For whatever reason, we can record just fine, but there isn't any audio. We have confirmed that we can record audio using a different app. The audio is broadcast to other meeting hosts in a 'live' situation. But regular participants cannot hear at the same time. I am assuming the two issues are connected. Anyone know why?

I am trying to edit an old presentation using Powerpoint and Breeze 5, however when I export it the quiz is not appearing? I even deleted and recreated the quiz. What gives?

deal all, I have download the trial version of acrobat 8.0 profession. Before install the acrobat, I have closed the User Account Control. When I finished the installment, the adobe acrobat stopped the opening screen and had no reaction (looks like shotdown). Even though I reinstall it, such situation still remained. My OS is Enterprise 64-bit Edition, I have no idea what cause such incompatibility. Hope someone can help me.

Hi, When running a meeting in Acrobat Connect Professional one of our customers gets bad quality on both VoIP and video because the Acrobat Add in takes most of the CPU power (pending between 80-90 percent) and the CPU total usage meter shows 100 % usage. CPU: Intel Celeron 2.4 GHz RAM: 512 MB OS: MS Windows XP Pro Has anyone experienced the same problem and solved it?

I am trying to use Macromedia Breeze to create a quiz in a previously made Powerpoint, however when I create a quiz all the prompts are at 90 degrees sideways? How do I correct this?

I just spent two hours on the phone with a support tech to help me with an Adobe problem I'm having. I have Adobe 8.1 and I'm able to open some .pdf documents but not others, but I'm not able to print any of them. The message I get is: "Unable to start printer job. Is printer available?". We tried to remove Adobe from my computer both with auto uninstaller and manually - neither which will work. Please, please help.

Hello all, I'm trying to hyperlink to a folder on my harddrive. Eventually I want to burn this directory to a cd. However, my drive letter (C) is different from other users harddrive letters. I'm trying to hyperlink so that the link will work on all drive letters. I've been unsuccessful and was wondering if anyone had a solution. I'm using professional 8. Its been very frustrating and i'm at wits end. I've tried leaving the drive letter blank but it doesn't work. Any suggestions. Any help would be great. Thanks

Has anyone attempted to record an Adobe Connect session using audio input from a mic connected to their PC? I am trying to record a web cast session using a stand alone microphone to pick up conversation in the room. The web portion records correctly (am able to see the presentation) but the audio does not record. I have tried adjusting the mic settings in Windows XP and ran the audio wizard in Adobe, but no luck. Any assiatance would be greatly appreciated.

I received an email today about the new release of connect 7. I had heard rumblings in other places, but does anyone know anything about the feature set / changes, etc. My organization is currently in the midst of a large scale training initiative, and the last thing I'd want to do is go back and tell them to learn things differently after 1 week of them playing with the software. when I type in the url for my meeting, I can't enter. I get a message saying "This is a private meeting. Your request to enter has been sent to the host. Please wait for a response" Well that's not going to work since I am the host. This happens whether I'm logged in or not. Any advice?

I put in a support request but never heard back from Adobe so now I'm trying here. Is anybody using Acrobat Connect and hosting from a Mac? I am, and I've tried from three different Macs and still get the same result: Acrobat Connect crashes after about 20 minutes or so. The good news is that everyone stays in the room so I just have to reconnect again, but it's very annoying. Any ideas?

As a participant, is there a way for me to change the size/location of the shared window? The other pod's (camera, attendee, chat, etc...)

I have a robots.txt located in this location: $BREEZE_DIR\appserv\web\common And it says this: # thanks, but no thanks User-agent: * Disallow: / From what I understand, that should prevent all search engines from crawling my site, yet today I found a recording meeting coming up in MSN Search results. Do I have my robots file in the wrong place?

How do I share a Linux (Ubuntu 7.10) desktop? I think it has to do with installing the Acrobat Connect Add-In, but there is no option to install it in Linux like there is in Windows.

I can't seem to find the trick to bookmark sticky notes. I thought I've done it before, but I have one laptop running Acrobat Standard v8 and I can't seem to find how to do it on this one. Neither the program help nor this site's FAQ/Help Files had any information that I could find - I always ended up with a null find. A second question. Is there any easy way to print all sticky notes consecutively on a page (or multiple pages if there are too many for a single page)? Not one sticky note per page, which appears to be the default.

Has anyone observed problems in a Breeze 5 meeting when a participant/presenter logs into the meeting with Windows Vista and RealTek audio? I have observed choppiness in the audio despite every effort to optimize the audio through the audio wizard in Breeze, adjusting the connectivity, and other measures. I've run the gamut. The technotes I have read from Adobe point to compatibility problems between RealTek and Breeze Presenter, resolved through downloading Presenter 6. So, this increases my suspicion that a similar compatibility problem may exist with Breeze Meetings. I welcome opinions, with many thanks in advance.
