when i open the creative cloud app on my win 10 i can see apps and fonts but cannot see the assets.why is that??and how can i add it?
I have already contacted Adobe support about this but they were unable to provide a solution. I am waiting on an email response but I thought I would ask here too. When I am uploading RAW files from a Sony A7iii there is no preview when viewing the Creative Cloud Storage either on the Web or on other devices. Raw files from other brands of camera (Canon/Nikon) and also an older Sony camera all work ok, the problem is just with A7iii files. Has as anyone else had this issue?Creative Cloud is up to date, the Sony RAW driver is installed on the desktop, and the problem is not specific to my individual camera as I downloaded an A7iiI RAW file from the internet and tried with it but got the same issue. Does anyone one have any clue how to resolve this?
I'm having trouble sending files to clients, with both of them reporting timeouts and an inability to download the assets I was sending them. I have 100GB with my CC subscription. At first I thought it might have been a random error, but today I'm getting the same thing happening for a third time. For the first client, I tried to send 23GB of video assets, in a collection of about 60 video files, in a few different folders about a month ago. At first I sent them the generic, download through the browser link, and they kept getting timeout errors. Because this client is also a CC member, I shared the files with their CC email address. However, the files did not appear in their drive or did they receive an email letting them know I was sharing the files. For the second client, I was attempting to send 5 zip files of around 1.2GB each about one week ago. They also received timeout errors. Today, for the third client, I am trying to send a single, 3GB video file and they are getting another
I have been wrestling with this issue for a few weeks now.Initially I got the message that some files weren't synced. On my iMac I have uninstalled and reinstalled the application and used the repair tool, but now I cannot sync at all.I now get the message that "When you turn on File Sync, it will open your finder so you can start syncing files to Creative Cloud".I'm at my wits end as I don't want to do a clean install of the Mac O/S.My laptop is at the point where it stage were it just says that some files couldn't be synced.
Hi:I'm on an iMac that's now running Mojave. I see that in my Finder folder for Creative Cloud Files that the files in it have not been updated. Is there a preference setting that automatically updates my created CC files? If not, would it be wise for me to delete all of the files and load all the current files? If so, how do I load CC folders and their files? Where do I find that collection of folders/files?I've attached a screenshot of my CC Files pane that shows that I have lots of room remaining in that folder. Please suggest what I should do next to update my CC files to that MacFinder folder. Thank you very much!Warren_______
CC Desktop keeps telling me it can't sync "x" file. But I deleted the file from the system a few days ago so why would I continue to get this annoying message? On my other Mac signed into the same account I don't get the message. It's just on the laptop. The file isn't visible online and I've tried uninstalling the desktop app. Problem still there. Is there some way I can flush out the cache? Maybe that's causing the problem?THANKS
I am having the same problem with CC generating massive amounts of files on my hard drive. I have a large capacity second drive but my system drive is only 150G. I was starting to get intermittent crashes today and when I looked at my hard drive it was 98% full. I keep almost everything on my second drive so I shouldn't have this problem. I used a program called space monger and found the same problem you have. I printed the first log, not realizing it was over 150 pages - so now I'm out of disc space and paper:).Unfortunately, I can't ditch CC because I am in the middle of finals and I have three classes based on Adobe products. This is my first time on the forum because I can't find a way to fix the problem through the guides and the "chat" option keeps sending me here. I uninstalled all my apps and creative cloud hoping to put CC on the second hard drive but when I started CC to install it didn't give me 5 seconds before it was sending me messages about everything it was downloading
I removed a large file from Adobe Creative Cloud. I still get the message of 100 percent full. Cannot ad more files. Help
How are you?My computer is infected with a ransomware called Magniver/GandCrab.My question here is that I often upload/download files that I have worked on Adobe Creative Cloud, and after formatting my computer, files in Adobe Creative Cloud also have ransomware infections. I'm telling you, I haven't uploaded an infected file, and I haven't recently uploaded one. However, there is a file infected with 'Adobe Creative Cloud'. It's this evening that I got ransomware. I want to know about this part. The file extension is decoded into WLQDKAHXL.My email issimjhsh@gmail.com

I created a folder that I would like to share. Inside are three .mov files and two .heic files. Next, I clicked the three dots to the right of the folder and selected share, get link. I copied this link and pasted it into my url bar and none of the .mov files or .heic files show up properly. They all appear blank. How can I fix this? The files appear just fine when I don't use the share link.
