me puede alguien indicar como abrir archivos RAW de Nikon en photoshop
Hello,I just bought the new Canon EOS M50, which saves the pictures in .cr3-files. Normaly I used the DNG Converter to convert all my photos to .dng-files.But now, I can not even select one of them to convert. Is it possible that this file format is not yet supported? (I did not find a list with all supported formats...)Does anyone know, when this format will be supported? (The camera is available since february this year...)Is there another way to convert this type of file?I am happy for every answer I get. Maybe someone has a hint for me.
In PS CC 2018, I didn't like the changes that I made to be saved to a separate XMP file. I had changed the option so that it saved to the file and no longer created additional files. I updated to PS CC 2019, and for some reason all of my settings reverted back as if I had never changed them. I am no trying to change the XMP option again, but it is no longer there and I am unsure where to find it. I know before it was in one of these two boxes but I don't know where it is now. Could anyone help with this?
The latest version of ACR (CC 2019) is adding a terrible green tint when I use Auto WB. I use this for every photo I take to get a good baseline and tweak as necessary. The latest version is making all my images green! The files are much closer to correct when imported. I shoot RAW so no camera processing. It doesn't matter which Profile I choose, Adobe's or my camera's. I'm on a Mac, OS 10.13.6 (High Sierra). I've used PS for years and have never had issues with Auto WB.
I am confused.I have to process some RAW images, taken with a Panasonic DMC-GF1 (yeah, it is an oldie, but that's beyond my control). When the image opens in the Camera RAW plug-in 10.5, I see the warning stating that the camera profile is not installed.Looking in /Users/<myname>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CameraRAW/CameraProfiles/Camera/ I do indeed not see a folder Panasonic DMC-GF1 (or similar). This would then explain the warning. Now, on the page listing the supported cameras in CameraRAW, the Panasonic DMC-GF1 is listed. So, where are these profiles??Are they hidden in another folder, or is there a camera whose profiles do support the DMC-GF1?Confusion totale.Otherwise, where can I get those profiles? Can they be found on the Adobe FTP Server?Any hint and indicator to find those profiles is highly appreciated.Max.
I just loaded PSE 9 onto a Windows 10 pc, and I cannot open RAW files. (I had this issue before, and was able to fix it by downloading a Camera raw update, ver 6.5.)I have camera raw 6.1 currently installed. I have downloaded the camera raw 6.5 update several times now, but it is not updating. Any suggestions? ( I am reloading PSE 9 on the same pc on which I initially had this issue due to inability to access any of the help menus, which is still not working. At this point, if I can restore the ability to edit raw files, I'll cut my losses and be happy.)Thank you for any help!
Is there any way to move or group multiple Camera Raw presets into a folder simultaneously using Adobe Camera Raw 11? Preferably I would like to do this in ACR without any third party software.I need to organise my presets and moving them one-by-one will be quite time consuming.
Running WIN 7.0 Home; CS6; ACR 9.0Located a lens profile file [Rokinon F3.5 8mm Nikon D7100.lcp] and copied it to the following directoryC:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CameraRaw\LensProfiles\1.0\DownloadedBUT when I open ACR with a NEF shot with that lens on a Nikon D7200, that profile choice does NOT show. Please advise where to put this lens profile file so that I can use it with the Rok 8mm f:\3.5ThanksDoug
Hi, I have a problem with the last camera raw actualization, when I open my image with the camera raw filter, It always make my photoshop collapse, so I have to restart the program. Please tell me that I am not the only one.
This is specifically about .dcp and .dcpr files. The question: When I open a raw DNG file in ACR or Lightroom and apply a custom color profile created with a Color Checker and the DNG Profile Editor, will that custom profile remain applied to the file when it is opened by another user? In other words do custom profiles stay with a file? The background: I was shooting in very weird mixed lighting so I created a custom profile with the DNG Profile Editor. The client wants DNG files. So, how do I ensure that the client gets the custom color profile along with the DNG files? Does the profile become part of the file?
I have been using ACR 8.5 and when I open a file it displays the original file name at the bottom. I just got a new MacBook Pro, PSE 2019 and ACR 10.4. When I open a file in ACR 10.4 it is showing "fullsizeoutput_2e.jpeg" "fullsizeoutput_2f" etc... for every file opened. How can I change it to show the original file name?
