A cilent gave me assets for a project. 2,723 Individual files. I have NO way of downloading the 30 folders on your CC serviec. It forces me to open each folder and sub folder to download these files 1 at a time......there has to be a better way.
Please - does anyone know how to stop the annyoing pop ups that occur offering me solutions for design, illustration etc that I dont need. When creating I'm in the zone and BAM Adobe has the need to tell me something I do not want to know. If I need to find out something I will look for it, i dont need adobe to pop up on my screen whenever they feel like it. Help please.
Current Adobe Admin Console (AAC) Entra ID provisioning consistently recreates Federated Accounts due to its reliance on user objects' enablement statuses for provisioning identities. Our current offboarding process requires that we disable user account in our source IDP to prevent unauthorized access when an employee leaves or is terminated. This deactivates the user in AAC and if we need to rename (due to shared mailbox access delegation requirements) or setup a new account for the same user in another dept - the provisioning workflow creates a duplicate account in AAC. This causes frustration for our admins and provides access to the previous account's Adobe Sign data when licensed for Adobe Sign. Recommendation is to ignore user's activity status (enabled/disabled) when scoping a user for provisioning through the Entra ID application. At least let the organization choose whether they'd like to keep disabled users in scope or not. This would allow post-offboarding configu
I’ve been following the tutorials offered by Adobe, and they’re fantastic - perfect for kids and beginners.I just had an idea: after completing a tutorial, you could receive a reward and a follow-up. It could even include a feature like ‘Try Again,’ essentially turning it into a kid’s game on the iPad, similar to a drag-and-follow game.
Hello. Is there any chance you could handle product updates better? Every time a new version of, let's say, Photoshop comes out, I need to download ~2 GB of data (the Adobe Creative Cloud app downloads the full installer for the specific version instead of just downloading the files that got updated). I don't have fiber internet, and it takes like an hour to download that amount of data. Also, [I'm not sure if you consider this off-topic or just a bug] today the first time I tried to update Photoshop, it failed on unziping the downloaded files, because I had not enough space on the disk, so I cleaned the space, clicked Retry and... Adobe Creative Cloud seem to removed all the downloaded files (I don't think that should happen; if the downloaded files are not corrupted, why remove them?), since I had to re-download 2 GB+ of data once again.
How do you get the Creative Cloud icon back in the menu bar on a mac. It was there and now gone.
I propose that the 'all apps' plan be changed.First, 'all' means all, so the 'all apps' plan should include everything, such as 3D apps.Secondly, you should be able to choose what is in your plan, like a restaurant menu, and be charged accordingly.Prices are way too high for personal use (nearly $1000/year).A maximum amount should be set for an application, and when reached, it should be free to use.
WHYYYYYYYY I HAVE TO UNABLE MY FIREWALL TO USE THE APPS OR SIMPLY LOGIN IN THE SITE???? WE ARE PAYING TO TAKE OF THE SECUITY????!!! ARE ADOBE MINING BITCOIN IN MY PC OR GETTIN DATA TO IA?! WTF IS THIS?!
In my menu bar, the Creative Cloud icon has a red triangle: But when I open up the panel, I don't see anything directing me to what is wrong. After the upgrade to Sonoma, this occurred. Originally when I clicked on the cloud, the libraries were not syncing. I restarted the app (not the host) and that problem went away. It is now green and happy.Any ideas of what might be wrong? Do you think it will go away if I reboot?
I'm running Mac OS Monterey (ver 12.6.9) and I uninstalled Creative Cloud the way Adobe describes but all the apps still appear in Launchpad. How do I remove them? It's cluttering up Launchpad and seems (so far) impossible to remove.
Please make them permanent visible. As of now have been searching for hell of a long time to find the 'hidden' features.
I was unable to access an app that I have a subscription to because it could not be verified, not connected to internet. This is simply unaceptable! Why am I required to be connected to the internet just to use something I have paid for? There are times when one may not be able to get internet connectivity while needing to use an app. You have to have realized this, no?
When I open any app, the CC libraries show up empty. The folders are still there, but either only a handful of graphics show up or none at all. This is happening for every CC user in my organisation and is a significant time sink. The only place the graphics show up as they should is in the CC Library desktop app, which is no use while I'm working.I've tried the following things to fix it:Quit and reopen the CC library desktop app (no change)Uninstall and reinstall InDesign (graphics come back in all apps for all users until next day)Add new folder/graphic to library (graphics come back to the library folder/graphic was made in until programme is closed, when reopened graphics are gone). We've put extensive time into building our CC libraries, and this is adding frustration to an already stressful job. I've seen other users are also having issues with this. Is there an interim fix that can be done or will there be a fix for this in the next update?
Ich habe eine Frage.Wieso sehen die beiden Interfaces verschieden aus?Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, diese anzupassen?Wie kann ich die APP-Seitenleiste einschalten? Vielen Dank und liebe Grüße___english___I have a question here. Why do the two interfaces look different? Is there a way to customise them? How can I switch on the APP sidebar? Many thanks and best regards
My CC cloud storage is completely empty, but there's 334.1 MB of data in use that I can't seem to access in order to delete it.All locations are empty - "Your files", "Shared with you", "Your libraries", "Deleted", "Lightroom photos", "Mobile creations". I also checked every mobile app to make sure no files were present, and I discovered a couple of Rush projects that didn't appear in CC, so I deleted those as well. And yet 334.1 MB of data remains. Also, there's another issue (possibly related) - ever since Adobe ended cloud sync, I've had a red exclamation mark on my CC tray icon (Win 11) and on the cloud icon in the top right corner of the app window (see pics).