Hi - I am having issues getting my libraries to sync to the web. All of my libraries appear in my panel, however they never sync to the cloud, nor can I access them on other devices. Everytime I open a program it tries to sync them but it never gets under 1MB & eventually I get the 'We're experiencing server problems' error. This has been ongoing for about a month now. I have been working with our IT department to make sure we are not blocking anything. I can get to assets.adobe.com/libraries. Additionally, we aren't blocking any of these urls: ccmdls.adobe.com:443ims-prod06.adobelogin.com:443na1r.services.adobe.com:443prod-rel-ffc-ccm.oobesaas.adobe.com:443lm.licenses.adobe.com:443 !ccmdl.adobe.com:80swupmf.adobe.com:80swupdl.adobe.com:80I have also checked: Adobe Status several time and the cloud doesn't seem to be experiencing issues. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Thanks! Tricia
My Libraries are not loading in Photoshop CC on Windows 10. I am signed in with Creative Cloud (my account avatar shows on Adobe Helpx as well as on the CC app), but the Libraries panel says I haven't signed in. I closed Photoshop and signed out of Creative Cloud then tried again, but my Libraries are still not loading. Can someone help me figure this out?I've been through all the steps here ( Adobe Creative Cloud signs you out or asks you to sign in repeatedly) and nothing has helped. There are constant demands for me to sign in but am already signed in.Can some please help me?
I am new to LR and since loading photos I get a message that my space on the cloud needs upgrading because it's almost full. How do I clean things I don't want from the cloud to clear space? Thanks
About a month ago in Ai - I lost my libraries? Where could they have gone?
I am probably confused on the basic principle of assets sharing:in my team, we have few designers with full licences of Adobe CC. Being a small team, we need to share with each-other pretty much everything we do.By doing so, we are quickly consuming eachother CC storage quota, and we always facing the problem of moving old projects outside CC (usually, a local HD! ).I see that you could upgrade the storage plan to 1TB. But it would require upgrading for everyone in the team.Doesn't it exist an option to setup a Central shared assets library, that people can use without consuming personal quota? This would also make more sense so that permissions are managed centrally at not by the individuals on each folder (what happens if designers leave the company? will i loose access to their assets?) The only thing I could find in Adobe is within ADOBE EXPERIENCE MANAGER ASSETS, which seems to be too much for us.If adobe doesnt have a fit-for-purpose solution, any third party option a
I have open a new company, and I want migrate my library and file from old account adobe to a new account adobe, how can i do it?
Hey Adobe,I'm working with CC Libraries on several projects.Sometimes, i need to share my assets with some designers who don't have the latest version of your software (CS6 for example)How can i share/send/download all the assets to send to those designers?Do i have to open each one and save to my local hard drive and then make a RAR/ZIP to send them all the assets?Let's say, i need to share all my elements with my client?Do i need to open/save each one of them to my local hard drive and send via weTransfer or some other website?Doesn't make any sense...right? Any solutions? Thanks in advance
I put some big files on my C drive in the CC Files folder. It filled up the file size of the storage which was fine. I didn't need it synched for mobile. I completed what I needed and deleted it from the CC Files folder on my PC. But I've tried to get the CC app to recognize that my CC files folder on my PC is only 20GB now, but the mobile version is still "full".Shouldn't the app look to remove the files from the online folder and then continue with synching or does it make a hard stop when it's full and you have to manage the files online before it will continue to synch again?

I was looking through my computer to clean up some large files and it looks like some large files are on my system storage even though they are in the "Creative Cloud FIles" directory. Why is this?
I did not know that deleteing from creative cloud (as storage was full), would also delete originals from lightroom cc, can i recover permanently deleted photos? Thanks in advance.
Pantone is not supported. What about ps-files with 16-bit-color?
As the title says, I've stumbled upon a problem. People in my organization shared a CC folder with me, which I am only able to view (I'm not authorized to edit, delete or add files). However, if I open up a PSD in that folder and I accidentally hit "save" (without saving it anywhere else but the folder I am not allowed to make changes in), CC ends up trying to sync the file anyway, and it is currently doing this with every other sync that I do with my CC folder. I've searched, but I did not find an option in CC to discard changes (or to put the file back into a previous version on assets.adobe.com, since the changes are -you've guessed it- not synced online). So now I am currently in a loop that does not allow me to escape it. I can't overwrite a file online (as intended), but I can somehow submit changes on my local version of this CC folder, which CC will try to sync (which it can't do, as intended), which I can't undo anymore. This inability to undo it is a problem, or the fact
