@hi12_2I have just uploaded a whole lot of images to my Creative cloud account. All is working fine.Mostly i work on my IPad and wanted to use images to my Apple applications (Pages and Key Notes). The only option i have to use my images from my creative cloud is to go via the files application. When i open from that the small cloud icon is shown in the right left corner. Is it so that io have to go though my 1000 images by manually activating the cloud icon for all of them to be used in my apple applications? Or is there a short cut or something I haven’t done correctly
Besides setting upload/download speeds to 25%, is there anything else that can be done to limit CC Libraries using up a whole network's bandwidth? We have 11 people in our office of 30 using Adobe CC. If someone goes to upload new files to a CC Library it kills bandwidth on all other computers in the office. We've tried setting speeds to 25% in the CC app already and that doesn't seem to have any effect. Is there anything else we can try? Thanks.
My Creative Cloud 4.7.0.400 is syncing file forever.. It's not really syncing any file at all, just syncing then blink then sync again.
Hi, Since some time now (don't know exactly when it started) the files of me and my teammates are failing to sync. Someone who has just started to use a new Macbook is failing to even retrieve a single file or folder. We get the error message "some files failed to sync". I've tried numerous solutions found online and in the forums, and found this list so I thought I'd start with that.Is the Adobe ID you use here on the forums the same which is experiencing the issue (Y/N)?YesDo you have multiple Creative Cloud Accounts?NoDo you use the same Adobe ID on multiple workstations?NoNumber of machines affected:5 atleast Internet connectivity info (Ethernet/WiFi):Tested on multiple WiFi networks (corporate, home and mobile hotspot)What is your upload/download speed (can you run a speed test via www.speedtest.net)?Tested 150 down /15 up atleast on one of the networksAre you using a proxy (Y/N):NoAre you using Firewall (None/Corporate/Local):Various, but Typekit network test had no issues even o
Hello,I don't like to sync my files. Creative Cloud does it also. Sync on folder and its subfolder to the cloud. This means, I must have the same memory space local like in in the cloud. But there are a lot of projects which I do not realy need every time. Sometimes I remeber an idea f.e. of 2015. Then I go back into these old project to pickup a file or so.Is there a way to store the projects in oneway to the cloud? So that I don't need this memory duplicated on my harddisk?RegardsDetlef
HelloCreative cloud is not syncing via photoshop cc - it says "unable to connect to server". If i have access to the internet directly, it syncing, but we have firewall and i think need make exception URL-s. in some cases "creative cloud files" also has syncing problems (but not always). Please someone maybe knows any solution or could you provide me FQDN-s and ports to make this syncing process work?i found some link (link below), but it says "The following host/port combinations may need to be whitelisted when logging in with an Adobe ID to download, install, and package applications using the Creative Cloud Packager." and i'm not sure if it will work also with syncing problemFirewall Lockdown Thank you!
I am unable to resolve this issue. I have half of my storage full, and yet Creative Cloud keeps giving me this message saying files can't sync because storage is full.
We use a large shared library of assets at my job, and I finally started to organize everything into groups today. However, a couple of hours later, I noticed that I was no longer in my shared library, but "-library name- (Recovered)"I have no idea what it's recovered from, as I did this all in one sitting, didn't lose an internet connection or anything. If I toggle back to the shared library, I see that half my work organizing is gone. I clearly started it in that library, but now I have to do it all over again apparently. Is there any way I can just move the assets between libraries or do I have to re-organize in the correct library, again?
I have four files that have been deleted from Adobe Creative Cloud and exist on none of my devices, yet still show up as having sync errors.
CC-files from 2 different computers I work on are using storage space on both computers, is it possible to have the files in the cloud only instead on the computer? I do not have workspace left now. My external HD is broken so I am looking for another solution for all the big files to store.
Is there any way to archive a Creative Cloud Library folder. Right now it seems like I can only archive single assets within a folder. If I ever wanted to unarchive these assets, it would be a nightmare. RIght now I have many CC libraries for all my clients, but many are not current and are cluttering up my CC libraries panel, however, I don't want to permanently delete the assets, because I may still need them.If this feature doesn't exist where can I add feedback to add this feature?
On Saturday, I was working on some files in my CC library. I created several new files and folders, but CC had an issue syncing them at first. I was not in the mood to keep receiving error messages, so I quit the CC manager on my computer and figured I would boot it up again once I had made my edits and saved the files neatly in their proper folders. However, there is some sort of sync error occurring now with my CC. Literally every second, it begins a new sync, and notifies me with a message reading "7 files have been updated" (roughly the number of new files I created in one of my folders). I kid you not, it's constantly sending me the notification. I've now restarted the CC manager three times as well as updated all of my applications to the 2019 release, but I am still seeing this message over and over and over again. Is this an issue unique to my CC, or are other people experiencing this phenomena after creating multiple, new files in a short amount of time? Is there any way for thi
The Creative Cloud app says I am using 93.83GB. The Finder says I have 6.8 MB in the Creative Cloud folder. There are no files at Adobe Creative Cloud that are not in the Finder. So what accounts for the over 90GB of space Adobe says I am using?
