I have 80 new presets I am trying to import into Camera Raw, and I am able to do this quite easily. However, I would like to place them into 8 separate grouped sets, with 10 presets going into each set. For example, I'd like one set to be named landscapes, another named portraits, etc etc.Right now the presets are stored on my hard drive in 10 different folders with the names I want them to be listed under. If I attempt to drag and drop each of those folders into the Camera Raw settings folder, when I go to Camera Raw in Photoshop, I will find all 80 of them individually listed under "User presets." They will all work perfectly well, but now they are all screwed up out of order. If I go back to the Camera Raw settings folder, they will be seen together, there in the individual sets, I saved them into. I have tried to create empty individual sets, in other words, a set in name only with no presets at this moment associated with them. I would then attempt to have my presets saved into th
Super resolution enhanced files generated in camera raw via bridge show the correct resolution in bridge and photoshop, but show the original resolution in Lightroom and other non-Adobe applications (example from Lightroom attached-note it is an enhanced file, with enhanced file size, but reports and displays at the original 26mp)Is this a known limitation or is there an issue writing dimensions to the file that other apps like Lightroom rely on?
I want to try Super Resolution in ACR 13.2. It says I've already updated that version of ACR. But when I open a RAW file in ACR, it says I'm in 13.1 (and doesn't have the Super Resolution feature).

I went to Adobe Creative Cloud and it told me there was the update for Camera Raw 13.2 available. So I downloaded the update that was available but I can't seem to see where it saved anything to my computer. I am trying to find the file to unzip it and after scouring my whole computer there is nothing there. When I go to Adobe's website it tells me to go back to Creative Cloud to do the update. There is no installer on the Adobe site. I'm completely confused. I looked at my recent downloads and there is nothing there and the Creative Cloud shows me being up to date but the update is not showing in Photoshop.

I've been trying to edit about 100 photos in camera raw for a while now. Occasionally about 20-50 photos in the app crashes and doesn't even give me a crash report. Sometimes I can edit for 5 minutes before crashing, and sometimes I can edit for 30 minutes before crashing.
I updated to the 13.2 version of ACR. I attempted to change the order of the editing panel. I was unsuccessful. I use a Macbook Pro with the Big Sur operating system. I also use the Sony A7 and cannot open my ARW raw files just by clicking on them as I used to do.
Please give back "select rated" selection!
I just loaded Photoshop 22.3.0 and, as usual, odd things have changed. My ACR version is 13.2.0.738In ACR, the Zoom tool toggles between zoom in and zoom out with each click. Only one level of zoom can be achieved. The Crtl+ and Ctrl- shortcuts operate as expected, but the Zoom tool itself does not operate correctly. The Zoom tool does work correctly in Photoshop's normal window. The problem appears to occur only in ACR. How can I get back the Zoom tool behavior that existed in the previous versions?
Hi Everyone, We recently upgraded are memory cards to the SanDisk Extreme Pro V30 64 GB and we are having so many problems. My co-worker and I keep getting "Disk Error" or "file-format module cannot parse the file" when we try to open the .NEF files in photoshop which then should prompt camera raw to open. Then when try to eject the memory card, it makes us force quit. Our old card was a SanDisk 1.0 GB (yes, I know, that's not a lot) and it worked. I have formatted the card using my mac's disk utility with ex-fat, also I have checked on the removable volumes, documents folders and desktop folder in the security and privacy option with password entered. My co-worker has tried bridge and it worked once and then it didn't work. I have upgraded to the latest verison of each of the adobe creative suite applications. We are working on 2017 iMacs, running macOS Big Sur verison 11.2.3. The camera is a Nikon D800. There hasn't been a problem with the memory card with the camera.&
I am attempting to use the new enhance Photo in Camera raw. When doing so i get the message that there is a problem that I need to update my operating system and or graphics. I have checked these for updates and it says I have the latest versions Can anyone help
I updated my app a couple of days ago, and the new Enhance feature in Camera Raw is not there. I have also restarted my computer. Any ideas why I do not have it?
