Creative Cloud desktop

Hi. I'm trying to sign out of my personal account and in to my school account on my desktop. All of the advice on here says to click on the 'gear icon' in the top right hand corner, go to preferences and change account from there. I can't see a gear icon though. I can find preferences by clicking on my profile icon but 'sign out' isn't an option. Clicking on 'Adobe Account' takes me to the Adobe website and if I sign out and in to the school account through there it doesn't change the profile in Creative Cloud. Any ideas?  

Hi, I am running my account on a photography plan for my work. However, my work has the full Adobe suite, and I'd like to use it on my computer. If I log out and enter a different Adobe account, will I lose work and plugins downloaded and attached to my personal account?

i halve been hacked, all my files in cloud are gone. Don; know what to do 

Hi all, I have a question regarding Adobe creative cloud login/logoffIs there an automation for log of from the app, or you get automatically logged off from you creative cloud after restarting the machine?I am in IT but not familiar with creative cloud, and we have some users they are complaining that they get automatically logged off and have always log in when opening a pdf fileI did not find an information about itThank you,Igor

Trying to install Premiere Beta from the CC desktop app on my laptop, but It's nowhere to be found. All other betas are showing.

Hi. I'm trying to uninstall Adobe Bridge as I don't use it. Ever since I started the uninstall, CC has been stuck in this endless loop where it will randomly open when I'm using LR or PS and ask me if I want to keep or remove notifications, alerts, etc related to Bridge. No matter which option I select, this dialog keeps opening again and again at random times. Can anyone tell me how to get this to stop, please? I'm using a PC running Windows 10.

Good afternoon,  I graduated in June this year and it's September now.  I lost access to myportfolio account (school account) because it said my licence was not valid anymore.Went to my college, talked to the IT there and said that Adobe should be able to help. How would I get back my old site from my school's account?  I want to transfer that website that exist in my school's account into a personal different email account that I paid Adobe for.  Thank you so much !

Hi,  I have 2 profiles under my account. One personal profile and my organization profile.  I need to move 2 portfolios from my personal to my organization profile. This method doesn't work since i am using the same email for both profiles. Hi,We're experiencing issue with preview files from shared link in Adoboe CC.Same issue as described in post... We can preview files when browsed and opened via CC app but not when access from shared link.Either show blank file or fileexentsion name (see picture below):

J'ai suivi le conseil d'Adobe : se déconnecter, supprimer Adobe user info grâce au trousseau d'accès et se reconnecter.Une fois reconnecté à Creative Cloud, rien ne change : en cliquant sur l'onglet Applications, celles-ci apparaissent un instant seulement puis la page devient blanche avec cette cette info « Page non disponible ». Hi,I am finding Creative Cloud is doing a really strange thing when I start an application. If my Firefox browser is open and I start Photoshop or Indesign for example, it crashes Firefox. It seems to happen when Creative Cloud is activating the font library.Is anyone else having this problem? If so any fixes?I am using an iMac with version 10.15.7, Photoshop 22.5.1, Indesign 16.4 and Firefox 93.0.
