Hello, I have a problem with CC Libraries occuring in multiple applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere...).Everything worked fine for months, but 2 days ago the Library window started to act up (I didn't fiddle with settings nor files, I don't know the reason why it broke just now).CC Library keeps reinitializing, then shows the library content for 2 seconds, then refreshes, displays a generic error message (Something went wrong initializing Creative Cloud Libraries), then changes to message about the need to sign up to use libraries and automatically proceeds to showing the content again - and then the cycle continues.Because of that the CC Libraries are completely unusable. (Creative Cloud application also shows that there is a problem with syncing libraries, but nothing specific)  Even when I stop synchronisation in CC App, the library keeps trying to sync and reinitialize (seems like a bug on its own), completely ignoring my attempt to stay offline.I also use the s

Hi everyone, I have a Creative Cloud subscription with all the applications and I can't use Fireworks CS6, it says I have to buy the license. I need Fireworks is the software I use the most. Can someone help me with this?

Creative cloud sync is broken for me, it's trying to sync a deleted file. The file in question does not exist anywhere on the cloud or locallyIve looked around at other posts with this problem, and deleted the Coresync database files but the problem persists. Opening a new post now to get help from an adobe rep. Already sent log files to adobe but will do so again if you tell me where to send.

I’m getting an annoying failed sync error on Creative Cloud (v. 2.1.1.110). It fails to sync 5 files that weren’t supposed to be synced in the first place, since they’re all old files that no longer exist. I mean, I’ve consciously deleted these files from Creative Cloud long ago. They’re not on my Mac. They’re not on Creative Cloud website (not even as archived). The app is trying to sync them anyway — which prompts the error.I’ve tried deleting the “Creative Cloud Files” folder from my Mac and restoring it from Creative Cloud just to make sure these 5 ghost files weren’t on my Mac. Like I predicted, the app tried to sync 5 files more than I actually have on the cloud during restore. I think that’s proof enough that there the ghost files are on Adobe servers.

I have been assuming that if I had two computer connected to Creative Cloud, that the Creative Cloud Files folder on each one would have the same files. I'm not seeing that happen and I'm wondering if I'm missing something or if what I want to do isn't how it works. I have my main Creative Cloud Files folder on the computer I usually use. That folder is synced to the cloud and I see it in my online account page. Now I'm adding a second computer and I'd like to have a matching Creative Cloud Files folder on that new one. The new one is connected to my account and in Lightroom I see my synced images. But the Creative Cloud Files folder is empty.

Please can someone help me urgently - I need to work and my work files in the cloud are not syncing... This has never happened before...

My team and I have recently started to use Creative Cloud files so we can collaborate and share files easier, but I've noticed that they aren't syncing properly.I uploaded and shared an XD file with one of my colleagues giving them access to view and edit. They can receive my updates and make changes accordingly, but I can't get any of theirs - I can see the file is modified online, but my desktop app won't sync their changes. My desktop version still shows it was last modified yesterday whereas online it recognises changes were made this morning.I've logged out of CC, changed networks, closed Google drive, so far nothing has helped.How can this be fixed?

Is it possible to store Nodes(Nodestore) in AWS S3.For instance, Can pages(content nodes) be pushed to S3 through nodeStore configurations.  There is a configuration available for S3DataStore to store assets in S3.Is there any configuration available for NodeStore to store nodes in S3 similar to DataStore? 

Hello, I have been having trouble syncing files for a while.  I kept getting an error message saying 'Unable to sync <Filename>' which was a file I had deleted weeks ago. In an effort to rectify this and to clear space on my SSD I tried moving my storage to an external HD.  This didn't work and was too slow so I attempted to move the target folder back to my device SSD. However, when I did this all my sharing rights to files I was using with my business partner were lost. I asked him to send me invitations to the files again and in order to ensure the target file was not the problem I tried to save the newly shared files in a new folder. However, this sync did not work and now I get nothing but error messages saying it is not able to sync to the file. Everything I need is on the cloud so all I want to do is reset all my defaults and gain access to the 8 folders I was invited to at 9.28-9 this morning (09/11.2019)  Please help!

