Warum stoppen meine installationen immer??
Este é um arquivo AI salvo em meu computador, porém ao invés de aparecer o ícone do arquivo (.ai), aparece o icone da aplicação (Illustrator). O que será isso? Acontece também com arquivos PSD. PS.: Uso Windows 10
Hello dear fellow adobe users, I recently did a portfolio on the Adobe Portfolio builder. When I got to the point of publishing I realized I had been logged in with the wrong account the whole time (I had purchased PS years ago with one address but now paying the Cloud subscription with another one) - so now I can't publish the portfolio as the older account only has a basic license. As building the portfolio was a bit of a too long and frustrating process (it took me ages to realize it's just not possible to do sub-galleries and then rebuilding everything) I don't really feel like rebuilding the whole thing on the new account again. So is it possible to maybe 'export' or transfer the portfolio data to my paid account? Or can I connect the two accounts somehow so I can access the data from both ones? Or is there any other way avoiding the rebuilding? Thank you so much for your help, Pauline
I have an external js file.i called it in main.html like <script type="text/javascript" src="relevent path to the file mentioned in the topic" but cant load it which path is /apps/appname/components/structure/page/x.js in AEM publsher. In AEM author it is directing to the related js file.Purpose of doing this is i have a java script code for eloqua form submission which is inside main.html.because of eloqua js is inside main.html as internal js it is affecting to page load time.so i have to put that js as an external and call.Either this way <div data-sly-use.page="${'x.js'}"/> is not working because of that eloqua js is returning nothing.
Hello,I am getting a file sync error that says some files failed to sync. The file listed that will not sync is not there. It is a file I deleted a while ago. I now can't sync my files, but can't fix the error because it is not related to a real file. CC used to have a feature that allowed you to find and delete the problem file, but with the latest update, that feature is missing. When I go to the link for "view on CreativeCloud.com," it does not take me to the file location, just an Adobe help page for storage quota. Any suggestions about how to fix this because none of my files will sync until I fix the error. Thank you.
Hi all, Ok so I am new to all this cloud syncing stuff and I have a question. I have 1TB of storage on a creative cloud but not on my Mac. How would I go about saving items to the cloud, like video/photo to adobe CC without them saving to my mac as well?
When I'm downloading files from my own CC account I'm unable to download two different files in a row unless I refresh the page. So if I have downloaded file A and then deselect that and then select file B, file A gets downloaded again instead of file B. Only when I refresh the file page do I get to download file B by selecting it again and downloading it.Also, I'm able to select multiples files at once but when I do that the download option goes away, it returns only when one single file is selected. So it's not possible to download multiple files at once? Will take ages for any collaborator to use CC as a file source then as I have hundreds of project files stored there.
3 days ago I chatted with tech support because the CC cloud icon was missing from my bar in Illustrator. The tech had me run the cleaner tool to remove creative cloud and reinstall it. This did not fix the problem and my CC icon is still missing. Since that day my Adobe programs have not been able to communicate with the creative cloud app. It will not load or activate fonts, just an endlessly spinning wheel. Tech support then tried to help me for an additional 4 hours, even granting them remote access to uninstall, reinstall everything, and restart my system over and over again. Visiting Adobe fonts on the website, it says my fonts are activated (have also tried deactivating and activating them multiple times from the site and from illustrator itself to no avail). Internet access has been solid and uninterrupted and I have full internet functionality except for loading adobe fonts on the CC app. They told me they have exhausted all troubleshooting options and need to call me bac
Pretty simple. CC tries to sync my libraires every 5 seconds. Flashes a message "Libraries sync error. To use Creative Cloud Libraries, please sign in to Creative Cloud". Well, I am signed in. As soon as the message goes away, File syncing displays "up to date". I have uninstalled CC desktop app with Abobe's tool, and reinsatlled it and I get the same thing. I don't get it! Pretty frustrating. When working in ID, everytime it checks, you lose the cursor and have to start over. The only way I get anything done is open ID and then sign out of CC. Attached is the actual message.
In the past, I could delete a file from my Creative Cloud, and it would go into the deleted folder in CC. On my PC, it would be in the recycle bin only if I didn't shift+del the file. I could then recover files from the deleted folder if necessary. Fast forward to this new Creative Cloud desktop version. I logged in to recover a file only to discover files in there that had NEVER been in my CC. Files and folders that I had deleted from an external hard drive. Excel and Word files. HOW DID THEY GET THERE?? I've looked everywhere for a setting which would give/deny CC access to my PC’s recycle bin, but there is nothing. What makes matters worse is that I regularly use two PCs. My personal PC uses my personal CC account, and my work PC uses my work CC account. The files from the work PC’s recycle bin are showing up while logged into my personal CC account in the browser!!!! Who thought this would.be a good idea? Why is CC accessing my recycle bin?
My team of designers share a folder of projects. Within each project folder, I'd like to share any subfolder with a different group of developers, writers, contractors. This way the design team has access to everything, but devs, contractors etc only have access to a specific folder within each project. It seems to not be possible to do that currently. I get an error when I invite people to a subfolder within a shared folder. Is it possible? if not, will it be possible in some update? Seems like some key functionality that is missing in the collaboration setup.
Hi,My Creative Cloud is not syncing files. We are a small team and my machine/account is not syncing. It seems that CC can't get a connection (see screenshot below). All apps and updates are working normal, and my collegues accounts are also working.Really frustrating. Tried uninstalling CC, but to no help. Please help, thanks!
