So I had this program for years, and find the new version completely impossible. It used to be intuitive and user-friendly. Now every step has some obstacle. I am so unhappy with this new PS

I was given access to 5 adobe portfolio pages with the subscription of my intial app. I have built all 5.  My question is, how can I get more seperate pages that I can purchase domain names for? 

I am running a blog about sports. I want to design images for my website Please tell which one will be a good option for me. I am a newbie and knows very fewer about both of the software. Please help me someone out there. Thanks  

I am unable to update the Creative Cloud Desktop app itself. Can anyone help? I've set the permissions but the error is still happening. In case it matters, the file in adobeTemp doesn't exist.  FATAL: Error (Code = 146) executing in command 'MoveFileCommand' for package: 'CCXProcess-Components', version:4.5.0.27FATAL: Error occurred in install of package (Name: CCXProcess-Components Version: 4.5.0.27). I am trying access my shared libraries on assets.adobe.com. I used to be able to see them there so I could share them with my teammembers and now it keep saying "page cannot load now". error code 500.  Is this something that will be fixed soon? 

Here we go again.  Yesterday I had to sign in to Creative Cloud every time I opened either Photoshop, Lightroom Classic, Lightroom and Bridge. Then I received the Activation Limit warning - although both PCs listed are the same PC I'm trying to log in with.  It says last launched 2 years ago!  Strange, because I've been using these apps fairly solidly for the past 2 years. I cleared the activated computers via my account settings. Today, every app is again requiring a sign in.  Once successfully signed in, they crash after about 10 seconds. Why oh why is this a recurring problem?   Can anyone please definitevely tell me the reason for it.  Thanks.    

Since the last update from Adobe, the account has been splitted to a personal account and a business account. I'm working with Adobe Creative Cloud but ALL my files has been set to my personal account, which has only 100GB available. That's way too little for the amount of files we are saving. The business account, which has 1000GB, has no files anymore. I've contacted the costumer service about this issue, but the solution of this is to download all my files to my local desktop and re-upload them again to my business account. This will take up my whole day and will cost my company money because I can't get to work. What is going on and why is this even possible, Adobe? I'm very unhappy with the fact that I need to move all my files to another storage because of this update.

I am constantly getting the error: The application CC is not open anymore.I can solve it by reinstalling, but I really don't want to do this every time I start up... I am running MACOS BIG SUR. Any solutions would be helpful. Thank you! 

HI. I share my CC acount with someone. whenever he signs in to the account I get a code to my phone for verification. Does anyone know how I can avoid that? Or, at least that the code would be sent to his phone rather than mine?  Thanks,  Noam 

I'm running my my mac on BigSur. I have 2.8 GHz i5, 8gb memory and Creative cloud will just not run properly. It take ages to install any of the apps if they work at all. I've cleard loads of memory on my machine. Cleared and reinstalled CC numerous times and still not working properly. It's so frustrating. Same CC account works fine on my work Mac. I've connected directly to my router to ensure it's not a internet speed issue and turned off firewalls. Don't know what else to try! Anybody???

Hello, A few weeks ago I wanted to take a trial for Photoshop and by that, I had to install Creative Cloud. A week later I removed Photoshop and CC altogether from my Mac, however, Core Sync and similar services still show in activity monitor and there's not much I can do about it but close it. It starts with the computer. How do I remove these things? They do not show up in Applications.  

Could you enhance the Creative Cloud service icon where in the top bar of desktop on macOS? We always would like to pause the service when we don't need to use Adobe application for several weeks. It's OK even we don't get notified. Because, We will receive an email from you whenever you are necessary to contact us. When we need to use the app, We will start the service by choosing a one of the new menu that should exist in the dropdown menu. Also, We don't save any data on the Cloud. If you could implement it, it will bring efficiency and effectiveness to all user. We don't need to waste battery and get performance issue. Nowadays, We use a laptop PC in any scene, It should be more controllable by us locally. It's common approach on Windows 10 and so on. Thank you for your understanding. Sincerely, 

if i signed out my account which is not subscribed and logged in a different account with subscription can i use the apps i installed with my account which is not subscribed

I constantly receive Adobe codes even when I don't use Adobe or try to login. 