This Super Resolution business is getting awfully confusing. I am encountering several issues and conundrums. I apologize for lumping them in one post, but since they’re all part of the same question “What’s up with that?”…I’ll try to be brief. —First off, I’m running: OS 11.2.3; PS 22.3.0; LRC 10.2; Camera RAW 13.2 —In Eric Chan’s ARC Adobe blog (10 March) he states: “Super Resolution also works on other file formats such as JPEGs, PNGs, and TIFFS.” Similarly, I’ve read indie reviews (e.g. PetaPixel) that state same. Yet the official Adobe page directly contradicts this, saying “Raw Details is only applicable to…RAW files […] does not apply to…JPEGs, TIFFs, and HEICs.” In my experience, I can confirm that I’ve only been able to access “Enhance” with RAW files (Yes, I did open the JPEGs, TIFFs, and PNGs in Camera Raw) —The keystroke in PS Shift-Command-D. In LrC it’s Control-Option-I and called “Enhance Details”? Are they two different things? And then…&
ACR 13.2.0.738 Mac OS 11.2.3 To replicate: 1) Open 5 images in ACR 2) Select the crop tool (c) and crop an image 3) Select edit (e) 4) Select zoom, fit in view. 5) Check global zoom settings 6) Select next image 7) Select previous image 😎 Reselect next image 9) Select previous image 10) Note how zoom setting changes from "fit" to whatever the zoom setting is for the cropped image. This is a bug. ACR 13.1 did not do this. ACR 13.1 "retained" the "fit in view" setting regardless if an image was cropped or not when selected and the view setting was "fit in view" and "global zoom settings" was checked.
Nach einem Update auf meinem iMac ist das Camera RAW Modul nur in Englisch. Wie stelle ich da die Sprache um?
Hi I use Photoshop Elements 2020 on my desktop. My version of ACR is 12.something. I would like to upgrade ACR to 13.2 (the super resolution version) Cant find the download page ??? Tired of scratching my head. help please :-)) TIA P
HELP!what's happened to ACR? the crop tool is so clunky and unintuitive, even worse trying to crop a few selected images at the same time, it jumps all over the place. I'm using a fast card, plenty of RAM, every other program works fine 😞 This is really messing up my workflow. I've tried persevering with the new ACR upgrade and I thought I was getting the best of it but then the goalposts keep shifting with all the upgrades. As a side when I try to exit photoshop it takes an age to close down.Anyone else having problems? Thanks, Dave.
Took a Sony A7RIII file into Camera Raw to test the enhanced feature. When I hit the Enhanced process button a few seconds later an |Error message come up. So I chose another file and tried to Enhance it in Camera Raw. Now I get a new message. I have restarted Bridge and now the Enhance feature is working. So just a heads up to those who use Bridge to enhance Raw files.
Shooting with a Nikon D600 in RAW and opening in camera raw. Photoshop CC 21.2.4. Windows 10 up to date.Starting about a week or two ago, when photos were opened in camera raw they were extremely slow. I'm talking about about eight to fifteen seconds per operation. If I went into Photoshop and then called up camera raw as a filter, the results were still slow. All other operations in Photoshop CC are fine.I tend to blame this on one of the recent upgrades to CC or Windows. There are no other problems with the computer that I've noticed. The computer is a two year old custom build with an AMD Ryzen 1800X CPU and a Geforce GTX 1070 video card. We stay current on Windows 10 upgrades. If my fading memory serves, this is the first problem I've had with Photoshop. Thanks for any help - Gerry
Hello folks,i have many many old raw files of my old Fujifilm Cameras that could profit from that new ACR feature. But could not realy manage the old 6MP files that are normaly converted to double the size.Every time i use SR with that files, only the long size of the picture is correct and the other stays in the old size like the original. That ends up in size like 2848x8512.The original 2036x3043pxDoes someone have any idea how i can fix that? 🙂Thaks and stay safe.Regards Guido
I can't get the super enhance feature to work in Camera Raw. I keep receiving a "graphics processor has encountered an unrecoverable error" alert in the dialog box. I believe my computer meets the software requirements, but I'm not 100% sure, I'm not a computer whiz so I have a hard time understanding some of the solutions provided on these forums. My system has an AMD Radeon R5 Graphics processor, which I updated (I think), which did not solve the issue. I read something about camera compatability, is that the problem? I have a Pentax K30 and K70, does anyone else have these issues? Is there a way around it? Better yet, does Adobe provide any customer support, or is everyone supposed to know everything? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. David
I have just discovered the super resolution enhancer in Camera Raw. As I have a load of older and cropped images this seems perfect. However, when I open up a RAW file and click on the enhancer - super resolution, the whole system just freezes. The progress icon on the bottom left doesn't move and I cannot do anything else till I do the old Control/Alt/del and shut it down. Anyone else had the same issue?
