We currently have Connect 8.5 and I have limited Administration rights.  My issue is with accessing reports once created.  I need to be able to create a usage report (weekly), then distribute in email form.  I can create the report, however I do not know how to access the report once it has been save.Any help would be appreciated.Thanks,Lynn

Hello, we are using Adobe Connect (9.0.2) as an LMS to host our eLearning content. Basically what I am looking to do is to define the size of the browser window that opens when someone launches the content, both initially and in review mode.Some background in case someone has another solution. Our main development tool for the content is Adobe Captivate. Although Captivate exports a swf it rasterizes all text, which is fine if I can control the size of the swf via the HTML. Unfortunantely from what I have been able to determine, Connect ignores all other content associated with a Captivate project and simply uploads the swf (which itself was a large problem because we relied on a course package with external images/xml that we could not use). So what was happening was the swf was scaling and making all the text blurry which our customers/users did not like.I then had the idea to add a swf into Captivate which was able to set the main Captivate swf to not scale via ActionScript and thou

Hi,I received a serial number for a Trial for Adobe Connect. I tried with the french version of the install but nothing was happening after I entered my serial number. We have a large number of templates (cloe to 100) and this morning I notcited that the bottom of the list of template I can use to create a meeting with was cut off.  Is there a limit on the number of templates you can actively use or is this another issue?

We want to be able to obtain additional information about our guests that are attending our webinars and need to know how we can customize the login page so that when they are entering as a guest it asks them for their name, email and contact number.  Does anyone know how to do this?  We are using Adobe Connect 8.

I prepared a layout, upload content for a meeting back on July 21st, Then, on July 29th I changed the layout and content and ran a different meeting Today, when I logged in to update my content from July 29th I found all my changes were gone and the meeting space had reverted BACK to what I had on July 21st instead of having retained my changed made on July 29th.I lost all my work - why?  When I look at "uploaded content' I can see what I uploaded is there, but for some reason the layout and use of the content did not.Please advise!

I deleted the three default templates that were listed in the drop down menu for 'Select Template' on the Enter Meeting Information page. I can still create new meetings without choosing a template; but I want to convert a meeting room to a template and need the default templates to do so.'If you are a host, you can create a new meeting room template. To add a meeting room to the Shared Template folder, you must have manager permissions for the folder.'   Is the 'manager' the same as the primary contact for the account?In my case, I no longer have a Shared Template folder. Hi Everyone -I'm working with a colleague to help her prepare a few webinars. I originally created a series of meetings for her, but she wants to use customized templates. Apparently, you cannot apply a customized template to an existing meeting; you need to select the template when you create the meeting. My colleague reports the following:I deleted the webinars you created in Adobe Connect so that I could re-create them with my new meeting template. I saved the my meeting template first in "My Templates" and tried creating the meetings, but was unsuccessful at using the template. Then I tried creating the meetings with my template in "Shared templates." Still no luck. Can you use multiple screens in adobe connect. I am teaching a class and there is anothe class out of state looking in- as in they are taking the class remotely and I can speak to them and ask them questions and they respond etc. etc.  I am using a mirosoft product to share my screen and lecture with them but it will not allow me to share the interactive whiteboard and then youtube. I need to unshare each one before I continue. Is it possible in Adobe onnect to share screens and minimise the ones you are not using.Thank you,

Howdy,     Testing for a 30 iPad deployment. Ultimate goal? display embedded videos within a PPT file. At this time, I'm testing as a presenter on a PC. I have uploaded several of the same video file in different formats (.mov, .avi, .mp4, h.264, .mp3) with 640x480 15 fr settings. When embedded in the PPT, none of these videos will play within the shared document. When I attempt to 'share' the video via the Pod, the iPads display this as "Unsupported Content." What am I missing trying to share these videos within the Pod and, further, is it possible to embed them into the PowerPoint, upload to the Content List, and display them within the Powerpoint presentation?  Thanks.Bill the Cat

Hi, I have several Captivate courses which are assigned to curriculum's on adobe connect.  I wish to update the content in theses courses but they are currently in progress by some users, what is the best way to handle a situation like this.  I do not want to cause any undue disruption, but it would be nice to be able to upload new content.

Hello All,I wanted to ask you all about the web links pod...I have never been able to get it to work right. Today I noticed an interesting thing:When I added the url to the pod it when in as expected (here is an example):https://xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxx.com/SE/?SID=SV_dd0KY467FPN1Dx3 - This is a link to a survey, that I activated and tested prior to adding it to the pod. It worked just fine and popped in the browser like it supposed to.      (Note:I have altered the front half of the URL (x) to keep it my survey clear of extra hits)Here is the strange part...when I put in the web link pod...select it by clicking the title, and then click browse to pop it for the participants...this happens:https://xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxx.com/SE/?SID=SV_dd0KY467FPN1Dx3%20 The %20 is auto added and that causes my URL to become invalid.Thoughts on this??(as a work around, I simply added the correct URL to a chat pod, then cut and pasted it into a note pod. I am setting up a new server to run Adobe Connect 9 and wish toexport the user list as well as user passwords from our old Adobe Connect 7and import them into Adobe Connect 9. Can this be done and how?It would be disasterous to recreate the user accounts as well as assigningnew passwords to every individual users.Thany you.
