I am a college student whose adobe account has been given to by the college. Recently, i had gotten signed out from my account and i lost access to all of my cloud documents. Upon signing in and getting access to the account back, all of my cloud files have been missing! The IT department of the college couldn't figure out the issue either. I have lost all of my college work now. Please tell me how to get them back.

Hello everyone. I haven't used adobe applications for a while. On Saturday I needed to use Lightroom, but to start the program I needed to log in, I did, but it would not allow me to use Lightroom. The Creative Cloud app was not responding, so I decided to uninstall everything Adobe related.When I tried to reinstall Creative Cloud I got this message "The installer cannot download Lightroom because Adobe's servers cannot be accessed. Check Adobe's status page for an interruption and try the installation again later (Error code: 206)."I already followed the guide provided by Adobe, checked on forums, but still can't fix the error.Can someone please help me? 

Hi Team I have a requirement to add custom dropdown option to the the existing AEM rich text component. Here we already have few options under inline styling and under hyperlines we have path, alt text and target and my requirement is to add a dropdown asking select variation.  I have tried but couldn't achieve. I like how MacOS Ventura allows me to turn off background activity that I wasn’t aware existed. I’ve turned off everything Adobe including “auto update” in the Creative Cloud app. Yet I’m still receiving notifications about available updates. I realize I can turn off the notifications, but what I want is to turn off the fact the apps are checking for updates. How can I do this?   I’d like to put an end to any and all background activities so my machine is devoting all its power only to my work. I’m content to manually run the updater 2 or 3 times per year. I just don’t want it wasting resources to check for updates I have no intention of applying. Thank you.

Hey there!I have a problem with Cyrillic fonts. I added some cyrillic fonts  from Adobe Fonts to my exact Adobe Portfolio (for example - Input Mono, Droid Sans Mono, Noto Mono). But when I'm typing Cyrillic and choosing these fonts nothing changed.Please help me with cyrillic fonts and add a filter in Adobe Portfolio to find Cyrillic fonts.

library sync problem    <added-kglad>   When i drag and drop images in my Libraries I can access them on my computer but when I click browse shared libraries I get to Creative Cloud desktop and nothing is inside.  It is empty. Shouldn't my items be there? I have selected all libraries but Nothing is there.        solved

Hey, i wonder if someone know How to turn of the hover effect in Ludwig template in portfolio, now When i hover over the mouse on a picture i added o text is added on the picture. But i want the text on the picture all the time, now its just there When hover over. Someone knows if its possible to make the text there all the time? Thankfull for answers, have a blast!

Entire folders and files disappear from my Creative Cloud folder and they get moved to the trash can. Is there a reason this keeps happening? How can I prevent this from happening in the future?

1) Today I lost the option to start PS from LR.2) Solution recommended: Deinstall/install PS.3) Creative Cloude seems (at least to me) to only offer a version being compatible with "macOS 11.0 or higher"4) My hardeware is not enabling a newer version than "High Sierra 10.13.6"5) I would be happy to get guidance for a simple way to download PS running on "High Sierra 10.13.6"6) Otherwise I have to ask if I am forced to buy new hardware?Thank you for your time & support!

Hi,  Currently my website is referenced in English, I would like to change it to French, is this possible? I've already gone to the geographic settings to change my language/position, but it doesn't change anything about the hTML tag <html lang="en-US">. It's really a big concern for google referencingThanks 

i'd like to delete some adobe products that were installed with"migration assistant", but  that user does not need them.i uninstall them, but the uninstaller does not work.the only thing that came over in ACC were aliases.so there is no cloud and all the uninstallers go thru cloud.how to get rid of stuff?mac os 13.2

I am a member of Adobe Creative Cloud. I bought couple of days ago a new 14” MacBook Pro M1 macOS Ventura from Apple. I have transferred all apps and data from my old 27” iMac (Late 2013) macOS Catalina 10.15.7 using Migration Assistant for it. Creative cloud didn't transfer to my new computer and afteri reading Adobe's support web sites I understood that it would have been better not to do it that way, but remove Adobe apps installation before transfareing.  Now I must use CC Cleaner to remove Adobe apps and components from my new MacBook Pro and only after having done it I could install Adobe apps to my new computer. When I open Finder I can see what Adobe programs I have on my computer. They are: Adobe Help.app (it has been created 2014.03.29 so I think I can delete it), AdobePatchFiles folder (it is empty so I can delete it), AdobePatchFiles folder (it is empty so I can delete it), Watermark Sense.app (created 2014.11.01- edited 2015.10.03. do I need it any more

