How do I populate this field ({audio-conference-details}) so it displays in my invite email?

OK - I'm about at my wit's end. I am running Cp 8.0.145 (I know, .245 is current, but my IT guys need to vet it before I get it) on a Win7 desktop and trying to publish a .zip file to an Adobe Connect system functioning as an LMS. I do not have full admin rights to the Connect instance. I have tried publishing the Captivate projects using the "Adobe Connect" setting (with and without "Publish Adobe Connect metadata" box selected), as an AICC compliant zip file, and as a SCORM 2004 v4 package, and as a SCORM 2004 v4 package in a wrapper provided by Adobe. In each and every case, the system does not register any value for the test questions included (shows a test value of 0/0) and will not register completion of the course on passing the test.Is this an issue with my settings in Captivate when I publish, or something I need to address with the LMS admin for Connect?Justenuf

i dont see in my license panel download adobeconnect for v9.3 or v9.4,  i just can be download 9.2how can i download hosted files last of adobe connect?

I am not able to hear any audio from adobeconnect readings. My audio devices are working fine as I can hear audio from them. But, they are not working with adobeconnect meetings alone..Kindly help. Other participants are able to hear it properly. There seems to be problem with my laptop alone. I am using Windows 7 on vaio. I installed adobeconnect add-in and ran test available on https://admin.acrobat.com/common/help/en/support/meeting_test.htm. They ran fine for me. Still no luck. Kindly help. Thanks in advance.

Hi, I try to create a presentation.I need to have the possibility to select several videos and i was thinking of creating a html page (for a menu) as the only content of this presentation and on this html have the link (the adobe connect link) of the videos that i previously entered in my content.I got the html working well but when clicking on the link as a registered guest (not with my admin login) i have a page with not authorize to see the content.i though it was because of the permission setting in content but even when allowing it to public i cannot access the link.Any thoughts! or maybe an other way to do thisthanks,

Our company is looking to host online workshops (virtual services). There appears to be two useful Adobe products for this; Connectnow which I see is as a cloud based service and hosted by adobe OR Adobe Connect which you install on your own hardware. If we want to host 2-3 workshops a week with 10-15 people in each, any suggestions on the best product for this? Thanks...

I understand a participant can share their screen if the host/organiser allows it.  However, if you are running a virtual classroom with (let's say) 8 people and give them something interactive to do, can you cycle through or see their screens without requesting they share it?  This would be to make sure users are performing tasks that you've set.

I have a problem with accessing "My Meetings" folder via Connect 9 Web services.I have two Adobe Connect sites.Site 1 (Correct site)I login to the Connect Web interface and go to "Meetings" tab (warning: German interface):That is, I'm in "My meetings" folder ("Meine Meetings" in German).I then use Web services to get its id. I call sco-shortcuts function and parse the result for the sco with the type=my-meetings as recommended in Using Adobe Connect 9 Web services PDF (Page 34). It works fine and I get the sco-id.Site 2 (Problem site)I login to the Connect Web interface and go to "Meetings" tab:This time I'm in "Shared meetings" folder ("Gemeinsame Meetings"). And the "My meetings" folder is not even in the submenu. Hi  When guests are entering my rooms, they click on the radio button "Enter as Guest", type their name into the text box and click “Enter Room”.  Their name field is then cleared out to blank. No matter what content is entered, it gets erased and users remain at the log in screen.  Internet Explorer is our default browser.  Users have their pop up blockers turned off.At first this was random.  However, it has become very consistent for the past few months.  I called  in December and was told to use Chrome.  Chrome’s not my preference as Citrix works better in IE, and having to open Chrome specifically only to log on to Adobe is rather frustrating.   Does anyone else have a real FIX  for me? Thanks soo much!!   

In don't get a 7MB file uploaded to materials (Adobe Connect), but a 2MB-file (pptx). What is the problem?

I have a custom C#/WPF application that allows a user to interact with a remote traveler.  The application will do the following things:Launch Adobe ConnectLogin to  an Adobe Connect accountSend the remote traveler a link to that  Adobe Connect sessionInteract with the remote user with video/audio via Adobe Connect.  For steps 1&2 I show an embedded html window with the link to login to the account.  This works fine.  After the login succeeds, Adobe Connect takes over the entire screen, which then hides my custom application.  Is there a way to do this type of launch without Adobe Connect taking over the screen?  I would like to keep it in a browser window of my choosing so I can organize my user's screen.  Or - is there a better way to launch Adobe Connect from a custom application?Thanks

My company has "locked down" many of the desktop PC's preventing unwnated software from being installed on the devices.  There are certain proxy groups that have been created to bypass the managed state.  However, I have a number of users who are still being prevented from sharing their screen in an Adobe Connect Meeting as the Add In is still not able to self install.  The techies here made https://*.adobeconnect.com a trusted site also a trusted active x installer site.  Is the trusted site URL correct, or is there another URL from which the Add In is downloaded and installed?

The whiteboard on Adobe Connect has been having some issues with the smoothing feature that is fairly recent (last year or so). I have a attached a screen capture of portions of a tutoring session that was done today on my computer. We have tested this out and it is consistent, but what is most unusual is that when we have a tablet with the Adobe Connect app (installed about a year ago) on it, the images come through quite well. To me that means that the trace of the mouse is being captured and sent to the server correctly but is having issues when sent back…or something like that. In talking with another instructor, this wasn't a problem when he put the app on the tablet.The attached video demonstrates the issues we are experiencing.The following pictures further illustrate the issue of lines not drawing correctly for the tablet and computer connected to the same session. I have two people who recently purchased new laptops and when connecting to Adobe Connect, their window is SUPER tiny.  We have messed with the laptop resolution, full screen view etc...but nothing seems to work.  Anyone else have this issue and a fix?

We are trying to setup a game capture card to enable RTMP live streaming. We already have a hosted account at <ourdomain>.adobeconnect.com. But we don't see an RTMP url anywhere in the Account settings? How can we find an RTMP url? Or if that question does not make sense, what are we missing?Many thanks,-Javeed

One of our participants wnt to use his own CISCO C20 videoconferencing system as a source for better video quality. Is it possible to connect Cisco C20 with Adobe Connect and if "Yes", what are the technical advices for the connection.Best regards,Martin

I recorded 2 hour long meeting in adobe connect portal. Then by mistake deleted that room in my service provider account ,through which the room was originally created. Now when I access that URL, chat history,shared documents during the meet are there but recording is not saved. can I recover  my recording? It is really important to me.

With the new version of Adobe Connect.  I can not figure out how to record the voice portion of my class.  Are there instructions on how to do this.  I've connected my own bridge but can only record the video and not the voice.
