Hello,Is there a way to have different content in each Share pod that loads for each individual Breakout Room?ie: If I have 3 Breakouts, can each Breakout be started with different content in each room.Instead of just copying what is in the original layout being copied when you start the Breakout Session?Thanks!

Hi,I teach classes using adobe connect.  We are thinking of moving out in the country to an area that can only get satellite internet.  Do any of you know if it is possible to use adobe connect with satellite?  I called the help line and asked but they could only say that they don't recommend it, but they don't really know.  The area has two providers, hughes and wildblue.  Anyone have any experience with this?Thanks,Teresa

I am posting this question on behalf of someone else so I don't have every detail but I was trying to assist someone who recorded their Connect meeting and they were trying to take their recording offline.  They had the meeting host license and administrator license and they created the meeting room but when they went to their recording and clicked on the Action button the only option they had was Edit Recording.  Anyone know why they would not have the option to make an FLV?

In Adobe Connect how do I save a layout for use with new meetings?

Hello,I am planning on using Adobe Connect for a virtual brainstorming session..I am going to take a slide deck with about 60 slides, and chop it up into 8 different sections, roughly 7-8 slides in each, which will be in a new layout. About 10 layouts in total.To delay the load time when switching from one layout to another, I want to know if I can keep all 8 Content Pods open in each layout, so that when I switch, it simply brings up the already loaded pod, instead of closing the previous and loading each one when I change layouts. Is this going to make the entire session slow by having all this content on screen (Hidden behind the active pod) ? Or am I on to something here?Thanks for your feedback.-Matt

Hello everyone,Recently, we upgraded our Connect servers from 8.1.1 to 8.2.2.3. Since that time almost every evening as the number of concurrent users and meetings increases so does the CPU usage on Connect servers. After all CPUs are maxed out, people are started to be disconnected from meetings in droves. Sometimes, all users in a meeting are disconnected, other times half of the users stays in while another is disconnected. I can see that during the high CPU usage one of FMSCore processes consumes almost 80%-90% of CPU resources.I was wondering if somebody else had the same issue and how you solved it.Any help is appreciated,Milena

Whenever I enter a meeting, I see the presentation but cannot hear audio from first time entering, and can only hear when hitting "Audio Wizard Set-up" button but cannot participate in the meeting but can screen share without audio capability.  Why?

I paid the renewal of Adobe connect in November.  I've never stopped receiving notice of expiration and now I receive a notice of cancellation of the account! I write my provider in France, MeetingOne. He says that is normal. I have written to https://adobeformscentral.com/ (Contact Adobe Connect Sales)  not give me an answer. Please, what else can I do?

Long webinar....we dialed in using telephony, and bridged with web conference.  session went very good. we shared screen, all participant and group in meeting room were happy until we came back from lunch.Moderator disconnected (hang-up) telephone which was bridged to web conference, but screen (web conference) was still on.Moderator dial back in, and participant couldn't hear us, but we can hear participant.  we disconnect whole session, re-dial in telephony and web, but still participany couldn't hear us, but we can hear them.How to troubleshoot? what did we do wrong?  how to prevent this happen again?

Hi,I've created a series of polls that are used in order during a three hour course.  I chose names that keep the polls in the same order topics are covered.  When those polls are opened, Adobe Connect replaces the poll name with whatever is in the question field of the poll.  Obviously that messes up the plan I had in mind, and I can think of no reason to have titles if the software makes unsolicited substitutions like this.  Anyone else ever run into the challenge, and if so is there a known work-around?Thanks!Randy

Hello - Once I create ameeting in Connect Pro, can I reuse the URL for a weekly meeting or do I need to create a new meeting room every time?

We used your product, "Adobe connect" v.7 and recently decided to update it by 9th version of this software. But significant increasing in size of offline files is a major problem of that product compared to its old version. For instance, the size of 2 hours offline files in v.7 is 130 Mb but in the latter version is 400 Mb. Is there a solution to overcome this problem?

I have a customer asking this question for Event Module in Adobe.  Is this possible, if yes?  How do we do this?He wants to use direct event with unique passcode feature where he sends in a excel sheet with the passcode for each user. He runs webinars on a subscription  basis and thus the unique passcode he provides to grant each participant access is very important.Thank you!Katou

Hi,I am running Connect 7.5 and having an issue with a whiteboard popping up 8 min into a recording and not closing (well, it closes for about 4-3 sec if I click on the timeline, but then it oops up right back) for the rest of the recording.I only have one reported incident and I can't reproduce the issue myself if I use a whiteboard, so I am not sure what's going on.Any advice would be appreciated.Thank you

I need to show some students a few things like working with audio in audio editors but they cant hear anything when I playback in the editor. Is there a way I can allow them to hear it?

I was given an account URL but link doesn't work.  What next?

We have published several Adobe Captivate demos directly to Adobe Connect content library (using both Captivate 5.5 and 7). The demos work fine when accessed directly using the URL assigned in the Content Library. However, when the demo is shared in a meeting room share pod, it gets stuck in Loading state and nothing is displayed. Trying to understand if this is a bug or if there are certain publishing settings in Captivate that are causing this problem.
