Creative Cloud desktop

Hi,Creative Cloud consumes all my internet bandwidth while updates (e.g. Lightroom) are running.That is pretty annoying. I'm feeling that I'm not alone with this problem when reading Adobe in the Adobe Community.Regards,Patrick

i have an older 12.9 ipad pro. Dropped and screen cracked, nothing visible. How do I remove authorization from old ipad to new ipad? Not so much files, backed up on external drive, just the apps; photoshop, Lr, and Lrc.

Hello everyone,i have 20gb of storage that is totally empty. in the trash files too. and yet i have over 8gb used. i had tried many methods but nothing worked. and when i'm on an app like lightroom, it tells me that i have two files in sync since the very beginning several months ago even though i never used the online storage.

I had PS, AI, ID on a drive that crashed. I have since removed the drive. I changed my install directory to D.Any time I try to download any of the above I get Exit Code 176.I have gone through and tried all kinds of fixes to no avail.I did try to install AE on D and it worked (granted my PC barely can sustain but still installs).But trying to install any of the software I had before just results below. Hi team, is there an AI app to create 1 min showreel from a 40m video?

An illustrator file in a creative cloud shared library that I created became corrupted and I can't open it. How can I see file history of a shared library file and revert to an older version? I report it as a bug because there doesn't seem to be a file history button in library assets... any solutions?  Thanks!  Creative Cloud version 6.2.0.554

I have an SSD parititioned using ReFS in Windows 11 Enterprise.If I change the default app install location to a folder on this SSD, the Adobe Acrobat app fails to download/install. I've attached the error log which shows the reason for the failure. ReFS is not a case-sensitive file system, so this error does not quite make sense. I instead selected an additional SSD partitioned using NTFS. This works no problem.

I started my Macbook Pro as usual this morning but my Creative Cloud Desktop App would not work. I've tried everything, including spending 45 mins with Adobe support and my company's user support person. No one can figure it out. I unistalled the app but it wouldn't re-install it. I ended up reinstalling the apps I need from the web. Sure would like to get the Creative Cloud Desktop back though. I'm wondering if this is just an isolated issue with me or if it is a problem affecting other users as well?

I had to re-install Creative Cloud recently. I have Creative Cloud in my Startup group on my Mac Studio. Before the re-install it would auto login and run in the background with the Creative Cloud icon displayed in the menu bar at the top of the screen. Now, after re-install the Creative Cloud app window stays open on my desktop. How do I make it go away? I've looked in Preferences and couldn't find anything about this.

What to do, stuck on bootup screen "HP" won't go past that. Press escape key, won't show startup menu...

Please help. I somehow have lost the original files for one of my catalogs and only seem to have the previews. I have googled and tried everything I can think of to find but have had no luck. When I was away I ran out of card space and rang my son to check on the PC those photos were there before I formatted the card. UGH!! I think they are gone. How does this happen and is there anything I can do?  Thanks 

Hi, I don't have Creative Cloud Files on my files explorer in my windows desktop, already reinstalled Creative Cloud but still missing, can you help me pls ? 

I have purchased and used the Creative Cloud through a student plan for around 5 months now and suddenly my account shows all my apps as free trials and there is no plan or any billing history available on my account. 

This happened last update also. 2 days in to the update and still nothing. All my other apps updated (to 24.4), and Premiere is stuck at 24.3 and saying you're all updated.   I tried everything on this page (again). https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-application-recognizing-available.html   Any other tips would be appreciated.

I downloaded the CC installer, but there is no setup file to install, any reason for that?  

Hi. I would like to know if I can continue to use the Master Collection CS5.5 from 2011 that I already have installed on my PC if I now subscribe to CC or will it be deleted or not work? Retaining CS5.5 would be useful for training and familiarity until I get up to speed with CC. Thank you. Nige

The Type tool shortcut (T) is not working sometimes (most of times) it's only work when i tap shift+T

I couldn't find what could be causing my raid 5 to slow to a crawl. So I wiped my SSD and reinstalled Macos 14.5 hooked up the Raid and tested read/write speeds of the Raid. Before any adobe software was installed it was read/write at 458 MB/s. After installing CC it went down to 297 MB/s. that's a loss of 1/3. which in my line of work is a strangle hold. what's even worse is working with adobe support. after spending over 3hrs(not dramatic) I'm reaching out to non adobe (drink the koo-ade ) in hopes of getting a solution. This is the same attitude I experienced when bringing up the issue of not being able to tether when using LRC(something I do multiple times a week. they(adobe) blames Apple, Apple blames Adobe. Well Apple is correct on this one! I ended up purchasing Tether tools sharpshooter just to shoot tethered.
