aero version 0.18.4(#243). Graphics card (functioning) Geforce GTX1060, (non-functioning) Geforce 730. I did update graphics drivers, uninstall and reinstall, including removing both Aero folders under appdata\roaming.Attachments show file on phone, but missing image in Aero.
