Is anybody else having trouble uploading media today? I've done everything I can think of and still I get just gray boxes where my photo media should be. I've duplicated the file, restarted, deleted and reuploaded, and gone through all the steps over and over but nothing works. I'm on version 6.1.0.587.7 Creative Cloud and I'm using Safari 17.4.1Help! Hi! It's been days and I still can't install Acrobat, it reaches 10% and I get the "Error 113" pop up.I've installed other apps in Creative Cloud (v.6.1.0.587.7) with no issues at all. I just installed InDesign, and inmmediately tried Acrobat but it's impossible. Internet is working fine, using an ethernet cable (I have fiber, 700mb/s). Tried turning the firewall off, didn't work.Opened Creative Cloud as admin, didn't work. I'm using windows 11My specs: Ryzen 5 5600X, 32gb RAM, RX 6650 XT 8gb.
Adobe Creative Cloud will not open for me, all it displays is the loading wheel and the blue prompt at the bottom that links me to an article telling me what to do it Adobe Creative Cloud won't open. I have tried all of the methods until the one where it says to uninstall all the apps. However, in order to uninstall all of my Adobe apps, I need to be able to open Adobe Creative Cloud. Any help?
Hello.I don't know if I ask the question in a good place.I have installed creative cloud but it doesn't finish opening the launcher, I have a message that says "Creative Cloud is taking longer than usual".I have been provided a study license by a center to be able to take the ACA exam, but I can't launch the program, I have tried everything, uninstall, repair, update.... everything.Any ideas? Hello, I started using Fresco not long ago and I've been enjoying it. But all of a suden now it's telling me I don't have storage and I need to free space.I try to export my files to delete them afterwards but it won't let me export anything. The only option is to delete everything I've been working on and spent hours on...It won't let me open any file either!Please, what can I do??
I tried openning Bridge 2024 (v 14.0.3) today and I get the message "This App can't run on your PC. To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher." So, what's the problem? How do I roll back to an earlier version?
I cannot get photohop to open on both my and my wife's computer. We have the entire Creative Cloud and this is the only app I cannot get to open. I have tried all the fixes they have suggested and even downloaded a repair version of Windows 11. Please advise?
Hi, Need help in terms of installing adobe creative cloud. After installation it says initializing and after sometime it throwas an error taking longer time and then ask me to repair when clicked on that nothing is happened when i reopen or even restarted couple of times
I currently run Creative Cloud Version 6.1.0.587 on a iMac 27" running Ventura 13.6.6. Since the last Creative Cloud update, each time I boot the system (restart or cold boot), I receive the Notification 'Creative Cloud An update is availavle for Creatine Cloud'. When i open I cloud, there are no Updates available and all app's are Up to Date.It's nothing critical. just a untense having to check daily when prior to this uodate, the notification would appear when thdre was a n update to install.Any thoughts?
So the "Can't Verify Subscription Status" error has been around for a while, it pops up whenever I open premiere or photoshop, sign in while connected to the internet and cannot get in. However I'm having another issue that seems connected to it. Whenever I attempt to sign into the creative cloud app, it will then kick me out back to the sign in page as if nothing had happened after showing an initializing loading screen after a few seconds if not immedietly. Then if I try to sign in a second time it gives me a different error that just tells me I need to sign in again and then kicks me back. Becuase of this I cannot get into the cloud to cleanly uninstall the apps (and using an external app to do so which should NOT be a requirement but alas, does not fix the issue) and I cannot open the actual apps themselves. Premiere, Photoshop, and others will routinely sign me out when I do happen to get in and crash the app, upon which point this issue will return for some random ammo
I would like a feature to modify the automated welcome email that goes to users after purchasing a license. It currently tells them to log in using their firstname.lastname@yum.com to access their new software. However, we have Adobe in sync with SSO. Therefore, they need to use their userID@yum.com for their log in.
I have a different browser set up with my Gmail login. When I go to login with my Gmail, your Creative Cloud launchs the default brwoser. No problem, this happens often to me with external programs. The problem is your terrible authentication system that probably marked the SSO token as used as soon as it hits the browser. This implementation is not necessary!!!! I should be able to copy the URL to another browser and just use it! I am a developer with a degree in softare security and there is NO REASON AT ALL that your system is implemented this way. It doesn't create a more secure system in the slightest. It just makes me come here at tell you that this is another strike against your archaic software and reason to migrate away from Adobe. Not to mention the bugs I found while filing this bug!!!
On macOS, if one searches "Creative Cloud" with Spotlight, Launchpad or third party launcher apps such as LaunchBar, the first result is always "/Applications/Utilities/Adobe Creative Cloud/Utils/Creative Cloud Desktop App.app", launching which seemingly does nothing at all the user might care about—it certainly does not launch the Creative Cloud Desktop App 🤦♂ Conversely, "/Applications/Adobe Creative Cloud/Adobe Creative Cloud" (which happens not to even be a real app package, but actually an alias pointing to "/Applications/Utilities/Adobe Creative Cloud/ACC/Creative Cloud.app"—Adobe, get your act together) does successfully launch Creative Cloud Desktop App. But then again, that one’s name does not say "Desktop App" nor comes as the top-most result when searching in any of the above. So Adobe, please:Get rid of "/Applications/Utilities/Adobe Creative Cloud/ACC/Creative Cloud.app".Rename "/Applications/Adobe Creative Cloud/Adobe Creative Cloud" to "/
I've been using premiere pro for months and just started playing games on my pc. The other day, I started to get his pop up. It then immedately opens up a bunch of apps and programs. I first thought that this was a steam issue, but then I saw ''Creative Cloud UI Helper.exe.'' Does anyone know a proper fix?
I'm relatively new to LrC and I save all my images on a WD external hard drive. I have 2 images that just won't stop synching, but there's no apparent way for me to identify which images are stuck synching. Can anyone help me? And what are the causes of this? How can I fix or avoid in the future? Many thx.
When I need to relink a library assest, all my lovely organised folders in the library are discarded and everything is thrown together, this is incredibly annoying. Please fix this bug or 'feature', maintain folder structures when relinking! Thanks

The problem (as per sloppily documented on X)...:The drive allocated for downloads fills up (to max!) whenever I use the update func in Creative Cloud.This is because my internet connection isn't entirely stable and the program (CC!) lacks allocation of temp download space and garbage cleanup func after failed download.Here's a description:{1. Update in CC starts.2. Partial download in temp folder (drive!).3. Operation breaks because of failed connection.4. Partial (now failed!) download sits untouched. (becomes garbage!)5. New download begins!}This loop quickly accumulates garbage.The program features install, syncing and asset download locations.But no "download to this folder!" can be seen in the program!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Could we save custom metadata templates to the creative cloud? Saving them to the Adobe creative cloud, in addition to our Ps files etc. would be a very useful way to keep them updated and synced across various devices. ( Especially if you alter the template often. ) Currently, we can transfer the templates folder to each other device and find and overwrite a local template folder.
