Hello,I have photoshop CC. I did the installation and everything worked just fine for over 2 years. Since a few months ago it started to give me some problems when i open the photo in the camera raw filter i see no changes i made the adjustments are works just fine but its not shown so i can't see the adjustments i make at that point. So i was trying to look online what the error is.I have installed photoshop again and it worked for a 4 weeks but then the same problem appears again.I really need the program photoshop to work correctly for my job.Every update is installed for that part of photoshop but it's still not showing the adjustments i make to the photo i loaded. Can somone help me figure out what i can do?
Hi,I apparently must have accidentally clicked on something, because now when I open a RAW file, Camera Raw box opens up but there is a thin pink line around the entire camera raw box (on the outside, not on the picture area). This just recently happened so I must have done something, how do I undo it?Thanks,Ruth
hello.it is currently using the recently released sony's rx100mk5A & rx100mk6.by the way, can not work raw file because current camera does not support profile of camera in camera raw cc.I wonder when I can get support for this.
For some reason, suddenly I all of my raw files can only be viewed like this through Camera Raw. I've used Camera Raw recently and it has never shown me whatever this is. I've made no changes to Camera Raw or altered any preferences anywhere. It just suddenly can't read any of my raw files normally. I know the files aren't glitchy; I've checked previous raw files I've opened successfully before and the same thing happens when I now open them in Camera Raw again. The raw files can still be viewed and opened in Bridge and Photoshop. It just seems to be Camera Raw that's the problem. I'm absolutely bamboozled by this. I don't know what happened or how this developed.
I am trying to use 3 graduated filters to modify 3 different parts of an image in ACR. I cannot find a way to make a third filter and use it without affecting the previous two filtered areas. I don't seem to be able to check the "New" box. It keeps switching to "Edit." Can someone help me here?
I installed ACR on my Macbook Pro because I have Lightroom 6 (perpetual license) and it will not process my Sony Rx100M6 raw files. However, after installing it twice, I cannot seem to locate it. The install was to my hard drive, but it nowhere to be found. Am I missing something? Is it imbedded in my lightroom? Help, please.

When I attempt to open a Raw photo file on Photoshop, Ps tells me it cannot open the file and prompts me to make sure I have the latest version of Ps, which I do. Help?
The new, Adobe color profiles that worked fine, no longer appear properly in ACR some cases. Any help I can get would be appreciated. The ones above the line are gone, replaced by what look like LR preset conversions, but the ones below the line are still there. Here are the scenarios: 1) New profiles appear and work great in LR CC Classic 2) Ditto if I open in ACR/ Bridge a DNG that has already been edited in LR, but 3) New profiles, above the line are NOT there now if I either open a RAW file with Bridge or directly in Photoshop CC, even though the ones below the line are. Note: I did download the DNG converter 10.2 at some point between the Adobe Profles working and not working. Deleting it did not change anything. Here are images (Hmm, Can't upload even small, compressed screen caps, so here is a link to a Google Drive folder. Sorry.): https://drive.google.com/open?id=1FSEDWNGE0hxeeOtigimdoD44Mb3yDMco 1) {image SmartObtWrong-2.j
I encountered an issue with Camera Raw on my desktop in May 2018. I am still running Windows 8.1 64 bit v 8.1 6.3.9600.17415. I have an nVidia Quadro K600 graphics card. At the time I had upgraded to Bridge 8.0.1.282x64 and Photoshop 19.1.3. I am now on ACR 10.4.0.976, Bridge 8.1.0.383x64 and Adobe Photoshop Version: 19.1.5 20180604.r.346 2018/06/04: 1175273 x64. The same problem has returned and is also happening on laptop ASUS GL502VM running Windows 10 64bit V10.0.17134.1 with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 graphics card. Both computers run with 2 displays, the primary monitor being EIZO CG247 on both. They self calibrate regularly. My issue is when I view a raw file in Bridge the colours look fine but when I open it in Camera Raw the colours are horribly distorted (magentas on skin tones are revolting). However, when I then open the image in Photoshop the colours are fine again. I have turned graphic processor acceleration
Hi, I have been using DNG converter for some time and I just received my camera back from Tamron where they were debugging a lens issue. The issue was fixed, but now DNG converter only shows the grey'ed out file names and cannot be converted. I tried upgrading to the latest version of DNG converter, which didn't help either. Tamron says they didn't change anything on the camera, only used it to calibrate the lens focus. The raw files are OK, as they display on the camera back and also can be loaded into Apple Photos. I want to be able to use the raw images in the Adobe product suites as I have been doing. I just tried converting a CR2 file from several months ago, and it too now is greyed out, so I don't think it's a change to the camera, but to my compute environment? Thoughts?Camera is Canon 7D Mark II, firmware 1.1.2iMac OS 10.13.6Thanks, Ed
I'm trying to organize my ACR presets. Recent ones I added in the Camera Raw / Settings folder show up as individual presets in my user presets folder even though they are organized in their respective folder along my older ones (that show up properly in their original folder) . I am stuck with a user presets folder with a ton of presets that I can't organize. Is there a way to clean up that big mess?

