Creative Cloud Services

I have a 12 year old Mac running InDesign and PhotoShop from CS 4.0.  I recently upgraded my system to 10.13   Now both Photoship and Indesign will load up but when I try to have it run a previously created document residing on my desktop, it says it is up and running but nothing appears on the screen except empty boxes where the tools should appear and no document shows up.  HELP!   Message split and renamed... Creative Cloud keeps crashing on me and asking me to sign in again. I work in After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator on an imac with everything up to date... I tried uninstalling creative cloud but it said that there was still some applications not deleted so I couldn't uninstall it (supposedly an application that I couldn't find anywhere on my system- I had uninstalled all the visible ones). Instead I opted to Repair but no improvement. It does give me the option to save my files before it closes but this is very frustrating - any help greatly appreciated.  

Why does this app have so many services running (Cef helper). This process is running 4 at a time. Why? See attached screenshot. Also, I don't want this this service to run automatically. I want to be able to turn off the process. 

[Moved from Labs to Creative Cloud Services.]   My colleague is using an iMac (spec above) mojave 10. 14.6 operating system. Creative Cloud has been working all Ok, but now keeps kicking him out. We run InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop. Does anyone have any ideas? Is it a hardware or system issue? thanks

Hello 🙂I've tried the search function and unfortunately only find cryptic hints for old versions. The solutions seem not to work for the current software (July 2020). I am not a friend of cloud solutions, because I have already had bad experiences.Therefore I would like to do without all cloud functions - in particular I would like to store my libraries exclusively locally on my computer.Unfortunately, I can't find any documentation on how to do this... I can pause the synchronization in the Creative Cloud App - but apparently I can't disable it completely 😞Does anyone know a piece of advice?Thanks 🙂 

How do I stop Adobe cloud? I asked or wanted anything to be put on Adobe Cloud? If I cant stop the Cloud garbage, I will cancel Adobe. 

I created a page at Adobe Portfolio and I added my works in the page, but now when I open the page it says: Something went wrong!Page not found. 😞 Please help me.

 In windows Creative cloud showing File syncing error (some files failed to sync) when we click on the cloud icon on top right corner. There is no green ticks on the folders and no syncing of files in the left folder (file explorer). Can someone please let me know what I cant try to get this working again. Thanks in advance for your help

Apple's commericals have worn me down. I am switching from my PC to a Mac Pro and would like to have recommendations from those who extensively use Adobe's Design CS4 Suite. I will often have InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop opened at the same time. Illustrator files are usually complicated with many layers. Photoshop files can be 500 MB or more.I plan to purchase the Mac Pro 8 Core http://store.apple.com/us_smb_78313/configure/MB535LL/A?mco=NDE4NDIyMQCan you make recommendations on which processor to choose, how much memory to purchase, and which graphics card to buy, plus anything else you feel worthwhile knowing?  I want the machine to last 3 to 4 years. Dear Adobe Support, after upgrading to v 0.2.2 (win 10-64bit), the program can no longer be started. Is there any more information, what could it be?  thx Sven 

Hi Everyone, I ' m not sure if it's me doing wrong or somethingelse that I can't select my bone tool. I use Adobe An CC and watched almost all tutoriols about the tool but I can't select the tool. I know it doesn't work with some certain brushes. I have tried different variations on a simple stickman. I can not select the tool.. Anything I might be doing wrong?Steps -Draw the Character-Convert it to Symbol-seperate parts into pieces in the library-locate them by the joints -Select the Bone tool ! ( I see the bone but I can not apply it) Anything? Thank you, d really appreciate any help!

Hello,I have accepted a new position at a new company. The current company has allowed me to use their Adobe CC subsiption for my personal use. Now that I am leaving I want to take those personal files with me to a new Adobe CC account with damaging any of the files. What is the most effiecent way to do that? It is a lot of files, so trying to find something that doesn't require a lot of tie for one file. Thanks!

About a year ago i stated getting all adobe email and texts in asian characters. I have contacted support about a year ago with this issue. They checked my account to make sure I had english as my primary language and it was but I still continue to get all adobe mail and texts in asian characters. I have kinda learned to live with it. I usually just need a code occasionaly to log in but it been a year now and im getting irritated with it. Any ideas what I can do?

Since the newest update I am unable to rotate anything by putting my cursor just outside the selection box. The rotate arrow appears but nothing will turn. I can use the angle control in the transform controls but it is so slow and tedious. Any suggestions?

Hello,I hadn't found something about this theme, so I create a new thread.As named in the title, the core sync process is responsible for heating my cpu up to 100°C.It always does this when the CC app are syncronizing cloud files.I always wondered what causes this but now I found out, when I force end the process of core sync, It goes back to normal temperature very quickly (normal usage is 30-50°C on this machine).Why does it heats it up that much? A CPU which running that often on 100°C could not have a long life.This is very questionable to me.My machine: Dell G3 (Laptop) from 2018, Core i7 8750-H, 16 GB RAM, Geforce GTX1060, 4 months old.

Okay so this is a strange bug. on most computers i have not had this issue.when i open animate my cc library will not show most folders shared with me. i can find them on the website but i only get an option to download a .PNG or .JPG i need a .FLAthe most strange thing of all though was that i did not see these until a clicked on "veiw by group" and then on the drop down box for "show" i selected "elements".Im guessing some kind of prefernce needed to be set somewhere?so I have not had any issues on 2 of my computers ( one home computer and work computer) and for no reason on this 3rd computer (a work computer) i have this issue.also a work collegue of mine has had this issue on ALL his computers (home and office computer). i am saying that all work computers are setup exactly the same with the same versions and it works on some and not on others.windows 10 pro on all (home and work computers)animate v19.0 (and I FLAT REFUSE TO WORK ON ANY NEWER VERSIONS COZ THEY ARE HORRIBLE).

New build computer, Win 10 Latest version and updates. After some experimentation, I've found the Creative Cloud is causing most other programs on my computer to crash within 3 seconds of execution.  Programs that will fail when Creative Cloud is installed, Battlefield 4 and 5, Tomb Raider, Star Trek Online, Ryzen Master, Cinebench, and 3DMark.Programs that will continue to run, Tweak II, Photoshop, Lightroom Classic, Chrome.Creative Cloud will ask every system boot to be repaired. I removed Creative Cloud and I no longer have any software issues. I reinstall it and the issues come back. I uninstall it again and the issues go away again. I did this cycle 4 times with the same result. Any idea how I can troubleshoot this?

HiMy subscription is canceled on 16 Feb 2021. and I'm not the one that applied for it. How could adobe just cancel my subscription? without asking me. Revert this cancellation

Hello guys,I installed the Creative Cloud and Adobe apps on my Apple M1 MacBook without problems. But now I want these apps to only be accessible as a specific user. I already read that this is accomplishable by moving the app from the global Applications folder to your users Application folder. But with Creative Cloud there were many other files that came with it, I am around 330. Any ideas how I can make Creative Cloud and the installed apps only accessible for specific users?Thanks in advance for your help and stay safe!Tim
