File synchronization to the Adobe cloud seems to be very slow: I did import about 780 JPG files into Lightroom. The file size is between 1 and 2 Mbyte per jpeg. After 1.5 hours there are still more than 309 file waiting for beeing synced with the cloud. So I did a quick test and uploaded all JPGs to Google drive - within less than 1 minute the job was done. Are there any specifications for what you the file synchronization performance that a customer can expect for the Adobe cloud? I was considering to go from 20 GB to 1 TB cloud storage. But if the upload speed is so unbelievable slow, this would be pretty useless
Hi. I hope someone can help I’m very much a beginner with CC and the adobe programs and apps. I’m using CC and Illustrator regularly. CC is draining all energy, CPU and memory and my Mac is performing at a fraction of the speed with the fan running constantly and the device over heating … I can’t get the right advice from any forums I’ve checked so please advice if possible Thanks 😊
I currently have a portfolio website with my main domain andreachacon.net but I'd like to make another portfolio using a subdomain of my main domain such as pricing.andreachacon.net. Is it possible to have both an active main domain and subdomain website?
I have a .otf file of a font that will not process into the "fonts" section. It is stuck at almost done preparing and stays there forever. Am I missing something?
Hi all,Previously I was using only the photo apps LrC and PS, but have recently upgraded to get all apps plus 100GB storage. I have started using InDesign too. What I'm looking for is an option to make sure all my projects are backed up in that storage. I'm not inclined to migrate to Lightroom (from Classic) as I have two very large catalogs and I am not confident the migration will be successful. I would also like my InDesign projects to be backed up. Namely, if my HD or external HD failed, I'd have backups.I read somewhere about a sync option in InDesign but I can't for the life of me find it anywhere. It's also a shame that Lightroom only allows me to sync one catalog at a time. I'm aware that I can drag and drop files to be backed up in cloud storage, but is there not a more seamless and concise way of having (cloud) backups of all my projects?
Good day, I'm running a 2021 iMac, with Big Sur 11.6, I've recently upgraded to Sophos Home Premium. I have a red warning triangle on my CC menu cloud icon, on clicking through to CC I see an eoor that states "File Syncing Error"Some files failed to syncLearn more says :Unable to sync "0" I've tried 1. Pause and re-sync 2. Disable Sophos 3. Uninstall Sophos - still got files issue 4. Uninstall CC (that was a worry as I lost Photoshop for a while phew!!) 5. Checked the CC is not full 6. Checked CC does not have too many files I still have the file sync issue - assistance required
Hello All, I have a mid-2011 iMac which has been updated to its last os, which is High Sierra 10.13.6. Since this is no longer supported by Adobe, what can I do? (Aside from buying a brand new computer right this instant.) Priority-wise, what should I do right now with regards to my files and their integrity? I thought I had until November 30, 2020, but CC will not update almost most of the programs that I use heavily. Any assistance and/or ideas would be appreciated. Jana Faith
I was about to upgrade my plan as I received a warning that my 100GB storage was almost full. I checked the Deleted Files folder on CC and noticed it was huge (not possible to know the exact size though). The amount of files was massive so there was no way to delete them all together. But the worst part was the page freezing or even crashing when I selected too many items to be deleted. So this was incredibly time consuming as I had to delete them manually one page scroll at a time. • It would be great if Creative Cloud could be more clear about the size of the cloud trash bin before offering to upgrade your plan. • Maybe add a way to automatically delete older files? I had files from 4 years ago!• And of course a way to delete all the files together would be necessary.
Hello,I signed up for Creative Cloud in order to use Photoshop and I can see that I am being charged for a plan on my credit card. However, when I sign in with my Adobe ID, I can see no plans and there are no invoices. I cannot even see and change my credit card details.Currently I can do nothing but ask my bank to reject the payment as I have no services according to my account. As this is a company credit card invoices are a necessity.Looking through the support pages I cannot find a phone number, an email address or even an online chat. What can I do now?
Hi guys, I have permanently deleted thousands of files from my PC's Creative Clouds Files folder in order to make additional 'cloud' space. I noticed that my cloud storage didnt improved, so I went to the Creative Cloud web to see what was going on, and I found all the files plus tons of other files that I have deleted since the begining of the year, and I cant find an easy way to select all - delete. So far I have had to manually checkmark one by one and as many as I can and then press permanently delete. But there are way too many and I could be doing this all day through. Can someone please point out how can I just delete everything in the delete folder inside the web portal, all at once? Thanks,
I'm a consultant, and I typically purchase LR CC Adobe Cloud accounts for clients.I would like to be able to log-in to multiple Adobe CC accounts from my laptop. Is this possible. The purpose for doing this is so that I can maintain the online (shared on the cloud) photos for each client.Normal installations of Lightroom only allow access to one synced cloud accounts. If you switch cloud accounts, all of the synced files will be deleted (or, so says the LR prompt).So... is it possible to run different Adobe Cloud accounts w/Lightroom from one computer. I only need to run one account at a time.Would it be best to use separate Windows user logins for each of the Adobe CC accounts? Will Adobe services be smart enough to not download multiple versions of the software?Any sync type problems to be aware of?Any help with this would be appreciated.thanks!
