Hi, I recently switched to a MacBook running macOS Big Sur 11.2.1 and in my Creative Cloud application under "Your Work" I only have one icon (Libraries) available for selection. When I was working on a WindowsOS, I had two icons that were available for selection (Libraries + Cloud Documents). This isn't of major concern to me because I can still access all of my cloud documents via Creative Cloud Web. That being said, having access to both from the Creative Cloud application was convenient. This is what I am seeing. Please advise if there is a solution to get both icons to show up in the sidebar. Thank you in advance
Hi everyone, I am having trouble logging into the Creative Cloud app on my iPad. Whenever I submit my email, I get a blank screen. I read that this can be because my adobe login has characters in it so I changed it so it no longer has characters. I restarted my iPad and deleted and redownloaded the app, but the problem is still the same. Can someone please help me? Thank you, Jamie [Attached files & sensitive information removed by moderator.]

I have a large collection of photos saved to the Creative Cloud. I find that I use Bridge and Photoshop on my iMac more than ever. I also have a number of Adobe apps on my iOS devices, especially my iPad. Most of the time, my iPad creations are just that, but when I try to access something from the Creative Cloud, I find the ONLY items available to me are those items that were created on my iOS devices. How do I get access to my CCloud files on my iPad?
I moved photos from photoshop. Simple RGB 8 to a folder. from there I am attempting to upload to a publisher. But only some of the photos went so I went back through every image to make sure they were OK. They are only 9mb and 8 bits in RGB. However in the folder on my Mac desktop next to some are faded exclamation marks and some have clouds. These are photos I only need this once for a client. I cannot access them to move them to my client. Can anyone help? I'm on a deadline and have been waiting for Adobe chat for hours already. They keep passing me on and the girl on the phone hung up on me. Thanks to anyone who can help. I'm kinda under pressure.

Why is there no phone number for Adobe in the UK? For all the billions Adobe makes it is just about the most shocking customer service in the world.
[Moderator moved from Using the Community (forums) to Creative Cloud Services.] The solution for this before installing the language must be in mid east or arabic. But on latest version. even you do that settings, still no option for this, maybe soon they will apply.
Hi,I have limited disk space on my PC. I need to use Creative Cloud and it's applications to access documents from different computers and locations, but I do not wish to save these documents to each computer. That's what I wanted the cloud for, storage. Is there a feature that I'm missing where I can access my storage to just get the files I want at a given time without downloading all of it to my PC first? Thanks in advance for the help.-SRM
Hi, I'm using Canva for my print of demand services as on, Now I want to use adobe spark for print of demand services, I'm not sure Can I use spark, please suggest.
Creative cloud closes unexpectedly with great urgency, closing illustrator, photoshop, premiere or whatever is open, and then it asks me to restart by entering again my email, number sent to my phone and my password. This happens every day and sometimes more than once a day. I have followed the instructions in https://helpx.adobe.com/la/manage-account/kb/troubleshoot-creative-cloud-sign-out-sign-in.html, uninstalling and installing creative cloud and I don't know what else to do. The applications are up to date. Sometimes the system tells me that Creative Cloud has updated some fonts. > Could it be closed for updating some fonts? What else should I do for to fix this?
I use Photoshop via Creative Cloud subscription. Almost weekly or monthly it will ask do I want to save my work ! I never initiated the close down of the app. This is so frustrating when you are in the middle of a project or you are nearly finished. Absolutely frustrating that I have no control over this. You can not stop the app closing down. You have to save what you can of your unfinished work !I have reloaded the Cloud app a number of times - as this is the only solution for a few different problems over the time I have used the Cloud app. Last year when I called Adobe again about the "logging off problem" they said install this app "Adobe Account Access" on your smart device and it will make it easier to log in ! But I could not see how that would stop this problem reacurring !I installed the app on my smart device and now it seems to add another step to the log in process - now I have to locate my smart device before logging in to adobe cloud - as it asks for a code from the app
Have re cently reinstalled my operating system and cannot open my CC account to install programs. If anyone has any thoughts please help. Many thanks
I am running Windows 10 and when I try to save from PS on my laptop I get an error that says the program cannot load Cloud documents to try again later. I relaunched, then uninstalled and reinstalled the CC desktop app, and still no luck. When I try to access my work files in CC, I get an error that says "Ooops, page not available. Something went wrong initializing CC libraries." I can save to CC and load my images from my iPad, but I do 99% of my work from the laptop. Help, please, and thanks in advance for any assistance.