I can't use Creative Cloud files anymore. The desktop syncing isn't working and, when I try to access the web version (https://assets.adobe.com/files/), I get an error: "Unable to load assets. Error occurred while loading assets. Try visiting this page later. - Something went wrong". See attachment.Cloud XD documents aren't syncing either. I tried relaunch (Ctrl+Alt+R) and uninstall/reinstall the app. It didn't work, I don't know what to do.
Hi Adobe - I'm wondering why you haven't yet created a way to make a shared folder saystem within Adobe Express. This is the BACKBONE of Canva or any other Team designer platform, and there's no good reason why Adobe cannot create something nealry identical to what Canva has done. It is IMPERATIVE for small companies and design teams to be able to collaborate locally without having to communicate and ask people to share designs or "libraries". Like, seriously? I'm sorry but this needs to be a feature implemented into Adobe express ecosystem (at the very least) like 2 years ago. Adobe is late to the game, admit your failure and learn from it. Get this feature added immediately!! A shared folder system for all users on an Adobe Express Teams account. Just copy canva, or Dropbox, or any other cloud-based file manager. Simple as that. THANKS!
As we discovered some time ago, there is a compatiblity issue with Adobe Creative Cloud and Windows Memory Integrity. This is due to an old driver (PxHlpa64.sys), that is beeing installed with the "Creative Cloud Desktop Application" installer, downloaded from the Admin Console. This drivers belongs to some disk burning part. This issue seems to exist for some time now (2022) and I must ask why doesn't Adobe adress this problem? We can not updated our computers running Creative Cloud because of that and we need a solution asap. Please do not ask for any log files etc., It is as simple as described above and can be replicated by anybody. Thank you.
When I open my desktop Creative Cloud Application, it is displaying weirdly on my computer (see attached image for exact display issue). It has been happening for awhile and no matter what I do nothing has fixed the issue. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
As a longtime Adobe user, my Mac OS has accrued a lot of Adobe apps I no longer use or older versions of ones I still use. How do I delete these? For example, in my Mac OS Sonoma library (/Library/Application Support/Adobe/), I have Photoshop CS6 from the old disc days through through the CC years up to Photoshop 2024 in addition to Beta. Which ones can I safely delete without impairing the 2024 and Beta versions? The same is true of Bridge and Lightroom. I also have Dreamweaver and Illustrator to which I no longer subscribe, but which I wish to delete. I have attached a screenshot of the Adobe folder on my computer containing these apps and would appreciate any advice.
A CC "personal files" folder with a ridiculously long filename has shown up in my navigation pane. It's NOT in favorites-- see screenshot below. (I found a workaround that Adobe posted that would edit the registry, but it had to do with the favorites section, not this, so it didn't work.) I also tried pausing CC Cloud sync, deleting the personal files folder from C:Users, and then restarting, but that didn't get rid of the shortcut either. I also thought of going to Creative Cloud Desktop and messing with the prefrences in "cloud activity", but the preferences option (gear icon) is missing. (See 2nd screenshot.) How do I get rid of this?
Besides constantly failed installations? Stuck at 87%, can't anyone sort out this time wasting charade once and for all? Maybe I can download it directly and install it manually from adobe.com... d'oh: Note, I cancelled the Creative Cloud desktop install, can anyone explain that nonsense from the adobe site? Dreamweaver 2021 closes itself after a few minutes of use, because of course it does. Also, why when I 'X' out of CC, instead of exiting the program, it just hides, lurking in the taskbar? Why doI have to open that Taskmanager and manually shut down the dozens of resource hogging processes, there? As a customer I have come to loathe the Adobe experience, as a stockholder I am very concerned about this comedy of errors that chases away new customers. Share price still well below $700 and still no dividend? No wonder. Why don't Adobe products simply work?
Creative Cloud version 6.1.0.587.7Adobe Illustrator version 28.4.1Platform: Mac mini (M2 Pro)OS: Ventura 13.6.6 I am trying to build a brand inventory that can be accessed from all Adobe apps that have the Libraries extension. Some of the graphic elements have the freeform gradient applied. When the graphic shape that has freeform gradient is dragged and dropped into the Library inside Adobe Illustrator, it gets added but the thumbnail preview looks white (blank). When adding other graphic elements that do not have freeform gradient, they show just fine. The current workaround is to right click on the asset with the preview issue and click "Edit". In Adobe Illustrator I select everything and apply the "Rasterize" effect and save. This will fix the problem and make Libraries able to display the thumbnail. Side note: When accessing Libraries through assets.adobe.com/libraries, thumbnails are produced with no issues.
Idea / request: Add 'fast profile switch' to creative cloud app. I'm using two Creative Cloud profiles (one work profile, one private) and it always time to log out from one profile and log in to another (esp. when logging in to my profile, because it is secured with Microsoft Authentificator). I'd be happy if there was a faster way than logging out an in.
