I'm getting troubles using the experience fragment component.If I use the default component provided by Adobe, the component works fine but I can't use the Style System, so I decided to build a custom experience fragment that inherit the sling:resourceSuperType from  /libs/cq/experience-fragments/components/experiencefragment, but this component don't allow me to configure it on the page to select a experience fragment variant. My question is, how can I do for fix my issue with this custom component, or if there's a way to set custom styles using the style sistem to the default experience fragment component?

I'm trying to install the Workfront extension. On the My Exchange page, it says I've aquired the extension, and it says it's installed. My CC Desktop App is set to sync, and says it's up to date. My programs (ps, id, and ai) are up to date. I've tried uninstalling the extension from the my exchange page and re-installing. I've tried restarting the programs and restarting the CC app. In photoshop and illustrator there's an Extensions sub category in the Windows drop-down menu, but no Workfront extension listed and in InDesign there is not even an Extensions sub category anywhere in the Windows drop-down. I'm not Mac. My OS is up-to-date.

Hi Community,at the beginning there were no problems with the creative cloud desktop app. But since yesterday my library has not been loaded anymore. I tried all the solutions communicated by Adobe. I even uninstalled and cleaned everything. But nothing helped. The library cannot be accessed in Photoshop and Co, nor in the Creative Cloud Desktop App. Is there a possible solution to somehow fix the problem? Best regardsSR

I am looking for information on the applicaiton Output Designer, Information like is it still supported? If not what was the EOL date? are there any alternative products users can switch to since this is going away?

I'm trying to create organize graphics, logos, banners, etc. for our team and am hoping to use Creative Cloud to do so. Anyone have a similar set up and recommendations on how they've done this for their teams? Has it been successful? So far my biggest concern is that one person has to own the folders - if they leave the team, it seems like an arduous process to reinstate the folders with a new owner.   

Hello!Since 1,5 month my lightroom cc desktop wont sync to my mobile. Before that time it would sync immediatly but now it wont. I upload my pictures on my desktop and i want to view them on my mobile after processing to share with social media. The spinning wheel is spinning ''syncing XX photos'' and i will not change. I got latest versions on both desktop and mobile.Who can help ?Thanks a lot.Wessel

After a power surge, I can't find any of my Autosave files from the last 3-4 days. I've checked the Autosave folders for Adobe but they're not there. Autosave IS enabled. I still have all of my video and audio in my iMac, I just have to re-edit all of my work. Would these files have been moved to a default location by Adobe?

Hello, I never used this CC Sync feature, but in the settings, it shows that I use 13.9 GB of my cloud storage. The synced folder itself is empty. Why is it? What is it? I have 100GB cloud storage, and 14% are used for nothing?  Ralph

Hi So I have been stumbling along with this issue.  I add a photo in SPARK POST and it then fills the entire page as a background.  I tap on it and I cannot figure out how to make it smaller.  At first I thought it might have to be a PNG and then tried changing images for that and still couldn't make it work.  I am getting frustrated.  Any help here would be most welcome.  I thought maybe it was the order of the photo but that didn't make a change and their is no resize in the menu that I can see either.  At the same time, when I play with some of the templates I see that this is possible. Thanks Brant

I recently got Adobe creative cloud for work. I installed the applications on my work PC in a matter of minutes, but when I tired installing the applications on my personal PC its taking a very long time. I relized it bugs when it gets to a certian % for example photoshop goes to 7% in a matter of seconds and then painfully slow from there. Help would be very appreciated thanks. 

Hi there, I just tried to run PS CC (2019) and it wouldn't run, saying I should re-install. I noticed there was a update and then saw I have PS 2020, but it won't run..instant crash. When I look at CC, it tells me to do two updates (20.0.5 & 21.0.1) but both fail to load. Help!

I have two windows 10 machines, one at home and one at my office. I work back and forth between both machines.My office still uses 2019 and the admins there have not installed 2020, and apparently do not want to. Creative Cloud auto-installed 2020 on my home machine, and I would like to not use it and use CC 2019 instead, so that the work is compatible with my office machine. Is there anyway to uninstall the 2020 versions and go back to 2019 CC and stay there?Thank you for any help.

Years ago I make a Flash Interactive on my web site that featured a small slection of my photos. I had intended to make the "interactive" deeper (as in added subsections to each small sample), but I didn't have the time. Now, I have to convert it all or recreate it all. However, Adobe doesn't seem to have a program that does everything Flash Professional could do.  I don't know how to explain all that I did using the former Flash Professional expect to say I used a lot of complex smaller images to create interactive element. I just purchased a new mac mini that will be dedicated to photo editing. It is running Catalina operating system.  I loaded the Creative suite and when I try to launch Photoshop from inside lightroom I get an error window saying "Could not open “_RCB1708.ARW” because of a disk error. I tried opening from several different folders and different files from different drives. Same result. When I take the drives and attach to my old Mac Pro running Mojave, everything works perfectly. I tried uninstalling Photoshop and re-installing and the same error. External drives were tested with disc utility and passed. I believe the issue is a communication item between photoshop and the drives but since im not sure what to do... here I am. I appreciate the help. 

I used to use CC Asset to store my LightRoom catalog. Since my catalog is too big now, I decided to move it to iCloud and keep my CC assets for something else. So I moved the file on my computer from the CC folder to iCloud but the CC apps still said that I did not have enought room and that I had to delete the archived.I clicked the link and proceed to delete all files in the Archive. They all worked, except the Lightroom catalog. Everytime I try to delete it, it fails. It then prompt me to retry, which I do and it fails again. I did this 6 times already and it never worked. How can I remove this folder so I can use CC again?

First of all, I am new in website creation, but I am long time user of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom. I am trying to create my website with Portfolio. I made several galleries and decided to create 2 subgalleries in one major. I created covers for these subgalleries and I when I clicked on one of the subgallery's cover the program gave the window with the clickable thumbnail to make a photo grid with possibility to download my images. I downloaded several of them with a success, but the problem began when I tried to preview the page. I didn't see the photos and when I went back to editing I didn't see downloaded pictures anymore. I can preview my major page "Home" with the photo and clickable link to other pages. I didn't publish the website yet. I don't know what I can do to remedy this problem. My CC libraries have suddenly gone away – I don't when, I just updated photoshop, and now it only says DL_LIBRARIES_PANEL_NAME not only in photoshop but in all adobe programs. I've tried to relaunch creative cloud and I've tried to recreate the libraries cache, nothing is working. What do I do?

I am working on an iMac and on an MacBook Pro and want to use the Software on both Computers but only on one the File Sync from Creative Cloud App, because my MacBook has not enough disk space available. Any suggestions despite pausing the sync? Cheers,Janos