I seem to be having major issues, nothing is working, please see screenshots
Does any how knows how to restore a version of a file, on the new CC web page, can't find it anywhere
I have a CC photography subscription, the one which gives you 20GB of storage, LRCC, LRCC Classic and Photoshop. I just uploaded 8GB or so of photos I was working on in LRCC Classic by making the collections 'synched'. Indeed they now show up in LRCC and on my iPad and on my phone and on the LR web. What confused me however is my CC storage is still showing 0 used of 20GB, I assumed the photos I uploaded would count against it. The Creative Cloud Files folder on the Mac is empty, the web says empty. I've checked it in every place I can find a storage meter, they all say zero. Is Creative Cloud storage entirely separate from storage for photographs synced through CC and actually just for sharing random files? If so what's the limit on uploading photographs? I wondered how 20GB was going to work when a day out is 5GB of raw files but if photograph storage is separate and the 20GB is just like a dropbox random file store, that makes life much easier.
Several days ago, I went on the Adobe CC Market and clicked, "ADD TO LIBRARIES" for a ton of files, not realizing that Adobe CC would be stuck trying to sync these files for days. It is loading indefinitely. It will say something like, "Syncing 1 of 24 (40 hours left)". The hours left will constantly change, but it will always be at 1 of 24.This is very stressful, because there are Adobe Stock files that I will need to sync in the next few days that are high priority for the project that I am working on. However, I will not be able to sync these high priority files in a timely fashion, as they will be sitting in the queue behind these Market files that I don't even need right now.I tried letting the files sync. This had a huge impact on my internet usage and performance, slowing down my browsing to the point of pages loading indefinitely.I know that I can turn down the Transfer Speed under Preferences, but I don't want to do that, as I need to get this process over with as soon as poss
In the guides - I see that the actual illustrator image is meant to load.[ie this graphic]I am just getting this illustrator logo for my own files [and can't view the image at all]:and a friend shared a file with me - and it wont load! Why???
HelloWhen I try to sync my Creative Cloud files then I get the following message:"Sync of "Test BIT_Articulate 4.story" failed due to server error"The file Test BIT_Articulate 4.story is deleted from my Creative Cloud. So it's normal that the file can not be syncronized. How is it possible that the system tries to syncronize a deleted file?
Hi guys,We've recently switched from Photoshop to XD for UI design. Our designers sync their files from the desktop and our developer accesses them through his browser. Previously he's been able to download PSDs using the link in browser, but the XD files we've uploaded only have the option to 'delete' ('no download', 'share', 'rename', etc.)This only seems to be the case with XD files, all other file types appear to be fine. Has anyone else had this problem or am I missing something related to file permissions or simliar? Thanks!
Hello Everyone.Inside Premiere Pro Export Settings-Publish-Adobe Creative Clouds, I noticed you can upload your Projects Into the Creative Cloud Space that you have.So Technically, does this works like your own cloud space, or you can copy the link like Dropbox and send the link to your friends or clients to see the Video? Can you Drag and Drop to the Creative Cloud? How does It work?Thank you very much.
Sigh. Latest update to Creative Cloud Desktop app has caused older versions of Mac OSX to no longer sync files. Works on Mojave, High Sierra and Sierra. Won't work on El Capitan back to Mavericks. If you are going to break these things regularly could you at least post a download link for the previous version of Creative Cloud desktop so people can downgrade to the last working version or better still don't allow the update to go through on non-compatible versions. Or even better still, TEST the updates on all versions of OSX BEFORE you release them to make sure they work. Multi-billion dollar company like Adobe. How hard could that be? Remember, your customers pay you for this woeful product and service.
Hello, after Windows 10 pro 1803, 17134.191 (KB4340917) update, I can´t open creative cloud at web browser . I use chome as default and also tried edge. Sometimes the site open, but I can´t open for example pdf files and share them even they can be seen at preview. I got message like this (free translate): File is not in use. Something went wrong and it can´t load it right now. Try later again. After that even the web site don´t open and I get error message error 'invalid credentials'.Has anyone had the same problem?
First off, I want to state that when I realized I had 100 GB of storage with my CC account I was quite happy. However I have had numerous issues with the ability of Creative Cloud to sync my files. The most recent issue is the deletion of most of my design files! This is not human error - it's software.Yesterday I undertook the mission to free up space in my CC storage. I realized that the only safe way to do this was to a) pause syncing and b) delete all the files in the web storage. I got my folder down to about 80 GB and decided to enable sync again (assuming all the files and folders would be uploaded to the CC cloud.Well, I just checked and the sync stopped at 9 GB. That's strange I thought and then I went and looked in the local folder and most of the folder and files are GONE! What on earth is going on? More than 70 GB of files and folders were zapped by CC!It's a good thing that I'm using Time Machine. However now I'll have to look into some other solution for cloud stora
Problems with storage - files uploaded from laptop are not visible on desktop! Is there some sync settings I need?
