Creative Cloud Services

I have a PC with 2 hard drives. The first meant to be the boot drive for windows to easily start-up and the second for everything else. I have set CreativeCloud to install apps to my D drive and to sync to my D drive. However, there is a huge chunk still contained on my C drive: C:\Users\name\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Creative Cloud Libraries\LIBS\##########_AdobeID\linksIt is housing a files that contain up to 24kb to 420MB. I did try to delete this but it just comes back. How do we stop this from happening? I searched through and found some posts related to this but there doesn't seem to be a solid solution. Maybe I missed something. Can someone please help? 

I have started getting this error message from creative cloud, it is rather annoying as it interupting my workflow. I have restarted the computer and I have repaired the installation. It means all the files on this computer are not syncing with Adobe CC.  Help please?

When I sign out of my creative cloud, all the adobe programs close on my macbook, illustrator, photoshop, indesign and acrobat.On my other computers (windows) this does not happen, all adobe programs do not close immediately until I close the program, but I cannot open any new documents with the adobe programs/apps.Please let me know if this is a setting on my macbook.TIA.

I uploaded about 30 photos to creative cloud storage. Now I cannot find a way to download a group or all at the same time. You can select multiples and move to different folders within CC, but can't download multiples. Had I known this before using it, I would have made a zip folder of images. It seems a bit clunky if this is true.

Hi Adobe Community, I am moving my account from a Teams account to a Personal account.Before the account is shut down I was wanting to move all my files from Creative Cloud to offline.  It says that I have 5.2GB of files, but I can't find all the files adding up to that amount.Is there any way I can download all my files so any missing assets are not lost? Any help would be great as I can't seem to find an easy way to do this.Thanks, Jonathan

I have a website created with Adobe Portfolio. My account is linked with my school and is updated every year but not at the same time. I lose my subscription during 10 days before it starts again but I don't know if I will lose my portfolio website during this period. Hello Please can someone help, I get the following message when I try to sync my CC libraries. I can't save images from adobe stock to my library and then use them in InDesign for example and they dont dowload properly and are only very small and fuzzy images. Would be glad of some help. Thnaks   

I have been working in the office for a week after the end of quarantine. and this whole week CC couldn't sync my home files.I can work with some projects without home files, but for many others I have to use other cloud services.how can I fix this or restart the sync process completely? (all files in the web view are in place, but downloading folders from there is sooo inconvenient) this picture has been hanging for a week.only the first number changes - now it is 9, then 11 or 10 ... and again 9

It's very tedious having to click every folder one by one to empty my deleted folder. Is there an easier way I am missing?

Hi all, I finally got a new PC and can't install my old CS4 design premium because there's no DVD drive. I could get an external DVD drive but could have issues installing it on Windows 10 anyway so I may as well go with cloud subscription. I've had a look and can't see a bundle which includes illustrator, photoshop and acrobat - do I need to pay for each of those 3 apps individually or am I missing something?

Hi, I've been using CC for many years now, and I'm not sure what it is, but it just seems like it is completely broken for me and does not improve with updates at all? My problems are: I constantly have updates available, no matter how many times I update my apps.Programs like to crash, causing the 'CC needs to repair or uninstall to work' error message.Fonts do not sync. Apps uninstall themselves. I have tried everything I've found on the internet to fix the above errors, short of completely wiping my Mac. (I do not want to do this as it means we will have to call in the IT Engineer to connect us all back up to the servers, £££). I pay £50 a month for this service. Please just make it work!

Hi ! I have a very big sync problem with Creative Cloud. Many files are in a folder named breadcrumbs that doesn't appear in my computeur CC Files. How can I synchronize these archives ? I can't move, copy or delete them. I can only download one by one. And I have hundreds. Here is in which file a good part of my documents are put. Someone from Adobe can help me recover these files directly ?

Hello, I'm having difficulty sharing cloud documents. Is there an easy way to do this?

Please no! Why have you changed all the App icon colours into the similar shades!?Did you not do any research into the use of colour coding and the importance of visual colour recognition?For years we had got used to the colours of each Adobe app and now you make them almost identical? Have you ever stopped to think that some people keep their icons small to save space on their screen, let alone those with any kind of visual impairment? Yes I know that they have letters on, but these are not clear enough. Your new icons also look terrible on a Windows 10 taskbar when set to small. Please take another look at this again in the next update. #basicfail

Hi Adobe community,  I'm new in here and nice to meet you all. I have a Behance account named "Truung." . Actually, this is my new Behance name that I changed from "Trung Nguyen" to "Truung." recently. Because I want to have a nickname that is more recognizable than my real name (which is too common in my country).  My Behance page is here.https://www.behance.net/truung However, today I find that my Behance account is nowhere to be found on Google search results. I'm not saying that the page isn't on top search but it totally disappears regardless of how many pages I try to look it up on Google. This is weird because my Behance page still showed up when I changed its name days (or weeks) ago. I don't know what actually causes the problem. I just want my page link comes back on Google search and eventually I'll rebuild it again so it can be on top search. Thank you very much for reading my post! 

Hi All, I'm doing some cleaning up of my files and so temporarily I've removed all files from my Creative Cloud folder on my PC to do some sorting out, and will then re-sync everything when I'm done. As expected, once I moved all the files and folders out of the sync folder, they disappeared from the 'Files' tab on the web, and went into deleted items. I went into deleted items and cleared everything out of there. So, Files (Synced/Cloud/Mobile Creations) are all empty, as is Published and Deleted. However, the website and Creative Cloud app are still showing I'm using 8.2GB of my storage, but I have no idea what that might be. I do have a couple of small files in my 'Libraries' but certainly nothing that would account for this. I don't have anything in Lightroom Online or Document Cloud, and I only have a couple of small projects in Spark. Is there any way I can get a full breakdown of everything that is stored in my cloud storage? Thanks,Matt

Adobe has set me up with a new Behance account after paying for the full licence version but I already have a Behance account only it's under a different email address. Anyone know how I can link the old Behance account with the new Adobe account? ThanksLuke