Hello,I wanted to delete just one preset in Camera Raw and I don't know what happened, but all presets are gone from the Presets folder.Any suggestion, where could I find them?Thank you!
The result of converting a .cr2 from a Canon 80D results in a .dng image that has a very pink/purple tint when viewed with the Mac Finder. Do not have the same problem if viewed with Bridge 2018 or if the image is converted to a .tif with DPP. I am using the current version of MAC and DNG software. Evidently the embedded .jpg created by DNG causes a problem with the Finder display. Any fixes other than not using DNG?
This must have happened with a recent update, but I'm not able to open Raw files in Bridge CC (8,0.1.282 x64) or Photoshop CC (19.1.5). When I try, I get an error box with the title, "Adobe Photoshop CC 2018" and the message, ""Could not complete your request because of a program error."I have uninstalled and reinstalled both programs, including an earlier version of PS CC, to no avail. I get the error whether I use the "open in Camera Raw" command in Bridge or attempt to open the file directly in PS. In addition, the Camera Raw filter in PS is not working.Curiously, I AM able to use Camera Raw in Lightroom Classic CC.Need help here!
Encountered this problem when I rendered panorama in Camera RAW. Same issue in LR. Made edits to several photos. When I created panorama, the edits disappeared. Worse, I apparently lost the RAW tonal range, because I was not able to duplicate edits in the individual pictures with a global edit in the pano. This is a new problem. Didn't seem to experience it previously. Only solution was to open files in PS, then merge the corrected files into a panorama after saving as psd files. See attachment.
I am running Mac High Sierra 10.13.1 and ACR version 10.4.0.976. I am having numerous issues but the most important right now is when I go to ACR filter plugin I do not have a crop tool or leveling tool? I do not want to uninstall PS as I have numerous add-ons that I don't want to reinstall. Does anyone have any suggestions on this matter? I have enclosed a screenshot of ACR.Thank you,J Buckley[Here is the list of all Adobe forums... https://forums.adobe.com/welcome][Comments is to ask about the operation of the Forum, not a specific program][Moved from the Comments forum to the specific Program forum...
Hello, I just used my new Canon EOS 7D Mark II last night for the first time, using the settings where the camera saves the images as raw and jpeg. I have never shot raw images before and wanted to try it out. I put the images on my MacBook Pro, like I always do, both jpeg and raws. I selected the images I wanted to edit and tried dragging and dropping them into photoshop like I always do. When I did this, a different screen popped up, asking me to open, edit, close.... with editing functions on it. I clicked open and put them into my normal editing area, edited them, and saved them. They all went from ~15MB down to ~5MB and turned into JPEG. I dont know why, but they also shrunk in file size when I put them into photoshop. Can you help me figure out what I am doing wrong?
can I import direct from camera to dng converter??
Running the most current versions of Adobe Photoshop CC 2018. When I open a RAW photo file in Adobe Camera Raw (v10.3.0.933), the fly out menu for “Apply Favorite Preset” is greyed out; ie not available. If I select “Load Settings” I can see all of my previously saved Presets. Exactly how or what do I do so all of those previously saved Presets are available through the “Apply Favorite Preset” menu? Thanks for any & all suggestions. Mark W.
