Hello, Both the Creative Cloud and Photoshop Apps are not launching on my MacBook 2013 Air Big Sur after downloading. I previously had them installed but had to delete them temporarily to free up space. I have re-started my computer, tried uninstalling and re-installing again, but still without any success.  Neither application appears in my "apps" section. I only see the Creative Cloud icons under Launchpad and they do not open when I click on them. I've checked for firewall interference and that does not seem to be the issue. Does anyone have any ideas for a solution?Thank you.

I've seen a couple of threads about people constantly seeing red alerts on the Creative Cloud icons. I'm having the same issue, and the repeated suggestion to reset via Command + Option + R is not solving this issue for me. The key takeaway for me is that it's not just the Creative Cloud icon in the macOS menu bar but also the Cloud activity icon within the Creative Cloud app itself. There is no explanation of what is actually "wrong" to cause the alert. I'd really like this to go away. (For the record, I've never consciously used the Adobe cloud storage features; any storing there has been by Adobe apps on their own initiative.)

is it possible to hide the creative cloud menu icon without quitting creative cloud?i see some posts about dragging the icon off, but i don't think that will remove it permanently?

I have an all Adobe creative suite account. Where can I find out how many generative AI credits I have? I don't see a counter anywhere on my Creative Cloud Desktop spash screen. According to several YouTube videos that's where its supposed to be, but I don't see it. Thanks

Back "in the day" as you'll say, Adobe bought up a lot of fledgling companies and their tech.  Adobe added a lot of applications, now called apps because of this.  When Adobe was buying out other companies, they said "all applications will be interchangable".  Well today 25 years later they are not.  Illustrator and Photoshop have different tools.  Premiere Pro and After Effects have different tools.  So the core Adobe products in 2024 still are not the same???  That is correct, they do not.  I sold my Adobe stock, but any stockholder should claim fowl and Corporate mgt.

Is it possible to separate the page numbering of the document from the page numbering of each chapter?For example: Chapter G has pages G1, G2, G3, G4, while in the overall document, the same pages correspond to 65, 66, 67, 68, 69.

Hello Community, It's been a week since this error showed up. I was opening and using Creative Cloud app with ease, the next day i received this error while opening any app. And ever since Adobe Agents were unable to help me out. I'm using a macbook running macOS Sonoma 14.4.1, I don't understand how that happened but would really appreciate any help.  Thank you!

A few days ago when I was in windows explorer I noticed a new folder right under the desktop folder named Creative Cloud Files (My email address)(Long string of digits@adobeid).  I have the standard creative cloud files folder in documents but this new one just appeared.   when I right click on it there is no option to delete and I cannot drag it into the recycle bin.  if I double click on the folder I get a error saying "Location is not Available".  I've tried changing the folder location in creative cloud settings with no luck.  I have also tried to delete it via the command promt and through the kaspersky file shredder utility with no luck.  also used the adobe cleaner tool and removed cc and reinstalled it and the problem persists.  I am having this issue on my dell laptop with windows 10 home

Installiere die Synchronisationskomponente und versuche es nocheinmal. Fehlercode 145"Auf der Hilfeseite heisst es, dies werde durch einen doppelt vorhandenen File hervorgerufen, den man im Error-Log identifizieren könne. Allerdings gibt es in der Fehlermeldung keinen Link zum Fehlerprotokoll. Wo finde ich das Fehlerprotokoll, oder wie kann ich sonst diesen Fehler beheben?Vielen Dank für jeden Tipp!

I am unable to load some sections (except for the Plugins section) of the Stock & Marketplace tab on the Creative Cloud app. All other tabs, "Home", "Apps", "Files", "Discover", and "Quick actions" work without any issues.I am using Creative Cloud 6.1.0.587.7 on an Intel-based Mac with macOS Sonoma 14.4.1. My Creative Cloud account is part of an Enterprise account, and all installed Adobe apps are up to date.This problem started a couple of months ago, and I have never had any issues with my account in the 10 years of using Creative Cloud.I followed the suggestions I found regarding the OOBE folder. WHAT IS THIS ADOBE? Seriously! Is this some bizarre joke?I cannot skip it, cancel it or opt out. Neither can I use the app to install or change ANY of my applications - Unless I accept this. I do NOT want to download & install this Beta. Not even a cancel button. This is an unethical way to force people to install something they do NOT want!!!I want a choice. I want to decide WHAT I install on my Computer. This makes me VERY angry! Why do you do this? 

Please - does anyone know how to stop the annyoing pop ups that occur offering me solutions for design, illustration etc that I dont need.    When creating I'm in the zone and BAM Adobe has the need to tell me something I do not want to know.  If I need to find out something I will look for it, i dont need adobe to pop up on my screen whenever they feel like it.  Help please.

How do you get the Creative Cloud icon back in the menu bar on a mac. It was there and now gone.

In my menu bar, the Creative Cloud icon has a red triangle:  But when I open up the panel, I don't see anything directing me to what is wrong.  After the upgrade to Sonoma, this occurred.  Originally when I clicked on the cloud, the libraries were not syncing.  I restarted the app (not the host) and that problem went away.  It is now green and happy.Any ideas of what might be wrong?  Do you think it will go away if I reboot?

I'm running Mac OS Monterey (ver 12.6.9) and I uninstalled Creative Cloud the way Adobe describes but all the apps still appear in Launchpad. How do I remove them? It's cluttering up Launchpad and seems (so far) impossible to remove.

I can't use Creative Cloud files anymore. The desktop syncing isn't working and, when I try to access the web version (https://assets.adobe.com/files/), I get an error: "Unable to load assets. Error occurred while loading assets. Try visiting this page later. - Something went wrong". See attachment.Cloud XD documents aren't syncing either. I tried relaunch (Ctrl+Alt+R) and uninstall/reinstall the app. It didn't work, I don't know what to do.
