It should be possible to synchronize toolbar preferences and locations across devices.I use a desktop at work and a laptop at home and it would be really helpful if the windows/toolbars appeared in the same positions.
I've had this issue on 2 different remote OSX machines both over VNC and RDP. The creative cloud app will not show any content (image 1). Sometimes if I move the box around a little I can see a some of the information (image 2). This creates an issue with updating products in between upgrades - as updates are not supported on the creative cloud web app. I had a similar issue with Visual Studio Code and their support team had me update a small like of code in the application and it worked great (they have since fixed). please help! Tom
Would be nice if the Adobe admin managed packages allowed user to self install either 32 bit or 64 bit versions of the Adobe software entitlements.
Hello,I'm thinking of buying Creative Cloud All Apps, Is there a Turkish language option for trainings in this package?
Selective File-Sync is a feature that should be included within Adobe Creative Cloud Storage. If team members access one folder to collaborate, all files should not download as there could be GB's worth of files, especially video files. There is no need to fill up other team members local storage if they won't be using assets at the moment but could potentially at any moment. There should be a selective Sync to determine what gets downloaded to the device for offline usage versus a system similar to Google Drive's File Stream' where files are downloaded on demand [1]. Adobe has had selective Sync before [2] and others have requested this many times [3]. Adobe has also acknowledged this as something under consideration since 2016 as per Lin He (an Adobe Employee) who responded on Jun 14, 2016 [4]. Brett N, an Adobe employee has also stated this is a great feature to add in his post on August 5, 2014 [5]. Per Adobe’s UserVoice, this is most upvoted feature under ‘Desktop S
I find it absolutely not OK to have huuuge animated ads in an application I pay a lot of money for. In garish colors, with flying emojis and then on top of it another Pop-Up I have to click away. And then I have to scroll past the commercials to get to the place I need to use this app. This is a program I need for work, and I don't want intrusive distractions that add nothing.
I recently had an extremely frustrating and expensive situation dealing with Adobe technical support trying to resolve an issue with Creative Cloud app updates stalling in the Creative Cloud application. The downloads would start and then quickly stall and eventually time out. No problems with downloads from other Adobe sources or with any other apps or companies. Here are the issues I encountered with Adobe Tech Support. • Agents that do not listen. • Repeatedly answering the same questions or providing the same information because of the above issue. • Agents making repeated outlandish requests, to go out and buy a new cellphone with a new service provider to do a single troubleshooting step. • Was asked to be available with my computer for 24-48 hours waiting on a return call from a senior agent. • Arrogant and condescending senior agents. • Senior agents claimimg 100 mbps internet service is too slow to do update downloads. • Senior
Hey, can you please add a "Threads" social icon to Adobe Portfolio? A lot of folks will want to be cutting edge and... it's not right now.
How do I fix the " CRClient.dll not found" error thrown by AdobePCIBroker.exe - I've got Lightroom installed on the machine
As subject and no solution anyways. Just ridiculous that my apps are used as adobe's advertisement channels with no way to get rid of these banners which take up massive space in the cloud app forceing me to scroll down to actually get to where I need to get to. Right now most of adobe suite feels like a free/shareware version with all the advertisement except I still have to pay. Dont need help, already went that through adobe support to find that none of the supposed 5 people I talked to ever read anything I wrote. Most useless helpdesk/support desk you pretty much find. We manually manage our accounts. I have a user account that has been created, but I'm not sure by whom or when. The audit report only goes back 90 days, but I cannot find them in the 90 days, so they must go back further than that. There seems to be no way to do so. From an audit perspective, I would think it crucial to be able to determine when and by whom an account was created (especially if I have a number of admins and we charge back users for their accounts).
Would be great if you could export a contact sheet from your library so you have a reference. With a big library of images it would be a great resource to share with wider team as well.
Quiero instalar creative cluod en un laptop que tiene programas de adobe no originales es eso posible?
After updating the CC app for Windows, Photoshop and Lightroom CC are not listed as installed any more. Only Acrobat Reader, Fresco and UXP Developer Tools are. Please fix that.
I've been cleaning up my MBP applications some of which are old and no longer in use. When I check on what Adobe has loaded over the years, there are quite a few "creative cloud" apps in addition to the Adobe products that I use (PS, LRC, Premiere, etc.). I've attached a list of the apps in question. Can someone tell me what's in "active" and what is old and can be deleted? See screenshots attached. Thanks for your help.
Had the Creative Cloud All APps installed for 3+ years. Today I try to use InDesign with an activate Adobe font (I've used the activated font for 3+ years) and it doesn't show up. I try to load my added font in Creative Cloud Desktop and it spins - so far, we are at 2 hours of spin). When I click the "Apps" menu item, I get an immediate "Something Went Wrong/Reload Apps" message, no matter how many times I click it. It worked fine last Friday - now it's Monday and I can't access downloaded fonts or see any of my apps on the CC Desktop.
This is my first time reporting a bug here.I found out creative cloud desktop app somehow causes windows file explorer to use a cosntant 25% - 30% cpu usage, even when all files are synced, and in some instances makes the file explorer crash. This is happening on a desktop and a laptop, running windows 11 prothis happens as soon as windows started. The only solution I found that works is to end all tasks related to creative cloud in the task manager, Windows 11 ProVersion 22H2OS Build 22621.1702I hope somebody can help, Flavio Cappelletti.
Having recently recieved a letter for a software license audit - I think there should be an easy way to list all installed applications per platform including application name, version, installed platform and OS. At the moment the closest to this is using the following instructions which is only gets you half way there. https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/enterprise/kb/how-to-determine-which-versions-of-adobe-applications-are-instal.html This would especially useful when switching between systems and moving licenses.
I have a 7 month old Windows 11 laptop. I was having odd blue screen reboots several times per day. One of the more recent updates to CC failed. I couldn't figure out what was doing this until this happened. The PC ran for days until I needed to restart it. After the restsrt, CC updated properly and the crashes started again. To be clear, this happened without opening my 'actual apps'. I could run Photoshop just fine. So, I uninstalled it all and say goodbye. I see that tons of folks are having this issue and there is simply no excuse for 95% of what is in Creative Clound desktop. I don't want your foggy 'cloud'. How about a simply download and install for my apps? Check my licensing from inside the app. There must be a hook there already? This is rediculous. A friggin installer that totally crashes our the Operating System?I'm done. No response needed. This is just a report.
Me senti extremamente desrespeitada.
Could the company adobe inc give a lecture at the biggest event in latin america held in brazil game show of paramount importance when it comes to games, ART and design having its illustration and learning is ideal for anyone who is or will be graduating in the area of gamers if for training in audiovisual, art, design and music.