Hi there, For some reason, I can't export or 'save as' anything from Adobe. Not in InDesign, not in XD, nowhere. If I press the shortcut to export, the button highlights for a brief moment, but then nothing happens. The modal just doesn't open. I restarted my mac, reinstalled the software but it all doesn't help. I'm on a macbook pro 2018 - running MacOS Monterey 12.0.1
We have 6 years worth of archived files in the Deleted folder, and it comes up with a 'Cannot Delete Some Assets Permanently' error every time we try to delete any of them. This is taking up a huge amount of space in our plan! We need to clear the space but can't. It's not just one type of file, but all types.
One of these machines is a 16gb older macbook pro running the latest, the other was unboxed a couple days ago an is a 32gb m1 max with only the latest Adobe Creative Cloud on it installed on it and it's the same issue, 30 different instance of Core Sync helper as well as "Using Significant Energy". Never mind these 2 machines Core Sync has been a resource draining dumpster fire for years and years. Trying to trouble shoot this over the years some of the soutions offered by support include; - Most of the support just denys this is an issue. - Some suggest these are not genuine - some suggest to close these out from Activity Montior (every time??), like what kind of solution is this? This is such a wide spread issue a simple Google search produces 3rd party guides "How to fix High CPU disable Core Sync which solve this by disabling Core Sync which defeats the point of having it. Stack Exchange talks about this problem From others in th
I recently changed my website theme and design on portfolio - I have been using my own domain name (chabarang.com) - but now, my site does not refresh whenever I make changes to my pages. When I initially launched the new site, the pages loaded accordingly. But now, whenever I make any changes to photos or text nothing refreshes. It only loads the orignally launched page and elements. I restarted apps and computer, emptied cache, checked my DNS settigns, etc. But nothign helps. Meanwhile my website cannot be used for my business. Hopefully someone can offer me a solution. I tried to chat with Adobe support but they will not help me with this issue, but tell me to go to the support community. Thanks in advance!
Hi, This has no doubt been answered, but I can seem t find anyhting that is probably so simple. I am looking for a basic intro to syncing files betwen two computers. I use two desktops - one at work and one a home, and I want to have my InDesign files avaialble on both so I can continue to work when at home. Thanks,
I just like to take a realistic photo...turn it into a cartoon and cause it to move... Please advise. I'm a complete newbie.
only 2 of my active fonts are showing up in illustrator and I can't seem to get the rest working. When I go to the cc desktop app to look at my previously active/active fonts it's just stuck loading. When I go to "manage fonts" in my adobe account in a browser it shows all fonts being active.I've tried:-deactivating and reactiving all the fonts-activating any random font I have not prevously used-signing in and out of creative cloud and my adobe account-restarting my computer I don't know if this has anything to do with it but I also went to my account preferences on cc and in general under cloud storage it says "getting storage information..." but it never changes like it's also stuck

Whenever I try to open Photoshop or Illustartor I get a notification like this, "Sorry, your sign-in attempt doesn't match the Egress IPs of the profile that this machine is assigned to. Please contact your IT administrator". By the way I use M1 Macbook. What should I do to fix this problem?
Why does it always say "files were made in a newer version of Indesign or Illustrator" when I get files from other people although CC shows always my apps are "latest"? Is it a windows/mac thing? Or do I have the latest for my operating system and other people have newer systems and therefore newer apps?
Today, April 9 I updated my creative cloud app. After doing so, my Adobe Creative Cloud folder was EMPTY! Subsequently, the app starting to sync with the cloud and download the folder. The problem is that the files on my computer were more recent than what was in the cloud. I had been working off-line. Plus, I often have issues with the cloud not syncing automatically which creates a mess when working from my desktop and laptop at different locations.I strongly urge you NOT to update the Creative Cloud app.I contacted Adobe and they didn't have any suggestions for me and simply said that it's a known issue and they are working on it. I suggested that they disable the update as more customers will be very upset if they lose files. I got no response other than, "Is there anything else I can help you with?"

I am using Adobe Spark and wish to setup a Google Analytics Tracking ID. However, according to what I am reading,, Google Analytics no longer calls these Tracking IDs but Measurement IDs. I created a Web Stream using Google Analytics 4 (it's the only option available now; you cannot use the older version) and when I paste that Measurement ID into the Project Settings of my Adobe Spark Project, it tells me that it's not a valid tracking ID. Does this field need to be updated by Adobe to accept these new Measurement IDs? Thanks
I have just purchased my own personal version of Creative Cloud but when I launch Photoshop for example and click on the blue profile icon - it keeps defaulting to the Adobe Account page with my old/former work-based Creative Cloud account details on it (I no longer wish to use this account hence purchasing the new package). When I purchased my own personal version - I also uninstalled all existing versions of Photoshop, Illustrator etc and reinstalled them. Can anyone advise as to why it keeps linking to my old work account even though I am logged into my current account? many thanks.
