 User graphic processor in PS not working with my Mac Studio

TItle says it all.  Camera Raw Preference>PerformanceThe Use GPU is off and not selectable with the warniong that GPU is not supported by by system. But it passes the GPU checker:Pass: OpenGL available Pass: OpenCL available Pass: DirectX available Pass: Direct X feature level 12.2 available, feature level 12.0 required Pass: Above required VRAM (3978 MB of 1500 MB required) GPU Detected: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti Laptop GPU (NVIDIA) What am I missing??

With the recent AI noise reduction update in Camera Raw, new metadata items have been added: aux:EnhanceDetailsAlreadyApplied aux:EnhanceDetailsVersion aux:EnhanceDenoiseAlreadyApplied aux:EnhanceDenoiseVersion aux:EnhanceDenoiseLumaAmount However, during the implementation by the Adobe development team, these items should have been placed under <Camera Raw Info> (edits made in camera raw app), but they were placed under Camera (general photo information, aperture, shutter speed, etc.).   When exporting raw files as JPG, even when selecting <All Except Camera Raw Info>, these five metadata items remain.   I would like to keep the photo information and editing details separated as before. However, currently, the editing details (noise reduction adjustments) are included within the shooting information like shutter speed. Therefore, I kindly request for the necessary modifications to be made.

Is there tool that can show version of DNG file and tell me what compression was used?File is here https://www.upload.ee/files/15546701/IMG_20230723_232913.zip.html For some reason file is 6.5 MB out of the device, when i run Adobe DNG Converter on it it becomes 9.1 MB, android phone that made this DNG file compressed it better than Adobe DNG Converter can do, how's that even possible?        

Using the new AI Denoise feature seems to darken my images and strip almost all the color out of them. Files are from a Nikon D500 being processed by a Ryzen 5 3600, 32GB RAM, and Intel A750 video card on Windows 11. Tried to create virtual copy of file and reset all other adjustments and it makes no difference. Still dark and almost completely black and white.

Estou passando por um problema um tanto quanto inusitado. Instalei a ultima versão do photoshop e com ela o Camera Raw, mas simplesmente ele só abre quando quer. Hoje passei o dia na casa da minha mãe, lá ele funcionou perfeitamente, mas quando cheguei na minha casa ele simplesmente não abre. Ontem estava com o mesmo problema quando eu estava na minha casa, mas estranhamente quando cheguei na casa da minha mãe ele funcionou perfeito. Cheguei em casa, ele parou. O que pode ser? Uso muito o Camera Raw e não estou sabendo lidar com isso, o arquivo esta em RGB, tudo certinho, mas ele simplesmente não abre quando eu chego em casa. Obs.: Quando eu aperto a tecla ESC, ele cancela a operação e destrava o Photoshop, mas o camera raw não abre de jeito nenhum. 

I use Amd Radeon rx 480 graphic card. Recently when I open a raw photo with camera raw of PS (2021)  I get anotification saying:graphics processor acceleeration is currently disabled.Please be awre that camera raw will soon require GPU supportto edit photos. you can manage GPU setting  in the performancesection of the preferences dialog".and when I try to manage thst - it say:Camera raw fraphics acceleration is not supported by your system.I need help.Itzik

Hello, I am having a problem with camera raw in latest photoshop since camera raw 14. I have brush and masks act slow and freeze. I had it in camera raw 14, then the same in 14.1 and was hoping it will be fixed in 14.2 version but the bug is still there. When I am using healing brush as a circle its working ok, when I mark a longer line its starting to freeze and move slowly, about 5 seconds or so until I can move the healing brush to select where to clone. With masks kind of better but still it freezes from time to time and I need to wait about 5 to 10 sec while its selecting the area. Working on :  iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2017)4,2 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i732 GB 2400 MHz DDR4Radeon Pro 580 8 GB500 GB Flash Storage with write speeds at around 2000mbs and read speed at 2400mbsMac OS Monterey 12.2 I suppose this kind of computer should run camera raw without issues. Could you help me please with this? 

