Hello there,I'm running Creative Cloud with Photoshop and XD and can't seem to be able to sync files to the cloud directly from explorer.File sharing works fine on broswer though. Funny this is until last year syncing used to work just fine on my computer.I'm running the latest version of Creative Cloud Desktop on a Windows 10, 6GB RAM and over 400GB of free storage.I've tried moving the folder and uninstalling the app a couple times byt now but have had no success.A colleague talked to Adobe and was told some ports should be opened in order for sync to work. We passed the issue to our IT support and found out they'd already been open!!Can you guys help me figure this out? I'm all out of options and really need update my prototypes so I can test them on mobile. Is there a work around this? While sync doesn't work smooth, how can I open my XD propotypes on mobile? Many thanks,Douglas
I'm sycning a Lightroom Catalog that is 88mb with 40 mb for the previews and it is taking way longer than it should. Also doesn't seem to be progressing.
Hi there, I have a question about photo tags and Adobe CC. But first, a little background: Our business is a small agricultural firm. We have two employees in our marketing department. Our photos are stored on a designated drive on our local file server. All in all, we have about 100,000 assets to manage. For years, we've used Google Picasa to tag and organize photos but are looking to make a switch as we expand and grow. I've looked into various (not Adobe) Digital Asset Management software and was taken aback at the expense involved ($12K minimum, plus annual service charges). So I'm wondering, can this be done via Adobe CC? My specific questions are: Do we need to change anything about our current file storage if members of our team use Adobe CC? There's presently neither desire nor need to host our media in the cloud. Photo tags are the major feature. I assume Adobe programs can read our current metadata info? Is the tag library shared across users? If person A tags a photo, will t
It would be so much easier if my colleagues using free accounts could see some type of alert on the thumbnails of the pictures when comments have been made instead of having to click on the picture, then click on Activity.
Two folders in my CC Files in the Windows file browserThe Xd folder opened. Contains one XD fileThe way it looks on the CC serviceWhen I open the XD folder I expect to find my XD file but this is what I get. There's no upload feature, just this big dark screen with this text urging me to upload files. What's going on?
My Creative Cloud shows red and "date modified" is a date two weeks ago but I work on it every day!
WEll in multiple Threads i read only one Option for sharing Folders, even when you are in a Team. And that is: manually add person for person to the list. Well whats the point of having a Team if i cant do this more easily? What im searching for is a way to share Folders to my Team not special individuals. Because sometimes Teams are changing im searching for a more flexible way.My first intention was to utilize the User Groups you can add in the Administration but they are only for Licencing as far as i have seen. Maybe Adobe will pick up the Idea of introducing Teams in the CC for Teams, which you can add Workspaces and so on. As long as you work in a Team of 2 Designers thats not a big deal but if your company grows you will have different Teams for different Project.
I am sure this has been asked, but I searched and could not find it.I am using the Adobe Photographers package Lightroom CC, Lightroom Classic and Photoshop along with 20 GIG of cloud. Is there a way to sync a rolling catalog? What I mean is as if my cloud is full and I upload 1 gig of pictures, the cloud would remove the oldest gig from the sync and sync the newest added pictures? Because the only thing i want on the cloud to edit anywhere is my latest pictures. Thanks
hii read i have 100gb for file uploads in the adobe cloud! my question is, i can upload small jpeg and gif but i cannot upload large files like 120mp tiffs or large photoshop files! (is this problem connected with my poor performance in internet-speed??) i use medium format cameras so it makes no sense for me to upload small files...
Has anyone found the solution? I have only 17G in my creative cloud folder, the archive folder (on the web) is empty and Creative Cloud insists that I have used 92G of my 100G.
Same problem here. This is an account I used for a trial version of Lightroom CC but I purchased Lightroom 6 instead. The CC tells me that I have 4.35 GB out 2 GB used but I see nothing in MyAssets/Files (All/Shared/Archived) nor in my folder. I supposed that is area used when I did the trial but I cannot clean it.Help please.
Hello,I can't empty my archive folder. It always says "an error occured".Cheers,Alex
We just upgraded to CC for teams as we thought CC sharing would be perfect for our assets to be share among small teams. I'm amazed to find this thread and read that the issue has been going on this long. We uploaded all our assets which took a long time. This occurring during the initial upload is understandable. Now all of our connected computers essentially re-sync all files every time they are restarted or go to sleep. Here's the latest update on my laptop that I just logged into... HELP!