This seems to be a common issue, however, I've yet to find a working fix. Every time I restart my computer, I have to update Creative Cloud and reinstall Premiere Pro. My internet isn't good, not that it matters, and as a video editor, I'd rather be able to edit right away instead of waiting 45 minutes to an hour to open the programs because they're reinstalling. I have a Windows Computer.I've tried uninstalling & reinstalling - no fix.I ran some "fix cc" tool - no fix.I've turned off auto-updates for everything - no fix. It still uninstalls the programs, thus leading me to update them anyways.Please help, I'm at my wits end with this program after switching from Sony Vegas. I want to love and use Premiere, but this is beyond frustrating. Especially when I see posts that say it's been an issue since 2013 with no working fix.

I pay for an adobe creative cloud subscription that gives me access on 2 x computers. I occasionally use a 3rd computer but usually only for viewing PDFs. How do I use the free acrobat reader software on 3rd computer without authenticating so the other 2 computers can continue using the paid versions?Thanks for your help.

I am new to Adobe. I bought subscriptions to Photoshop and Lightroom for a small business I'm running and I only use those software about once a week.I have seen posts about this same CCLibrary CPU and Battery issue on multiple websites as far back as 2015 and there have been no clear solution whatsoever. CCLibrary keeps using 100% of my CPU and leeching off my battery like crazy. Nothing is syncing, I don't use Adobe Fonts, all Adobe apps are updated, I only use Adobe software maybe once a week, but it just keeps running at a constant 100%. I keep waiting for hours leaving my laptop on waiting to see if the process will do whatever it's supposed to, but no, it just constantly uses the CPU at 100% even after an overnight wait.CCLibrary is literally acting like a malicious cryptomining software. I checked if it's just malicious software posing as CCLibrary but no, It's legit from Adobe.Please provide a clear solution to this issue that has not been fundamentally fixed by Adobe

I received an email from Adobe about new custom fonts being added to my work account but no-one else has. Is this real?

Ever since I downloaded creative cloud on my computer with a new account i repeatly get this pop-up (see image, image is in Dutch). When I click on sign in (aanmelden) they immediately show this pop-up again. Can anybody help me? I need this program to work for my school homework...... (Fyi I have a macbook pro 2020).

I had 2 adobe id's (one with my photoshop subscription and one with my adobe capture assets)...and called support to consolidate to one...the one with my creative capture assets. I was required to change my password to do this. Now the 118 assets I had in my library are gone...there are no assets in my account. All I have is a link I shared last night(while I still had the assets)...is it possible to recover that library?

Hi, i am Alexis Gervais and i do work a lots with the Polygonal Lasso Tool....As we select the contour of a shape or more precisely with a lot of details, it happen that i click more than a 50 or a 100 time with my mouse (🐭)  and some time before i am completed i accidentally double click and it close the shape but i am not finish and i would like to go back one ☝️ step to reopen the closed area to keep going with my contour work.   Alexis Gervais

Hello there, my company recently changed the model for our Adobe subscription (or something else changed) and I had to select between personal, and company account. I saved much private and work data in ma cloud since it had 1TB of storage space. After selecting the company account all data in my cloud was gone. Had to re-sign in and switch to personal, where my cloud changed to 2GB of storage space. My questions are:- Is my boss able to see through my cloud data- How can I migrate the Data from personal to company account.  Thank you very much!Best regards from Cologne, Germany.Thilo 

I'm having some syncing/transferring issues with my CC Libraries after the update to the Admin Console over the weekend. My libraries are now associated with my personal profile but my apps and plan are on the business profile. I thought, 'no big deal, I'll just add myself to the libraries.' But when I try to invite myself it says that I already have access and it won't show up in the other profile. So I tried getting a link and doing it that way but it's 'view only access'!  Has anyone else run into this issue or have a workaround? I didn't realize how vital our CC Libraries had become to our workflow and not having them in my business profile is unbearable. Thanks!