Hi, since the last update of macos catalina all my librarys are current offline. In the desktop app of CC the file synchronization is in loop.
Recently I have been having a recurring problem with the public links not working, it regularly results in a "this page is not available" message. Unzipped files seem to be ok: Adobe Creative Cloud But not zipped ones: Adobe Creative Cloud This has only started since I updated I think (Version 4.2.0.211), until recently it has always worked flawlessly, any ideas?
Hey guys, I have been user of the CreativeCloud for over 5 years now so I went trough many Versions of CreativeCloud so far. The one at the moment is one of the worst. Do not get me wrong, the new app interface is amazing. But the stuff happening in the background is the worst. I just did a clean Catalina install and the first thing I did was to install CreativeCloud (without any programms). Not only did it - from the start - significantly loaded my hardware and drained my battery out, it also - without questioning, startet to sync all my CreativeCloud files. There is no way to turn it of. It is just possible to pause. Which means if I want to delete the files, as soon as I stop pause they will be deleted too? How annoying is that?Next thing: No syncing of settings? Have you gone mad? Whats the reason for that? I thought thats the Idea of CreativeCloud - TO WORK ACROSS STATIONS.Last but not least: See the attached Screenshot. That is how my Launchpad looks after installation.
Creative Cloud has some issues; I get these related messages: Unable to sync some files (via notifications, when trying to delete related files from the finder); "Some files failed to sync" (via CC in the Menu bar/Assets/Files); and when selecting "Learn More" I get "There was a problem syncing some files" Clicking for more info leads me here which does not offer any help. I'm only using <20% of capacity. When trying to get Chat support, I get: "Thanks for your patience. Representatives are currently helping other customers and we will be with you shortly." x8 so far...
I get repeated messages that my storage if 95% full and I need to upgrade.I have NO files store on the Adobe Cloud. How can this be fixed?
I am sharing some design files with collaborators that don't need edit rights. Therefore I am sharing the folder with them as view-only. One of the files in the folder stopped syncing (all the rest work fine) throwing up the following message: "<File name> cannot be synced because it is in a view-only collaboration. You cannot modify, rename, or create files in a view-only collaboration. To sync this file, move it to a read-write location within your Creative Cloud files folder." This makes no sense to me. A core part of the functionality of CC is that some folders can be view-only. Why would this message come up? How can we clear it and get the file to sync with our collaborators again? We cannot start moving the file around because the file structure needs to remain as is. Many thanks
My organisation recently changed our corporate membership, and afterwards all of the contents of my creative cloud folder is gone, with nothing being in the 'deleted' section either. Is there any way I can recover these files? I was using the cloud storage to avoid precisely this...Cheers
After Windows update for September 2019, my computer has been unresponsive and was all due to CoreSync. How do I know this? I went into task manager and ended CoreSync and my computer came alive again. Don't respond by saying to reinstall Creative Cloud because I have. Don't say to check for updates and install the latest one, because I have. It's not just happening to one of my computers, but all my computers after the Windows 10 update. I have a Gigabyte Aero 15X and a custom-built High-End PC. Its just unacceptable for one thing to ruin my experience with the adobe programs.
I keep getting this error message when saving files to the creative cloud, or when rearranging folders etc. It looks like all my files have synced (the creative cloud folder on my computer has a green checkmark) but I'm not sure why I'm still getting this error message every time. Any help is greatly appreciated!
Please help. I am working on a freelance project in InDesign. I was nearly done with an 8 page project with 49 linked assets in my creative cloud library. All of a sudden, the program crashed and when I tried to reopen it, it couldn't recover the file. I googled and found how to delete the recovery info, which didn't work. Luckily I had an earlier version of the file saved and was able to open that one. GREAT! However, the creative cloud library wouldn't load so all 49 assets were unlinked. I restored my computer to an earlier point where I know the creative cloud library was there. It didn't seem to work. When I logged into my account on the web, I could still see those assets so I was relieved. They still existed! I could download them! But I couldn't figure out how to get them onto my computer. I tried deleting the CC library file so it would respawn. I reinstalled creative cloud. I restarted the computer. Finally creative cloud opened. Only it said I had no assets. I went to t
(MacOS Mojave) My Creative Cloud syncing is stuck on an infinite sync error where it is "Unable to sync" an empty folder that is nowhere to be found in the CC files. As soon as the notification disappears, the same notification appears again. Any other files I work on keep syncing without a hitch. It's just VERY distracting. (see attached file for example) Any help much appreciated. Please be precise as I am NOT a technically savvy person. Thank you!
I tried calling and got no help zero.
I have files on my home Ethernet network server (a Mac Mini). My main design computer, an older MacPro, is connected to the network via Ethernet. This works fine. My router is the one provided by my ISP company "Xfinity"; The router has WiFi and is connected to a switch that has my network computers connected to it via Ethernet. My Macbook Pro laptop can only connect to the network via WiFi.This has been working flawlessly forever, but recently, things with the laptop started acting weird. There is nothing wrong with the laptop, but there is definitely something funky about how it's connecting to my network. I haven't done anything to it.The main problem is that, for some reason, the files in the Creative Cloud on all of my computers are fine, but on the laptop - they will not synch. So, for example, on my mail MacPro computer I'll add a folder to my Adobe Cloud called "Videos". I look at my Adobe Cloud files online and the folder is there. It's there on my design computer too, but on