Hi, I am currently working on an Adobe Spark Page project for almost two weeks. I have published another Page last year December. Today when I logged into my account, both project's thumbnail in "My Projects" page showed "Loading..." and then got disappeared. Reloading it again shows the same, with few seconds of thumbnail loading and then all gone. I can't access and edit neither of my two projects. However, the public link of last year's Page is working fine. But as I haven't published my current work yet, it's completely inaccessible.Any idea what's going wrong? Sorry for posting it in Lightroom community and thanks in advance.-Rahul
Out of nowhere, one of my photoshop extensions quit working properly, throwing an error about it being unsigned upon launch of PS. Then my files and fonts won't show in the Assets of CC. All I get is a spinning circle. Further inspection shows that somehow CC Filesync was turned off. How'd that happen? The location field is blank. How'd that happen? After searching these forums and elsewhere, it seems the only viable solution is to completely remove the entire suite and reinstall. Seriously?I realize every circumstance is different, and I get the value of cloud computing, but I think it's become ridiculous that such exhaustive measures are required to fix a problem. Particularly since many of us put a great deal of effort in to customizing our workspaces, installing extensions, etc., only to have to rebuild it all again. Does anyone else have experience with Creative Cloud syncing problems that sort of pop up out of nowhere?I've tried downloading and installing over the installation, b
I have the same problem and it doesn't help at all that you´ve emailed all these people with the same issue. Why don't you just write the answer here in the forum? I don't see the point in not resolving the problem here when the questions are almost exactly the same. I've stored my copies in iCloud when importing to Lightroom and still Lightroom keep telling me I'm out of space in Creative Cloud. I would like to know what the problem is and what I can do, please. Sorry if I sound angry, but I am. 🙂
I want to save this library. Adobe Creative Cloud It says it was saved, but when I saw the library, it was not saved. What should I do?
Hello ,Creative cloud synce on my desktop app doesn't have option for me to delete my local files which are in the upload folder assigned .i mean .. once file are synced i need to know if i delete it from my dektop offline folder .. will it be deleted on the cloud with adobe ?as i have backup offline copy of the file on Drive Dplus another copy of same one inside creative cloud folder .and there is copy on creative cloud online .after all of these copies is it safe to delete the file copy which reside in creative folder without affecting the online copy .. hope my question is clear .and why adobe doesn't have this option if not ?if i after upload file via sync the file will again be downloaded to my creative folder sync which cost me in bandwidth and plus i don't need it because i have the same file elsewhere on my computer .
Creative Cloud archived my folders and files from Dreamweaver, then removed them from my local library when it synced up. I need to know how to disable archive on my folders so they are never archived and this doesn't happen again.
Hi, I have the same issue and its a MASSIVE ERROR in the system, when I type in a keyword into the search field in my ASSETS nothing comes up even though I know there are files there containing that word? This is a VERY SERIOUS ERROR with the ASSETS.
Wondering if I can use Creative Cloud as a backup. I have creative cloud installed on my computer. I don't want to move my folder stored in my documents folder to my creative cloud folder but I want creative cloud to be used as a back up source for that folder is this possible. I can't find this in the preferences of Creative Cloud. Thanks fo your help.
I am like others very frustrated with the Adobe Creative Cloud App. After using following ticket to solve the problem (High CPU or power use when Adobe Creative Cloud is idle on Mac OS 10.11 ) it got even worse. Now the Core Sync is able to use over 100% of CPU. I have a 3,7 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon E5 in a Mac Pro with 32GB RAM. Cannot help it anymore to work on problems having with adobe instead on being creative.
I am unable to see files on my Creative Cloud on my Desktop. On my laptop it works fine.On my desktop Mac I click the CC icon at the top- then Assets - It doesn't show my folders and files. I see the Start Syncing button.- under preferences it shows my File Syncing is OFF- I turn it on and try Start Syncing again ... I get the spinning icon and then it just returns to the start syncing button- I did a search on my desktop for the folder Creative Cloud Files and it was not found.Any help would be appreciated.Mac OSX v. 10.9.2
Hi,I recently bought an SD card for my Surface Book as my 256 gb SSD always ran out of space. After moving all Creative Cloud Files to the SD card, I found out that the "CoreSync" folder in the AppData folder kept increasing in size.I tried deleting it, which worked for a couple of days, only to find out that the app would again sync "3 files" for hours, filling up a whooping 52gb of disk space. This process also affect the system performance as it writes a lot of data on the SSD, and most likely download whatever from the internet. What can justify 52gb of CoreSync files when my CC files and libraries are only 30gb?Any clues, tips or trick to workaround this annoying issue?
