Creative Cloud Services

Hi all,I am responsible for a large design system with libraries in both Adobe CC and Figma.We would like collect data on the adoption and usage of assets we publish in our libraries, and work on improvements, deprecations etc.While this data is available in Figma, I struggle to find anything similar for the Adobe CC libraries. Is anyone aware of analytics solutions (either native from adobe or from 3rd parties) that could help us with this need?Thanks!

I;ve been monitoring the comments, on this subject, and waiting for issues to be fixed, especially on; After Effects, Premeire Pro, Bridge, Audition and Media Encoder.  Besides the newer Apple Silicon (M1) we seem to be having issues on the Intel-based Macs alos.  What's the timeline for the fixes?

[Moderator moved from Using the Community to Creative Cloud Services.]   After several attempts at quality support, I really saw that Adobe is not even the least concerned about professionalizing its technical support employees. For a system as good as Adobe, every update is a step backwards for Windows. Bugs, crashes, errors, etc... And with 99.9% of the times that support doesn't solve it, it offers American support, or email, that is, the same thing as NOTHING. [edited by moderator]I have work behind schedule because I can't use it for a program that I'm PAYING for, and I don't get the least bit of respect for solving my problems.Now, what the system is good at, is charging 2x the same amount on your credit card. But watch out for that. then I ask, and those who are not, you simply STEAL in the face, it's worse than the PT. So I recently came back to Behance to check out my portfolio of work that I had loaded manually onto my old profile that I used personally, only to find out that my projects that I had all been deleted. I went searching to see if there was a way to retrieve my files back, but to no luck. Can someone help explain to me exactly what happened that caused all my work to be deleted from my original profile? I was trying to export some of it so that I can use for my updated portfolio website changes I am working on.

When trying to install the Creative Cloud app I get an error:Adobe Installer has stopped working, it looks like it tries to open a login screen and gives this error.I'm trying to install on windows 2012 R2 64 Bits    

The creative cloud app has an red warning sign and evertime I refresh it, the app loads and ask me to sign in again error box.I cannot use any suppotive applications due to these, please help 

Yesterday my personal and buisness acounts were merged by Adobe Creative Cloud. Now I cannot get into edit mode of my Adobe Portfolio Site and also not into my Behance Account. When I log into my portfolio edit site, it automatically goes to my personal profile which does not have anything on them. When I try to log into these apps by selecting my buisness account, the site or app tells me that I do not have the acces to this but have to use my personal. When I log into these with my personal profile, everything is gone and I have to start over. The website and the behance profile do still exist (thank god), but I just cannot log into them with my buisness account which they are on. Can someone help me with this? There is years of work on there, I would be devestated if I lost all that. I can't find help anywhere cause nothing answers this question already. 

I have 2 problems1. I have over 1k images in My Library. I have to change it by moving licensed images to my Licensed Images library in one action, or others in groups of, say 15 to another library. I must do this in 2 steps: 1. Open the single image, heart it to the default library, then change the library and heart it there.  THEN I must delete it from the primary library. This will apply to about 400 images.Using the heart feature, item by item is enormoulyl time consuming. After the first 20 or so, the system stops working and I cannot heart anything.2. When I view My Library, and scroll down, about 3 screens down it starts taking 5 - 10 seconds of load screen to show the images. I have seen posts about this since 2017 with Adobe promises to submit to Engineering with NO result.$700 in fees later over the years, no luck with a solution.HELP. Btw, organizing content is easy in Windows Explorer and a thousand other file organization systems. Why is this so hard for Adobe?

How do I remove Behance notifications? Everytime I go to a Behance page for the past week or so, a notification pops up for "Get hired on Behance". I've seen it, probably a dozen times now. I don't want to get hired on Behance. Why does it keep popping up?

Let's say I have 50,000 files worth 1TB in Hardrive A. I bought a new hardrive(B) and I to move my Creative Cloud folder in there. To sync it, I could change the CC path to the new hardrive and start syncing. The problem is that would take days to sync. Is it possible to copy paste my files from Hardrive A to Hardrive B and then sync the newly created folder in Hardrive B to the Creative Cloud?

Hi all I have just paid years worth of CC plans and since this is the last year i'd be using it I wish to cancel now so I don't forget next year. It says when I cancel the plan my account gets downgraded to the free account - does this happen at the renewal interval next year or does this happen immediately thus loosing a years worth of paid for subscriptions? Thanks

Im requesting an app through my Enterprise Subscription, and I believe the IT Department have accepted my request, but, after 48 hours, the button still says "request access" and says "We are processing your request, we will contact you at [email] when your app is ready to use." What does this mean and when will i recieve my license?

