We are here in the Eastern Standard Time zone and will be conducting a virtual class via Adobe Connect in Tajikistan. How do I make sure the time is correct for Tajikistan and correct for us here in the US where we are teaching it. 

Sometimes when I open an adobe connect video for my class it says "Unable to display old content. Please re-share to make it HTML compatible." But the audio is still playing in the background 

Whenever I connect to a meeting that quires a passcode, my browser opens and asks for the passcode, but when I enter it the meeting is launched in the browser (which, on android, does not have flash and so does not work). The app ought to go back to the app after I have entered the code, but it does not. I am sure I have entered the link and passcode correctly, especially because it works on my office windows PC.

Hi,I have a problem with my voice when I turn the microphone on, Others can't hear me properly,  it's so weak and it's like a robot voice, I've tried Handsfree too but that didn't work.I'd appreciate if you could help me.Your sincerely 

Hello,Previously I was able to download meetings ZIP-archive using the trick with adding output/filename.zip?download=zip to the end of the meetings address to watch them offline. This method doesn't work anymore. Has this feature been disabled?Thanks,Vitalii

There appears to be no dedicated Adobe Presenter community....any search results I come up with regarding Presenter seem to end up being in either the Captivate or Connect communities. Why is that? Adobe Presenter is not a part of either Captivate or Connect and surely Presenter is used by enough people to warrant its own community here, right?    I'm having a big issue regarding publishing to HTML5 (as I'm having to do with all of my modules, now that Flash is totally dead) and I'm having trouble finding info for that here. I'd ask my own question, but I have no idea where to ask it? I've seen people chastized for posting Presenter questions in the Captivate forum and Connect has nothing to do with my Presenter issue, so I don't want to post my question there. What should I do? And, please - can you create a separate community for this tool??

Posting here as I don't see a forum for Adobe Presenter or Adobe Presenter Video Express anywhere?I have the identical problem as in this very old post. I'm trialling Adobe Presenter Video Express with my Logitech C920 webcam but as in the above - mentioned post, when I start the program and begin to create new project, I get a screen with the error message "Your webcam is busy or it is not functioning. Try closing other applications that might be using the webcam and select it again". I upgraded my Logitech webcam software to the latest version from the C920 webcam downloads page at this link and I was directed to install a package called Logitech G HUB which didn't look like webcam software as such but in any case, that didn't solve the problem. I searched again and found what I believe to be the latest driver for the C920. It's called 'Logitech Capture' version 2.04.13. I installed that but still got the webcam error message. I've tried all the possible

Hi,we got Moderators who want to switch their Powerpoint slides with a Logitech presenter. In classic view that feature works pretty good, but is there a chance to do the same in standard view?

Hello, I have Adobe Connect version 11.0.6. I would like to validate if Connect is using the H.264 codec for my recordings.Should I have .mp4 or .f4v files in the Content folder after recording? If so, how do I activate the H.264 codec?Currently I just have .flv files.Thank you.

Participants can changes PPT slides from their keyboard.  Their action changes the HOST view to that slide also.I don't know if the screens for other participants change too, but assume so.Why is this permitted, and how to stop it?  Dark gray SYNC is on the entire time. That should stop participants from affecting the host screen.

Hi, Does anyone know if adobe does a whiteboard screen sharing app similar to Google Jamboard?Ie. I can draw on my screen on my tablet and my nephew who i'm tutoring can see and make changes on his tablet. There are so many adobe apps available this seems to be the best way to find out my answer without going through every one. Stay away from google jamboard by the way. Its doesnt sync and you'll lose your work. thanks,Rhys

Hello,Recently I've switched to ubuntu 20.04.But when I try joining meetings through browser it asks to download flash player ,which is out of service.How can I resolve this issue?

I understood that when teacher give me share screen ability if i press start button from the top right corner it may not share my screen, but if teacher do that, teacher should close the podd then open it again and i should click the screen share in the middle page.so i think that the right top corner button have some problem because i saw it many times.

It all started when on the second day of my use, I was unable to connect to a room, the preparing room kept refreshing and it was stuck there. I quickly uninstalled it and then again tried re-installing it. But it showed a promt that the setup file needs to stop running sessins to install it. I granted it permission, then it kept on showing the blank installer, where it was supposed to start download, it kept on loading for hours. I tried looking for any running plugins in task manager or sessions and found nothing. I tried searching on internet and cleared cache as instructed but it was of no use. I am currently using the browser version, but am unable to install the desktop application.

Hi All.  I'm trying to hold a meeting that will have over 80 participants and 4 breakout rooms, but I will be the only administrator.  Is there a way to have people put themselves into breakout rooms?  I can create and start and stop the breakout rooms, but I don't want to have to manage all the people deciding that they went into the wrong room and want to go into a different one.  Is there an easy way? Hopeful.

Hello worldI am having an issue with some of my clients rooms but does not affect every participant.  The IssueClick the link and it launchs the browser then the installed Adobe Connect app.  The app just hangs at the "E CONNECT" stage (attached image) Troubleshooting stepsI have modified Application Interface from Classic view to Standard view (and vise versa) - No changeI have tried different browser - No changeReinstalled the Adobe Connect app - No change VersionsMacOS = Big Sur 11.1Adobe Connect App = 2020.10.1 

Hello, I migrated from Adobe Connect version 9.8 to 11.0.6I am not able to play recordings that are more than 5 years old in a browser with the standard interface. Only in the app with the classic interface. And I need to use a link with the following format:https://serveradobe.blah.com/p2w4pdrsy6j/?html-view=false Is this a known issue?Thank you.Marc

Hello, When I make offline recordings, these are only done with the classic interface, is this normal, while this one is recorded with the standard interface. I am with version 11.0.6. Is it possible to do offline recording with the standard interface view? Thank youMarc

Hopefully an easy question here and I'm simply missing something in how I have things set up. Using Adobe Connect and Event Management to handle registrations, approved participants receive a calendar item they can plug into Outlook.  My problem is that I'm now receiving Outlook emails every time they "accept" the calendar invite -- I can't seem to figure out how or where to turn this off so I'm not getting confirmation emails to my address.  Any help?  Thank you! Tim

I have developed many  Presemter modules  over the years and  I am now having issues with accessing the HTML5 version of  published Adobe Presenter files?

I closed the microphone when meeting host allowed us to use our microphones.And in 2nd hour of my class when the host decide the open our microphones again, my closed microphone started without my permission.And I didn't know that and I was speaking.So I have problems with my teacher(meeting host) and my friends now.That's a bug and I want to report it.