I've been running low on space for my Creative Cloud storage 100 GB. I use this storage space mostly for my Adobe Fresco art and as a way to move files from Photoshop on my Mac to my iPad and vice versa (not Lightroom). I've been deleting files all day (30 gigs) and then going in and Permanently Deleting them afterwards. I started today with 79 GB of 104 GB used. Now after deleting all those files (after downloading them first to back them up) my CC desktop app says I have used (86 GB of 104GB). Why is deleting files adding more data to what my account says I have avalible online? 1st please tell your CC people that downloading 10 files at a time is horrible. I really want to stop using the Adobe CC online storage after this huge waste of time.  That said is there a soultion or a reason for Adobe CC online not to register all the files I've Deleted? **update** I backed up and deleted 45 gigs of them from CC cloud. Now Cloud Storage is warning me that I'm b

Whenever I try to sign into acrobat on iOS it comes up with "The operation couldn't be completed. (com.adobe.eco.auth error 400.)" and never lets me select which third party so sign in with and only lets me sign in on my windows desktops.

When I do a layer via cut for a selection by magic wand tool, it removes/deletes the pixels at the edge/boundry of my selection. I dont want it to do that. It doesnt do it with any of the other selection tools but only for the magic wand tool. How can I prevent it to do that?

This is what I see when I try to enter Creative Cloud.The writing in Russian says: "You've been singed out. Please, sign in again to continue using Adobe apps." button: "sign in"I've found an article here, that describes different ways to get rid of this error. I've used all of them, a non worked. Is it possible, that there's a problem at Adobe side? 

I don't know this will be seen or heard, but I wish Adobe would create a separate transcription service in Creative Cloud.I'm a Public Affairs Officer and conduct both on- and off-camera/audio interviews. I use it for the actual audio and also just to capture the interview so I can pull direct quotes. I've resorted to recording the interview, uploading to Premiere, using the transcribe option, then exporting the audio to a text file. It allows me to quickly search for certain information and I don't need to try writing/typing out the interview during the interview. If CC had a stand-alone app I could install on my iphone, or import audio and have it pump out a quick transcription, this would be ideal.I know there are external applications like Otter.AI, but comes with yet another fee. Since Adobe clearly has the capability built in (thank you for the easy closed captioning!) it would be nice to have something stand-alone.Thoughts?

Hi there,  My teammate and I aren't able to access each other's latest work, on our Creative Cloud Shared folder.   On both devices it is saying that all synced files are up to date.  I have tried making a new shared folder however the new one isn't syncing on my teammates' device, either. I am the owner of the folder and have looked through several forums to fix this issue so we can resume working, as usual.  We both use Apple devices. Please please give us some leads on how to fix this Thanks, 

Hola!! Tengo un HP Omen, Rizen 7,16GB, 512 GB SSD, GEFORCE RTX 3050. Comprado en Octubre de 2022. El problema comenzó la semana pasada, cuando estaba en Premiere Pro y noté que el portátil me iba un poco lento. Me metí en el administrador de tareas y vi que el Creative Cloud (Adobe Content Synchronizer/Adobe Notification Client y el Desktop Service)  me consumía un 100% de CPU , actualicé el portátil a la última actualización que tenía pendiente y seguí las indicaciones de la propia página oficial, desinstalé todas las apps de Adobe que tenía y el propio Creative Cloud, reinicié y volví a instalarlo. Aquí es donde viene mi mayor problema, ahora cuando intento ejecutarlo nunca termina de cargar y me sale pantallazo azul en el portátil. Ya no sé qué hacer.

I'd just like to thank Adobe for the help they gave me. I was in a bad spot recently with some financial problems because of my ill dog, so couldn't afford to pay the adobe monthly fee, so they helped me out in this two months. I've never heard of a big company that would do something like that (and actually it was the first time it happened) so, I'd like to thank you guys for that and for the great software company, I've been using Photoshop just for hobby for like 15 years (yeah, I really like it). Sorry for the bad english, I just wanted to share some of my gratitude. ps: eventually I may show my Adobe tattoo here haha Regards from Brazil!

I canceled my account within my trial period and still money is deducted every month. I have also not received any response to my email.

My creative cloud creates archived files on my computer. Does anyone know why it's doing that and how to fix this? Please see attached screenshot. 

It's been about 2 years that I haven't been able to fix this file syncing error. I've clicked on the Pause syncing icon but it seems like is locked it doesn't do anything. I have searched for a solution and troubleshoot many, but nothing seems to work. I'd appreciate it if you share insight on this issue.Thank you!