Hi,I see that the newest DNG 11 version includes support for the Nikon P1000 raw file format. In the description , the file extension for P1000 is listed as NEF, but the camera actually creates NRW files. I downloaded and installed DNG 11 on Windows10 64-bit. In looking at the folder containing the NRW files, it says that it doesn't contain any files for conversion. I can see these NRW raw images as thumbnails in windows explorer and open them with Nikon software.Additionally, DNG 11 won't recognize NEF files created by a Nikon D7000, even though I can process them with Photoshop CS5 with camera raw installed. I thought that DNG was backward compatible, and indeed the Nikon D7000 is listed as a compatible camera. I've uninstalled DNG 11 and reinstalled, but there is no change in behavior. I'm at a loss to explain why this version of DNG doesn't seem to work at all.Any help is greatly appreciated.James
I have installed all recent updates.I worked on a raw file in camera raw cause I did not have my catalog available so could not work with Lightroom.in the past, after finishing, I used to have an xmp file next to the raw file and then, when importing to Lightroom, it came with all the adjustments I made. Now, I can't find the xmp file and after importing to Lightroom, I'm getting the raw file without any adjustments at all.How do I find the adjustments made to bring them also into Lightroom ?
I have a question. I used to use Adobe Bridge and Camera Raw plugin till now. These were the only 2 products I need to work with my photos. After reinstalation of my PC I lost the old licenses and I need to buy some new ones. I would like to ask you is there any possibility of Adobe Bridge modul and Camera Raw plugin combination only without Lightroom or Photoshop CS? Or, alternatively, is it possible to buy only Lighthroom and use the Bridge and Camera Raw plugin this way? I mean will the Camera Raw plugin work with the Lightroom only without Photoshop CS? My idea is to open the photos in Bridge, pick up the snap and by double click open it in Camera Raw plugin. That´s the way I´ve used it till now. Thanks for your reply.
Hi. my question is!!!! when opening a photo in camera raw it appears in various thickness in colour like stripes going across the screen. When clicking open in Camera Raw, only then will the photo appear in photoshop. how do i correct this.Thank youShane
I am using Photoshop CS5 on a Mac running OSX 10.11.6, completely updated. It will not allow me to open .CR2 files, stating that "Appears to be from a camera model which is not supported by the installed version of Camera RAW".The camera is a Canon EOS 100D (EOS Digital Rebel SL1)I have downloaded the camera raw update 9.1.1 and attempted to install it multiple times. The install completes with no errors. However, whenever I check the plug-in version, it shows 6.0.0.205.I have gone to run updates from the update manager but it says there are no updates and everything is the latest version.I am open to any suggestions anyone might have.
Hi,I tried to download the new DNG Converter 11.0 for windows but was met with the following error page. I have also asked a friend to try from his laptop (in another area of Singapore) and he met the same error page.I tried 10.5 version and the download works fine. Any advise how to resolve this?
I have win 10 and Adobe CC. I have used LR, but I'm now learning to use Bridge because of some advantages.I just cannot find instruction how to reselect adjustment brush pin. I know how to do it in Lightroom. I also noticed that there have been problems with that with the earlier versions of Camera Raw. I have the latest version 10.5.Is it me or the software? Thanks.Auli
All,I had a number of problems with DNG files converted from Adobe DNG Converter 11.0 on Mac. When bringing them into Capture One, they color shifted very badly.I wrote an article detailing this, as well as a fix here: https://timelyphoto.com/blog/2018/bug-and-fix-discovered-for-capture-one-and-adobe-dng-import Hope this helps!-- Chris Lee
Hi,I come from lightroom 6 + CS6 on OSX Maverick with no problems.Since I change to Lightroom + photoshop CC (19.1.6) High Sierra, I have the following issue:When I set an old process version in lightroom like process 2010 (that I use a lot), then I choose "edit in photoshop" or " open as layers in photoshop", the image opened in photoshop was processed with the 2012 process version instead the 2010 I choose. Can anyone help ?Where can I tell it to Adobe ?Thank's by advance.Math.
When I convert images to B&W, with some of the Adobe-supplied B&W profiles I see a lot of pixelated banding in the sky of standard previews (when in loupe view after pressing the 'E' key).Rebuilding the preview doesn't help. The only workaround is building a 1:1 preview, either by zooming in or by giving the command to build a 1:1 preview. I can then discard the 1:1 preview and still have a clean standard preview. The preview quality level in the catalog settings is of no influence. My previews are set for 2880 pixels, which exactly matches my screen.I'm using LR Classic 7.3.1 on a 2017 15" MacBook Pro (2.9 Ghz i7, 16GB RAM, Radeon Pro 560 w/4GB RAM) running MacOS 10.13.4 with both images and catalog on the local SSD.Files are .RAFs from a Fuji X-T2. I'm seeing this with at least Adobe-supplied profiles BW 02 and BW 03.Screendump of portion of screen before building 1:1 previewRoughly the same portion of the screen after building and discarding 1:1 previews. Is this normal behavio
Camera raw does not support my newly released Nikon COOLPIX P1000 yet, so I would like to use my plugin for reading NRW files. Unfortunately, CameraRaw is always selected when opening NRW files and not my plugin in.I can't seem to uninstall camera raw or get photoshop to use my NRW file reader.
