Hi all,I have a small problem with my CC libraries, they are working and syncing but it doesn't appear quite right as you can see..I tried the Creative Cloud Cleaner, fixed the host file, logged out and in and it doesn't change anything across all Adobe softwareCan you help me fix this little graphic issue?Thanks a lot!

Creative Cloud Libraries not available from these applications I work in, in Windows.In the window only shows: %DL_LIBRARIES_PANEL_NAMEIt did not help to reinstall the applications and log in again on Creativ Cloud!

Why I cannot see syncing time of all uploading files -> Adobe want to look faster then Dropbox or GoogleDrive?

Hi CC LIbraries' users!I'd like to stock jpg and png files on Adobe CC Library and download them on my desktop.But I have a problem because files are converted as psd.How to just download jpg or png directly on my desktop (without passing by Photoshop) ?

Hi All, We have a subscription to download assets from AdobeStock, but we don't have any other Adobe licenses or products.  I'd simply like to know how to remove an image preview from an AdobeStock library.  Unfortunately, each AdobeStock library displays all of the assets it contains on one web page, and I have several hundred images I've saved in the library, which makes the page function very slowly (I was used to Fotolia.com that showed library assets in pages up to 100 assets at a time, which worked fine).  I've searched high and low, but I'm not sure how to remove the assets.  Is my only option to select and move the ones I want to keep into a new library and then delete the original library in which they were saved?  That seems overly cumbersome, but if that's my best option I'll have to do it.Thanks in advance for the help!

Lightroom CC Library allows storage all my photos in Creative Cloud Library, even if there is not enough room on my hard drive for all my photos. Is this feature also available with Creative Cloud Files storage?If I storage and sync all my photos in Creative Cloud Files, then I need the exact same amount of free space on my own hard drive?

Par contre, sur le dossier Web ils y apparaissent.Comment faire pour que le dossier Cloud se mette à jour comme le dossier Web??

I'm trying to free up Creative Cloud storage... I've deleted a bunch of files and then pressed "Permanently delete" in the "Deleted" folder. Every time it just tells me "Could not delete asset permanently". Have tried with individual files as well as all of them together. So I'm stuck. Any help gratefully received.

Good morning,I would like to know why I receive notification from Mojave that a file sent long ago by Adobe Synchronizer PDF FILE and received via email with the direct link is periodically downloaded again and displayed. Also because I also appear as a sender.Thank you

I am currently a graphic design student. I began creating my portfolio using Adobe Portfolio, but I was unaware of the fact that to publish the portfolio, I need to choose a plan and pay. Is there any way I can publish my portfolio without paying?

Perhaps this info is already somewhere in this forum, but for the life of me I can't figure this out.Here's the scenario -- I use lightroom mobile on my ipad and lightroom classic on my desktop. Sometimes (e.g. when I'm traveling) I import raw files from my SD card directly to lightroom on the ipad.  Then when I get home I sync those raw files to my desktop.  To free up local storage on the ipad I clear the cache for the album and only download smart previews.  Other times I import raw files from my SD card to the desktop, create smart previews, and create an album to sync to lightroom mobile so they show up on my ipad.So far so good.Now that the raw files are successfully synced to my desktop from my ipad (or to my ipad from my desktop) I want to remove the raw files from the cloud so that I'm not eating up my 20 GB with raw files and instead only have smartpreviews/metadata in the cloud.  This way I can edit smart previews on my ipad -- those edits are synced to m

I cannot download a psd, the only two options are to share a link or download a png. I cannot find a way to move the file to my synced files folder so that I cannot access it there. The file was created in sketch, but sketch lost all my drawings recently, is the only way to get it back to download 11 GB of files back into Sketch? I can't understand why Adobe makes things so difficult.

when i go onto my assets from a web browser (tried both firefox and IE) i get a message saying: "This page is temporarily unavailable.  We'll be back soon."  i can't access my libraries/edit them from the desktop apps, when will this be working again please?

Hi there! I'm the owner of some libraries and after you've rolled out a new interface i can not do anything with any item in some of the libraries.Here is how the regular ligrary looks like:i'm able to select items using checkboxes. And they appear when i rollover the item.also there is a menu for each item in the library.But many other libraries are broken!There is no checkboxes nor menu.I'm the owner of both libraries.Also the top left checkbox is grayed out in both cases!Some behaviour on all machines (6 people) and for all users that have edit level access to the libraries.Please fix this asap. Also it takes ~20 seconds to load any page of the library or the list of the libraries... it's incredibly slow.I'm not talking about File storage, i'm talking about Cloud Libraries precisely.

Can I share a folder of videos to other people without making them collaborators of an Adobe Rush/Clip project?Im working with a class all recording some videos. I want all the students to be able to share with me, upload all the videos into one repository that all the students can then access (all the footage) at home. But dont want to share editing projects as such.Is there a way I can do this with Adobe Creative Cloud? Thank you.

I restored several files from the deleted area of creative cloud. I found a couple of files in the creative cloud folder on icloud but 99% of are missing. they are not showing with the deleted files.  Where can I find the restored files? Thanks

Hi, I'm having issues with turning on the Creative Cloud sync on Windows 10. I have tried:- uninstalling and installing all Adobe software- updating to the latest version afterwards- running the CC as an Administrator- locating options.tix (I don't have the folder: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CoreSyncI am running a Windows Home Edition, 64bit and I only have the free subscription.Is there anything else I can try doing? i can not sync pngs to the cloud help

So I'm trying to migrate all my local files to a CC backup so they can be used in full resolution over 2 devices, but it seems to only be uploading my .RAW files at about 30kb... obviously significantly smaller than I'd like them. Anyone know how to fix this issue?

Hello, Recently I've made login on CC in a second PC, and I noticed that a big amount of files have been disappeared while syncing. Second I was looked on the Recovery section in assets.adobe and any one of them were there. In third, into assets.adobe I was used the search functionality and the files appear, but when try to see or download return 404 error. By the way I've think "let's turn on the first PC and make a backup of the CC folder", but in the moment that CC made login all the disappeared files where deleted too. Looks like all the files unused by more than a year are gone.And now? What can I do to re-see my lost files?
