Creative Cloud Services

Here is what I see online:   And here is my desktop app   File formats: FBX / OBJ / SBSAR / EXR   which I think are supported.   I tried a fix mentioned by member here, inluded removing and reinstalling.   How to fix this>   [typo in title edited by moderator]

I have gone through my creative cloud storage and deleted absolutely anything I can find, including permanently deleting from the deleted folder, and deleted my lightroom library, yet adobe says I have used all 2GB still, can't save anything to the cloud and can't see anything saved there.

Good nightI having issues when trying to use the app in 3 different desktops at the same time. I have to close one and sign into another. I basically use it for signature. I issue a lot of different documents that needs to be sign and most of the time the signer is out of my range.

How ridiculous.  What's the $99 for so Corporate leadership can make payments on their BMW's? I am sick over this crap.

Adobe Portolio does not allow to add images at the bottom of the image. Otherwise, I have to ditch the current setting to line up all information. I want images on left, texts on left just what I did above. No other way to add images on left side bottom?  

What is the purpose of the "photos.sqlite" file, and why does it continually not sync? I am running Ventura 13.2.1 and the Creative Cloud syncing process seems to stop on the "photos.sqlite" file.Anyone have some insight into this situation?

So today I am using a Windows 10 Pro desktop with i9900K processor. This is nearly three years old and I am now about to upgrade and build a new platform using 13900K 24 core processor.I have built several PC's before - that is not the issue.My question is - when I install Creative Cloud on this new machine (ensuring only 2 machines logged to Creative Cloud) - will it allow me to see all APPS I see today.In particular, I have some older Premiere and Media Encoder versions (2018/2019 versions) for example.Today they are on my current desktop and work. I want to keep those to address some specific older projects.For new work I always use latest Adobe versionsSo in a nutshell -will a new Creative Cloud install on my new machine allow me to install those 2018/2019 older app versions as I have on my new machine ?......or not ?. Does Adobe Creative Cloud prevent installation of certain older versions if it is a clean install with no historical baggage on the machine?.Finally I assume there i

Hi, curently I have a CC Files sync folder pon my Mac. I would like to move all its content into Cloud Documents. There doesnt appear to be an easy way to move them all in one go. Adobe help suggests open each image and saving it to Cloud Docs. That wuld take me weeks! Any solutions?Thanks

Even though I have configured creative cloud not to launch on login and not to automatically keep up to date, I can still see in the task manager that many creative cloud processes are running. I have also configured the process not to run in task manager startup. Do I need to uninstall to stop this happening and reinstall every time I need to use Photoshop or Lightbox or is there something I am missing? Version: Photoshop 24.2.1, Creative Cloud: 5.10.0.573Platform: Windows 11. Up to date as of March 2023

So I was just in the process of uninstalling all my adobe apps to do the whole cloud cleaner app thing to help me remove previous versions of the apps that are still showing in my control panel and now it won't let me uninstall lightroom like the others do when you go to install an app from the creative cloud in red text. hope someone can help me

When I try to log in to my account at Behance or Adobe Portfolio or something, I get an "Access Denied" error. What is it? 

I have started a trial for premiere pro, that ended yesterday. When I followed the instructions to payment, it took my gmail and gave me a membership that now does not have the project I need acces to from my trial.The trail was linked to an old email for an old work creative cloud. how do I get my project to my new account?

Hi, I am currently working with a team that uses a personal adobe account. I signed in using my phone and edited my files there. Will the team see my edited files on their devices too? 

When i'm using indesign with multiple colleagues in the cloud all links are broken because the path is linked to the different user names......how to fix, without constantly making packages.......?

Hello, I hope I'm posting in the correct area. For a couple of years now my Adobe Creative Cloud storage has been full and I've finally decided I've had enough of that. However, when I go to view files despite saying there are 64gbs taken up, I can't find anything. I have checked all libraries and even deleted them as they were empty anyways. I have checked lightroom(desktop and web) and it only shows me photos I currently have on my computer. And I've checked  the deleted folder and there is nothing in there either.  Any help would be appreciated! Thank you. 

Hey everybody,since the new update, there is no checkbutton to select all files in the trash of my adobe cloud (online not local - so the files which are already deleted).So i have to click manually on every file and the permanently delete it out of my creative cloud. Since i have more then a few hundred files i am not going to do that.Do you know a way how to select all of the files? And why the f**** did adobe delete the possibilty to do so in the new version?Thanks for your help!

I cannot delete, rename or update 2 .ai files in the Creative Cloud synchronized Files folder. It does not accept any intervention. I've been using it for about a year, I've had such a problem for 15-20 days.

...And it's kind of amazing we're paying for such an unstable service. I use adobe products daily and extensivelty.I've got a team which, if I only relied on your "cloud services" (which is more limited than any other cloud storage, congrats), who'd been completely unable to work on one of the most important days of the year for them. Because the cloud couldn't connect to half their machines, for whatever reason. For the nth time. It's barely functional. And yes, that makes me angry. Unreliability to that extent is unacceptable.
