Hallo, leider kann ich meine Adobe Creative Cloud nicht aktulaisieren, da der Button mir nicht abgezeigt wird. Ebenso kann ich nicht scrollen (S.Bild) Gibt es hierfür eine Lösung? Danke vorab für eure Hilfe.

Hello, it was recently suggested to me that I move my portfolio to Behance/Adobe as it might be superior to the one I currently have.  I was able to get started, but it seems like I can only upload the display image, and that I am not able to create a full UX/UI case study with all of the sections. Is there any way to do this? I have five projects, all of which have several sections in the case study. UX Folio is not as pleasing from the UI perspective, but it does serve its function so that you can create a portfolio and creat a case study for all of the different projects.  It seems like in Adobe Portfolio that you can only show one or a few highlights/features of a case study or app.  I like the visuals/ graphics better for Behance/Adobe, I'm just not sure it's as functional for a UX/UI Portfolio.  Anyone else ever had a UX/UI portfolio on Behance/Adobe?Thanks

Hi, I have a problem with my Behance accounts.All my projects have become private and I can’t change it. If I'm not logged in to my account I can't find my pages by links. It says 'Oops! We can't find that page'.I tried to use firefox.It looks very strange to me because I didn’t do anything at all. I checked my emails and I didn’t receive any emails from Behance. I also didn’t receive any notifications in my accounts. I also tried to change the project status from 'Private' to 'Everyone' and it said 'There was an error processing your request'. My accounts: https://www.behance.net/Sensei_Saravana Can anybody please help? hello all,Two months ago I experienced a problem with my Behance account. All my projects became private and when I try to adjust the privacy settings, I can't find the drop-down menu that allows me to change my privacy, it's simply not there as I will show in the screenshots below.  I usually use google chrome. Another problem is that due to this privacy, my account isn't visible to anyone anymore, it's like my account got deleted. When I search my username's link on another browser, it says that the page is not found as I will also show in the screenshots. When I checked again today, my project views (that were 426) and appreciations (17) decreased in number as seen.  I have no idea why this is suddenly happening and especially at a time when I sent out my portfolio for specific jobs that won't be able to find me now since I'm officially off the grid.  Please Help me to solve this problem here in my profile url  https://www.behance.net/nur

I have been having trouble with my computer doing a shut down and restart usually over night.  I have checked every thing that could be causing it and changed a few setting but it's still doing it.Now I believe it is Creative Cloud doing this.  I would like my updates to be manual with no restart until I do it myself.  Can you tell my how to set it like that?  I usually have several windows open with unfinished projects going on and I'm afraid I may lose something.

I'm new of this subscription, when I see the status cloud, I read 13,5 GB of 20 GB used.Ok, but It's strange because I'm not shared anything yet.I go (by link) to cloud web, and I see that my files container is empty.Why? I see that I already used 13,5 GB??!?!?I didn't understand something...

I get this message everytime I start my computer and it take two to three hours to finally fix sometime I have to do it twice to get it to work.  I have uninstalled the creative cloud app several times but it doesn't work, I still get the message.  Makes me want to stop using Adobe as there is no place to ask them direcrtly here is the message 

how do you actually get a problem solved with someone in support!

I am trying to download a plugin for XD and when I am asked to put in my password before download I get the response that the password is wrong. I have tried a few different plugins and get the same response, I even tried resetting my password - but still get the same outcome.  Has anyone else experienced this? Is there any email support etc? Thanks in advance for taking the time to read and give advice on this one.... Andy

A useful part of the Adobe Creative Cloud file sharing service for the company I work for was the ability to store items in the Archived folder.However, this folder and by extension - our files - is gone. Where can I find the Adobe Creative Cloud Archive? 20 mins of Googling has no answers, we can't be the only ones to have noticed this! We used to have an archive function on the file sharing part of the cloud website: can anyone help with this?

All options regarding syncing files are gone from the CC desktop app (PC)The small clouid icon, options under the gearssymbol. Nothing is there ?What could I have happened ?RegardsAnders

When I go to Manage Plugins, I can see only grayed-out items. When I try to install a new plugin, I get an error "Could not install plugin. Error code -20". Re-installing Cretive Cloud did not help. This happens on a Mac Powerbook, Intel-based. On my Windows system it works fine. Help needed how to resolve this.

In one of the pc we are running Creative cloud desktop. unfortunatly Creative Cloud started to utilize the c drive space. We have reinstalled th application but there is no luck.Once of the CC .log file utilizing the space.Any solution?

I recently switched my domain name on Adobe portfolio.  The former domain name worked correctly, but now that I have removed it and I am trying to point it to my new domain name on adobe portfolios servers I only get an error message. "the page is not found."   [Topic edited for clarity by moderator.]    

I do most of my work in a cabin in the woods with no access to internet. Will I still be able to use Adobe products (Photoshop, AfterEffects mainly)

So, the problem is in the header)) After I installed CC on Windows, the explorer started to open randomly on "Quick Access" from time to time. Does anyone know how to fix that? The reason is definetely inside CC. It happened for the first time during the installation of that program, and I haven't installed anything else today.

As a photographer I have a ton of photographs and catalogs and 20GB isn't sufficient.  On the FAQ section of the website it says that additional creative cloud storage would be available for sale later in 2013.  Its now 2014 and I don't see this option available.I chatted and called adobe and got zero help or answers regarding this.  Can anyone help or make a suggestion as to how they are manging this?Thanks,Danny

I use an iMac with MacOS 12.5.I haven't been able to find out whether photos from Creative Cloud Lightroom (not Classic), that is stored in the Adobe cloud includes a backup of those files at Adobe. I have been reading about syncing files, but that is not my goal, it is my Creative Cloud stored photos I am interested in.Or do I need to keep making the Lightroom app (version 5.4) store a local copy of all originals to make my backup software create a backup elsewhere outide the Adobe Cloud?The reason I am asking is that I am running out of space on my 1TB harddisk and I would like to free up space, but provided they are backed up in the adobe cloud.

How do I stop xmp files from being generated? or if that's not possible can I embed or hide them in the raw file so they do not show up seperately? Atm I am having to delete them all the time, is there another option please? (This changed with 2020 upgrade which stopped us from saving the xmp's in the raw database.)

My school is offering the Adobe CC for free to students. How do I transfer my student accont from my undergrad email to my new school email so I can use Adobe CC for free durign my graduate studies? As well as transferring my work from one account to another?