Besten DankVolker
Please help I've tried everything. Adobe creatrive cloud and the apps wouldn't open. I tired everything on the community pages, from removing the opm.db file, to resarting the app, using the cleaner tool and trying to re-install it. I couldn't install the adobe creative cloud desktop app, as it was stuck on loading and kept requiring me to authroise it, even when it made no progress. I used the alternate installer and it installed however when i got in the app and logged in, it was taking ages to load and eventually said i'd been signed out. It asked me to verify with a code and after that it did the same and brought back the same mesasage from the beginning 'There was an with this action, try again later' What do i do?? I'm using a Macbook Pro, the software is up to date too
I have searched for a possible solution to this and none of the results seem to be the same issue I'm having. I'm almost positive it's hopeless, but I thought I'd post here in case there is something that can be done. I had two projects, one on Photoshop and the other on Illustrator, that were finished and ready to be submitted for classes I have. Suddenly, my computer completely breaks. Something is wrong with the hard drive and I need to send it off to be fixed, and now I can't access my projects. Is there anyway I can recover these projects from my previous computer and get them back on a DIFFERENT device/computer? I know there's the Adobe Cloud, but I'm unsure if that work's across different devices, as when I go into my Cloud library there is nothing there. Is this something I needed to have activated/turned on, or do the projects save automatically and I need to look elsewhere for them?
I am currently working remotely, but will soon work a few hours a week back in my office. I would like to avoid syncing thousands of files when I start up CC each time I go from home, back to the office and vice-versa (currently this happens to my coworkers that are already going in).If I sync files to an external drive, could I just bring that to work with me, plug it into my work computer and avoid a long sync when I get there? It seems to me, if the relative file paths are the same, I should be OK.Is anyone else doing this?
All of a sudden today, Feb. 8th, my creative cloud does not function. I cannot open any of my programs.!When I try to open any Adobe program, the wheel icon just spins around for 5 seconds and nothing happens. I checked and my payments have automatically been coming off so that is NOT the issue.I've also tried restarting, nothing... My computer: Lennovo Yogo Anyone else have this problem? Please help as I have several projects to finish today!Thank you in advance!
Hello, I have the following situation with my desktop [Adobe] Creative Cloud (I am running on Mac OS 10.14.6) First, I keep getting a file synching error for a file (folder actually) that has been permanently erased. I quit and restarted Creative Cloud numerous times to no avail; the issue persists. Second, and this is a lesser important issue: in my finder window, the original Cloud icon has been replaced by the standard folder icon (in the left-hand navigation column). Thanks for any assistance or ideas you can provide!
Hi!In addition to that I've been in Cuba recently. You can not access the adobe-servers from Cuba. Adobe logged me out, and it was not possible to reconnect to Adobe Creative Cloud. I could could neither access nor finish the works for my clients, which caused serious financial damage to me. Any solution for that?
I have been using Adobe CC for the last 3 years on Windows 10 and for this entire time the CoreSync.exe process has been a massive headache. I have been through so many "fixes" from here, Adobe Help, and by searching the general internet, and yet CoreSync.exe still causes Windows Explorer to come crashing to a halt! In this time I have reinstalled Windows 10 from scratch twice and changed hardware once. Currently I am using Adobe CC on the following PC:AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6C/12T CPU @ 4.2Ghz / Previously Ryzen 9 3900 12C/24T @ 4.25GhzAMD Radeon RX 6800 16GB GPU / Previously Radeon RX 5600XT 6GB GPU64GB Kingston DDR4 3200MHZ RAM - 4 x 16GB ModulesX570 MainboardSamsung M.2 NVMe 1TB SSD Benchmarked at 2.4GB/sWindows 10 - Currently Up-To-Date. I have even tried tieing the coresync process to just 2 cpu threads using project lasso by Bitsum, with no relief. I am still able to use the software from CC of course, I just need to be sure I then go and force quit the coresync and re