This is what I see every time, and when I click 'sign in' it just disappears and comes back. I can't even put in my details to TRY to sign in! I've tried restarting the computer, etc. but I can't even uninstall and reinstall because to be able to uninstall the app I need to be logged into the app, which I can't do. It's driving me insane and also means I can't download any more of the creative cloud apps because I need to be signed in, which I'm not. I am able to access my already-downloaded apps just fine and am logged in to them. My credentials aren't the problem. I don't know how to fix this and can't find an answer anywhere. Help! 

Hi all, I understand that removing files from your Creative Cloud storage is a two-step process. I have already archived everything I want gone. When I go to the "Deleted" tab to permanently delete all the files there, some files have an error message and will not go away no matter what I do. One message says, "Cannot delete asset permanently", while another says, "Cannot delete asset because someone has restored the file". I haven't restored anything that is in the archive and cannot find a way around these errors. Not to mention that I don't have the option to check all the files at once, so it has been taking me way too long to check every single one by hand. I haven't even made a dent in it so it would take hours to manually delete everything. If an Adobe employee could permanently delete the files in my archive or explain to me how to do it so that it works, I would be very grateful. I cannot unistall my Adobe products.  I used to have a corporate account and used it on my personal computer. Now I have resigned and my whole Adobe package is frozen. I would like to unistall Lightroom and Photoshop but to do so, I need to use the Creative cloud. To access the cloud, i need an account or at least the possibility to sign in. When i click on the app I get the message " You've been signed out" and when I click Sign In - the same shows up. It's insane. How can I delete this without damaging my computer??

My Mobile Creative cloud storage and Acrobat storage are different on the iPad even though I have signed in with the same account. The CC is associated with my company (has a blue storage symbol) and the Acrobat is associated with me personally (has a yellow storage symbol). How do I get they to be the same business storage so I can see the same files across all iPads and computers?

Why does page description text in my page covers not show on mobile?

I would like to identify fonts that folks are using on their Adobe Portfolio sites. However, when I use WhatFont or inspect the source on these sites the fonts look like they are abbreviated (?), e.g. cdnl, fxnc, tscy. How can I see what fonts they're really using?

Hello, Since 3 months i can't ad new video on behance or adobe portfolio. When i charge it its bug and the internet's page say "there is a bug" whis a sad smiley. I tried to do with an other connexion but it was the same. Did you have de solution or having the same problem ? Thank you ! 

I've created a site in Portfolio to act as my blog. I need to plug it in to my main website, built by a web developer. The simple way would be to have all the links on my main site that go to my blog set to go to the Portfolio website but that means the blog will be <company name>.myportfolio.com Is there a different way to connect it so the blog still appears as <my domain name>.com/Journal? 

I have linked my portfolio page to my website lekkerkort.com using the Manually-configuring-a-custom-domain page. Everything seems to work, and the page is properly propagated  trough the DNS system.If you visit the URL  you even get the lock  so the page is verified trough let's encrypt. The problem is you only see a blank page. If I view source i see the following:This is not right as it creates a loop, because if you visit lekkerkort.myportfolio.com you get redirected to lekkerkort.com creating a loop. I have tried removing and re-adding the domain as suggested by the help page. Please help me fix this

Hi to everyone.I'm having issues updating my apps with Creative Cloud.The App sees all my apps updated, but I'm stuck (for example) to Illustrator 27.0 and Photoshop 24.0.0.Is there a solution different from uninstalling all the apps to install the newest versions? ThanksAlessio

Hi all, I have had this problem ever since I started using CC, which has been for about 8 years now since I have been with my current company. I have a fully loaded and upgraded 2017 imac that has been updated and upgraded all the way, so it has some serious speed. I also have a fully maxed out Macbook Pro Mid 2012 (I know, it's older, but it still functions and I use it sparringly when on the go). The Pro is also lightning fast because it has been fully upgraded and updated, even past what Apple recommends (I know how to do this myself and have had zero issues with any other functions). Let me get to the meat of why I am posting here. Anytime I switch between the two devices, there is some SERIOUS lag that happens to both of these computers. I have to wait about 15-20 minutes after I sign into one and sign out of the other before I can actually use either device. It is absolutely absurd and I don't understand why this happens every single time. I don't know if this is the fi

I've been trying to subscribe for a while and it really bothers me that there is no subscription option for my country (we are in Europe) except the third-party license providers.. Is this ever going to change?
