Creative Cloud Services

Hey Everyone.So lateliy I had some error with Adobe Creative Cloud and when it get fixed, I lost access to files in Cloud. I can see them but I can't open them in Illustrator. It says that file I'm trying to open is missing on my device. And if I want to get it back it takes me to website which doesn't exist. Is there any chance to get my files back? 

This evening I tried to use Photoshop for the first time in a couple of months.  It refused to run, saying that it could not contact the Adobe server to verify my subscription.  I tried three times with the same result every time.  I tried disabling my anti-malware program (MalwareBytes) temporarily.  It didn't help.  I then tried running Creative Cloud.  It told me it needed to repair itself and tried to download and run the installer -- but then it gave me "Error 207; The server is currently not responding.  Please try after some time."   What is wrong and how do I fix it?  -- Jon W.

I see its content mirrors the same stuff that's currently in my Creative Cloud Files folder on my Mac finder.

Hello,after an update of the Adobe CC Desktop-Manager, he´s saying: No Internet Connection ( only the AdobeCC Applikation, but the Computer Webbrowser have Internet ... ).Bevor this Problem, de Adobe CC Desktop Manager has make an Update, after this we have this Problem. Notice: the System is not an Admin-User in a Computer-Domain, but it was working the last time !             The User use a Adobe CC Package with Update-Privileges.  

I kept getting an error code logging into any program.I started a chat at 9 am EST, it is now 10:47 am est. Crickets.It was supposed to be 8 minutes. I also called support, where I have been on hold for an hour. I have been a long time Adobe customer, since Photoshop 1.0. I am losing faith that they are as customer-focused as they have been. Still on hold. Does anyone know where I can get this crappy hold music? 

The Creative cloud desktop app is opening on its own, and then trying uninstall Premiere Pro. I am on the latest WINDOWS update, latest version of Premire Pro and Creative cloud app. I can force close the app over and over but it keeps RE opening on its own and trying to uninstall Premiere. How do I stop this?

So months back i downloaded adobe to use premier pro to do some video editing. But there was this time where I had to install creative cloud to use it and the creative cloud running in my background was badly interfering with my gaming laptop whenever i tried to run graphic heavy games. I dont know if anyone else had this issue but is there a way to stop adobe from running in the background. I want to get premiere pro again and do some video editing CPU: Ryzen 5 4600 GPU: GTX 1650ti RAM: 16GB

Hi there, I have just installed the macOS Big Sur on my mac, and now I can't se the green checkmarks in my creative cloud files on my desktop.Does others experience this, and have a solution for bringing the checkmarks back? Best regards May Buhr

I've been looking for an answer to this for ages and looked at FAQ's by Adobe, but haven't found a clear answer.I have a Windows 10 64 bit laptop but has limited storage (eMMC) and cpu power.Ok for email and web and even plays back 4K video OK, but will not work as a full blown high end edit desktop.Currently using it to transfer 4K Files from SDXC cards onto portable HDD for backup when travelling.I also want to use it as an  'Adobe Apps mobile type device' but when I load Creative Cloud Desktop it tries to sync all the Work files to the machine locally. This is not required.Is there anyway to selectively stop specific folders syncing locally ? - and just leave me with Cloud based web apps - eg Premiere Rush and Lightroom. Then have all my work files (for this Laptop)  in the CC cloud?.Any help appreciated. 

Hello,I work on a computer that shares the Adobe Cloud with another user. I want to have access to the CC applications and updates, but I do not want the CC document files stored on or synced to my hard drive. They are now appearing as part of my hard drive storage and using up too much of it. How can I remove/delete the files from my hard drive without removing them from the web storage that is used by both of us? The other user does have the files stored on their hard drive (PC Windows 10) and would like to keep accessing them that way as well as in the Web App. I am using a Mac OS High Sierra. 

Can i purchase student or teacher plan by using my mother's id of school or my brother's id from my adobe account ?

How can I permanently disable Creative Cloud Files on macOS? It is uploading personal files that I do not need stored in the cloud.

Hi!I have an issue with creative cloud syncing: Last 3 Days file syncing and upload 70 GB data around.Still showing on XD "Saving..." I had to Discuss with support team supervisor they told me this is not our control.  maine daily data uploaded 10gb around.... Attached 2 Images 

I really need help contacting an actual person, I've already contacted them a few weeks ago about a different problem but because I've already talk to them I cannot start a new conversation. It won't let me message them it only shows me the last thing they sent me

I went to use my "recents" file in finder on Macbook Pro which I find extremely useful for my needs and it has disappeared overnight. Has anyone experienced this problem in the past?

Hello. I really liked the Adobe Spark service!But I couldn't find some objects to create finished works. I also work as a contributor for Canva, Adobe Stock, Shutterstock, and others stocks. I have a portfolio of over 50,000 original individual vector objects. I've just been working on specific section of an Adobe form and I clicked the back button on my phone and lost all my info before saving it in the cloud... Is there anyway yo get it back its a very important document... Anyone.... 

Is it possible to have an Eccom page on an adobe portfolio site? Not sure if adobe portfolio uses Iframe, I am told this would make it difficult to use some eccom solutions. Does anyone have any suggestions or samples they can share that are part of Adobe Port?  Thanks 

HiACC keeps re-installing an older version of Media Encoder, although I have the latest one. I\ve tried everything I could imagine to stop this. I contacted Abobe support team. They did not help. This ennoys me so much, because the latest Premiere always opens files in older Encoder instead of the newest one. Can anyone give an advice? What should I do here? Adobe gave me generic advice that did not help. After that there was no further support from Adobe, but I still need to solve this problem. Pls, help.T|hanks.

I first started using Photoshop in 1991! Adobe have some great products, truly amazing!  WHEN THEY WORK!  Way too many crashes every day these days and poor, slow support and yes, of course, HUGELY expensive to run! I mean stupidly expensive at £49/m + VAT Today I start a brave venture in switching to Serif | Affinity - I genuinely don't want to do this but Adobe CC is costing too much in monthly subs, crash downtime and poor slow support. When you work for yourself downtime cost a small fortune.  Also, it is clear that they are such a huge company now they genuinely do not care about us small players.  I was saddened that the tech support agent, having seen my case laid out before them, would then offer a years discount of just £30/m to entice me to stay. In truth, and I wish this did not sound so ungrateful, I was insulted that a 30+yr loyal customer was not offered a whole year for FREE as a minimum! In my online assets, there are lots of files that get sent to deleted. These are not old files or ones that we haven't used lately. It wasn't a big deal as long as I could restore them. I searched for a file today, found it, but when I clicked it, I got an error message that "the cloud document is currently unavailable."It shows the document in the search results and even flashes it on the screen like it's going to open before this error comes up.I sat in a chat with a rep about this a while ago, but it hasn't gotten fixed. I either need a way to keep files from getting deleted or to be able to restore them.