Open camera RAW file in ACR, change settings and save JPEG directly from ACR.Then open camera RAW file in ACR. change settings, and import to Photoshop then save JPEG. Resulting files will differ in colour, one directly from ACR has more colours than it supposed to have, one saved from Photoshop has correct colors. https://www.upload.ee/files/15505348/Source_Files.zip.html ACR v15.4.0.1508PS v24.6.0

Bonjour, j'ai un Lumix GX 80, j'ai enregistré mes photos en Raw et Jpg, quand je visualise mes photos sous windows elles sont en 4/3 mais dès que je les ouvre dans Camera Raw elles sont en 16/9 ... comment modifier cela, svp ?Merci

Hola a todos.Desde hace algunos días al abrir una foto en Camera RAw y "Picar el voton de mejorar" para tratar de mejorar reducir el ruido de la imagen y convertirla en un archivo DNG dejo de funcionar de manera inesperada.Realiza el proceso pero al finalizar aparece un cuadro "se ha producido un error de escritura en el archivo", dejo de funcionar de un momento a otro, ya desinstales PS en instale versiones anteriores al igual que Camera Raw y no logro corregirlo. ¿Alguien tendrá algo de información para solucionarlo?Gracias de antemano.

Retoco las imágenes en CamaraRaw y al abrirlas en Photoshop, son más claras y menos contrastadas

Perhaps someone can help me out here. I'm using the latest version of PS and Windows 11. The minute I want to denoise a DNG image in Camera Raw (with AI) the machine shuts down and Windows reboots. 

BonjourJe traite habituellement mes fichier RAW (NEF) dans Camera Raw. Puis je les ouvre dans photoshop pour affiner certaines retouches.Depuis quelques jours, une fois que j'ai traité mes Raw, je clique sur "Ouvrir une copie" pour aller dans Photoshop, et la il ne se passe plus rien. photoshop ne s'ouvre pas et mon travail dans Camera Raw est totalement perdu...C'est très frustrant et insupportable de perdre autant de temps.  Merci de proposer une solution.Cordialement,Gérard Ouldbabaalu

I've always edited my images in Camera Raw, and previously when i click "open", my image will open to Photoshop but now it doesn't. And I did not change any settings. I tried reinstalling the apps as well but it still doesn't work. Any solution for this? Thanks!

ACR 15.4.1Bridge 13.0.3Windows 11 pro, 10.0.22621 Build 22621AMD Ryzen 5 3600XT When I select a subject in ACR from Bridge.I open masking.I selection Person.I deselect the whole person mask and select individual components (like face, hair, skin, clothes)It generates the sub masks masks fine, but if I select one of the submasks (ie face) and make a change, the change is applied to the the entire set of masks and not only to the selected mask (note there is a big blue outline on the top level mask that does not go away).This makes the individual submasks pretty much unusable..

Hello, I could use some help! Since updating to PS 22, I can no longer use Camera Raw. It just hangs there and fails to open. Trying to turn off GPU on Camera Raw Prefs gives off the message "The operation could not be completed" and crashes the program while trying to open Camera Raw. I have since tried to: 1) Uninstall, delete preferences, reinstall.2) Run memory check software (all clear).3) Repair Windows (restorehealth, chkdsk, Windows bootable repair).4) Update video driver.5) Install Bridge (also crashes).I have no antivirus installed, just Windows defender. Had no problems using Photoshop 2021. I'm completely out of ideas. Anyone? OS: Windows 10 ProGPU: Nvidia RTX 208016 GB Ram (ddr4)

Help please, how do i resolve this issue when trying to create a new mask when clicking on the sky button ?

Greetings, this issue arose withing the past month or so as I have not had an issue previously. When dragging CR2 files to Photoshop to open and process images, the Camera Raw window appears with only a grey screen and no button to open in Photoshop. Additionally, dragging multiple files produces the same issue, and no filmstrip below of the images imported. If I hit Esc, it will close. If I hit enter, it will open to a grey screen in Photoshop, and will occasionally open the image selected. I've included a screen recording of the issue.

Bonjour, Depuis la mise à jour de PHOTOSHOP 2023 et CRaw 15.0.0.1264 sous Windows, l'ouverture des fichiers de CAMERA RAW vers PHOTOSHOP fonctionne de façon aléatoire. Il me faut faire un clic droit de BRIDGE et "ouvrir avec Photoshop". Cordialement

Hi everyone I (still) desperately need assistance! I originally posted this to the PS Eco section at the end of  June, but apart from a suggestion from @CorySchubert I havent had a solution. Almost every time I try to open a RAW file (either CR2 or CR3) Photoshop will crash.  This has only started happening in the past month or so. I'm running PS CC24.6 and ACR 15.4. My Nvidia drivers are Studio versions and up to date. I have 16GB or RAM. Opening a jpeg file is no problem whatsoever - it's just RAW that seems to be causing the issue. There is one weird thing - sometimes I can open and edit the fiiles no problem - others it just crashes in an instant. When it crashes I get the automated 'report it' pop up, and the follow on 'suggestions'. These dont solve the issue, and I believe there is a bug that may be affecting my system.     As a freelance photographer I really need Photoshop and the benefits that ACR brings to be 100% reliable, but if I ca