Hi, do you really need to find a way to keep Typekit OFFLINE sync for work, if my internet is unreliable, working with synced fonts IT IS A Nightmare, if you really want to add value to Typekit, make it work offline the same way Adobe CC checks the license every month, So I can work Offline, in the country, in a plane or wherever I want without having internet connection.Thank you

Hi, In my cloud there are like 10.000 files with strange names (see screenshot). I can't delete them. I contacted support by chat, but do don't regornize this probllem. Who is able to help me?

So a few issues here. I share files between a Macbook pro and a gaming PC. whenever I go to work on a school project on my PC I only see that about 90% of all my files are synced on there. But 100% of them are on my mac. It seems like my Mac has not been uploading files from the last few weeks to the Creative Cloud. I don't know how to fix this issue. I'm hoping someone can help me increase my workflow and help me fix this. A symptom of this might be that my Creative cloud on my mac is stuck on FILE SYNCING "syncing". thanks for any help!

J'ai recu un message lors du démarrage de la nouvelle configuration que les logiciels d'Adobe cloud ne sont pas compatibles avec MacOS Catalina, ensuite cela été redonfirmé par une conversation téléphonique avec Apple Help Center. Pourriez-vous m'indiquez une date où vous envisager de mettre à jour les logiciels d'Adobe Cloud pour qu'ils soient compatibles avec MacOS Catalina?Je vous remercie pour votre réponse.Emese

Hi! I have this account for a long time already but I thought that this recent Creative Cloud update needs me to register again to gain access. I have quite a lot of files on its library, portfolio, spark..., will I gain access gain access again on these?  I was also a Team member of Center for International Trade Exhibition & Mission and the latest was with the Philippines Department of Trade & Industry using this previous account in the same email address.  The transition from CITEM to DTI was fine using my email address originally used in my personal account when I started using Creative Cloud.  

I recently upgraded my space on the Creative Cloud to 1 TB.  This has been useless because I have filled up my 1 TB internal MAC hard drive and do not have any more room internally so more space on the cloud does nothing for me.  How can Cloud-Based files sync to an external drive so my operating system and apps are not bogged down by file storage of photos and stuff?  I am paying for extra space I can not use.

Hello, apologies in advance... I would like to know the difference between the cloud documents of the creative cloud, the local where Photoshop for iPad and fresco save files, and the Cloud of the creative cloud, where every other files are saved to. Like, what differs one from the other, beyond the respective apps cloud save destinations? and I've seen a pop up(?) when I log in here on CC, about this new cloud space, and I've read the info there, but it wasn't clear to me the difference from one to another, and how do I save and open photoshop files from this cloud documents It said that I can save both Photoshop for iPad and Photoshop (desktop) files. EDIT: a few corrections

Hello everyone, I've been trying to change the sync and the general location of all of my adobe files to a local hard drive from my SSD since the SSD is filled up already.  Even when I change the setting on the preference and change the sync & application location it comes up with an error and will not change it. Please help! 

Hello, Got a message that says the required Library was somehow missing from Photoshop. Photoshop needs to be uninstalled. Multiple tries all failed. So, I tried updating...those have failed. Please advise...I have work to complete! Thank you.

Hi. The latest update for the CC file sync uses up an insane amount of ram memory (up to 1G+) when file syncing. So much so that it keeps on freezing my computer or making it so slow to be unbearable. I always have to turn off CC now or I can't use my computer.I may not have the newest computer but I have a Macbook Pro with 4G of RAM, not too bad either. The file sync should work quietly and unobtrusively in the background, like Dropbox and not hog all my memory no matter how many files I have to sync. It can probably be set so it only actively syncs a lot when it detects that the user is not using the computer.Being a paying customer, I of course wish that CC could work splendidly well. Unfortunately, I still have to rely on Dropbox because of CC's undependability and massive memory problems. The CC programs are great but honestly, so far the file sync has given me nothing but frustration. Please catch up soon.Please fix this asap so it can be usable. Thank you.

J'ai suivi le cours de Franck PAYEN d'Adobe France et sur son tuto on voit des modèles. Je suis abonnée à CC donc j'ai la dernière version, mais je débute. Je n'ai pas de modèle. Est-ce que quelqu'un sait comment les ajouter ? Merci
