Hi there, My Creative Cloud says that it's "Unable to synch XYZ". I don't have any XYZ folder and when I click to "View on Creativecloud.com" the browser gets me to the "Archive" folder on website which is empty. How can I solve this issue?

Hi i can't download anything from Creative Cloud -> Assets -> Market.Apps, files and fonts works just fine, but when i try to download a project/file from market, nothing happens.i get the 'blue cloud' download button when i move my mouse-cursor over a project, but nothing happens when i try pressing it.I can press the the thumbnail of the project and se a bigger preview of the file and in here there is also a download button (in the top right side), this button is also not working.I have tried logging out of creative cloud and all adobe apps, and killing the adobe cc library task, but nothing helps.I'm on an iMacThanks in advance

Its frustrating. All what I wish to place I will get the same stupid error mesage. No access.Renaming will not work. Ans why should this be a solution? I drag and drop my elements to the library and it will get an Adobe generated name. But this will not work? Okay.So: How can I place my objects from the cc library into a document?RegardsDetlef

I just logged into my iMac and a pop-up displayed saying 300+ files had been removed from my CC!!!!! All my work! Gone! What do I do? I have client's work on there for them to access. Most of it was backed up but not all... what is going on???

I have added some files to my desktop CC folder and they are nowhere to be found in the web version. I am trying to share and collaborate. There are a different set of folders on the web version, which I added via the web some time ago. Can you help?

Hi all,I was using the online extract feature in Create Cloud Assets. But today I uploaded a psd file and there is no extract option as seen in picture. It was avaliable one month ago. I checked the documents and according to documents there must be extract tab after activity tab. Can anyone help how can I do extract?

Hello all, my CC Files tab shows 75% used although the folder is empty, how often does the % used get updated?  I have had files in there but after a bit of reorganisation the % used increased with additional files but never decreases when files are removed.  I have removed all files from the Creative Cloud Files folder and checked the .com online version so see all files have been removed yet it still shows 75% usage. There are no files in the archive either.

Hi All,I hope some one can help me or maybe this should be in an update.I have several shared files in Creative Cloud Team. I have noticed that if I change a Root File Name every single file inside has to be re-uploaded to the Cloud.WHY?Surely it is just a root directory name change. I don't have this issue when I use DropBox.It might not be a noticeable problem for users with a super fast internet connection but out here in the sticks where we are lucky to get 4mb speed we can end up with a 24 hour upload because we changed one file from "Frog Company Folder" to "Frog Company".Please Adobe speed this up for us poor people with bad internet!Kind RegardsGem

Hello,I don´t understand why I can´t see my Projects from the mobile Apps Adobe sketch and Photoshop fix in the Creative Cloud Files on my mac an did´t see it when I started Photoshopp CC on my mac in recently used files or in the Library.Does anything matter that i used a test version?

So earlier today I ran out of space in creative cloud. I went to the archive and deleted all files there permanently (archive is totally empty now).I have some files left in the Cloud but they only take up 3.18 GB. Anyway, the Cloud still says that I have used up 100% of my 20 GB storage space and I get the "out of storage" error message when trying to sync new files!

Creative Cloud Desktop version: 1.1.2.232Premier Pro: up to date File Sync is turned onI am working on a Premier Pro project with files imported from stores in the Creative Cloud. My project organization mirrors the folder structure in the CCloud: video, audio, image, sequence, etc.Twice, I have been working in the project file and received error messages that an object on the sequence timeline has gone missing. It is the same error dialog that appears when you open a project and the media links are broken. For example, I am working in a sequence call Peak Elevation, and an image file on the sequence timeline shows as no longer available. Instead of being pink, the color is red. The properties of the object are still available, but placing the media play head over the object shows the Media Offline message in the Program viewer. The object also shows as missing in the Image folder in the Project panel. Reviewing the contents of the CCloud, the image file is missing in the Images folder

Hi, I've been having this problem since yesterday. I'd been working on another machine for the past week and syncing files to our group creative cloud shared folder. Yesterday, I opened up my mac at home and expected all of these new files to sync down from the cloud to the local folder on my machine but nothing seemed to be happening. In the desktop app, at the bottom of the Assets>Files pane, it says 'Syncing...' with the spinning icon but all of the files in my local 'Creative Cloud Files' folder are yet to be updated and it's missing any new files that I created last week.I've tried a number of things to get the files to sync properly --Restarted my mac-Restarted Creative Cloud Desktop app-Logged out and back into CC Desktop app-Paused and restarted file syncing-Quit anything related to CC in Activity Monitor, deleted the .db/.db-shm/.db-wal files from CoreSync folder and restarted the Desktop app-Uninstalled and reinstalled the CC Desktop app-Deleted the local 'Creative Cloud F

I have a 2015 Macbook Pro Retina 13", i7,16GB - and I've noticed Adobe CEF Helper is using 13-18% CPU whilst no CC apps are open.I have signed out, quit and relaunched Adobe CC app and signed back in. This temporarily fixed the problem and lower the usage to 0.1% (yesterday) today the problem has returned.AND I haven't even used any CC apps today.Why is this happening? Is there a permanent fix.ThanksP.S - I have all the latest updates installed.

I am attempting to clean up my cloud storage because I have reached my limit, but it will not allow me to delete anything without getting the error "failed to delete mobile creation".  I get this error regardless of what file I am attempting to delete.  I do not know what it is referring to or how to resolve it to clear space on my cloud drive.  Please help!

Having just been burned by two HDD failures, I am seriously looking for a cloud-based solution for back-up storage for my photo/Lightroom dealings. It seems to me that CC should have something available for its subscribers. Makes sense, no? But I'm finding nothing. Am I missing something?Failing that, what other strategies for backup storage are other LR users out there using? I keep looking around but nothing seems to fit my needs, e.g. they don't accept RAW or video files.thx in advancealan b

This is a great app, but it is posing a huge problem for me. It said this app required 2GB of storage, and now every time I draw a picture it freezes and then says I'm out of space. Its now day 3 and I am completely out of storage space and the app is taking up 10GB and I can't even go back into the drawing. And another thing is, my updated drawings are not saved on the cloud. So if I were to delete the app, redownload, and sign in, I would have to start over, because the old drawings are on there instead of the edited, and new ones I've made. I was even considering uninstalling this and cuthing my posses. And just yesterday I was drawing, and the app froze, and a couple mins Ilater the whole thing was erased and I had to start over. PLEASE HELP!!

HI, I’m getting the message:“Unable to sync “file name” because the file name is invalid. the characters |, “, ?, <, >, /, \, *, and : cannot be used in file names.”But, I don’t have any of those characters in the files I’m trying to sync. Help?

Hello,I'm using Creative Cloud on Mac OSX and all programs are up-to-date. I have a two part question.1. Is there a way to edit a library asset within an Adobe program without affecting the linked cloud file? If so, how?2. If it's not possible to do that, what's the best practice for editing a library asset without affecting the linked file? Do I have to embed the file in the document? Create a new asset with the adjusted attributes and use that asset?As an example of what I'm trying to do, I have a logo in a Creative Cloud library that I'm using in an Illustrator document. The asset is black, I'd like to make it the company's Pantone blue color within illustrator, however it won't let me change it locally. It seems as though I have to open the file in the library, adjust it, save it and use that asset. However, I don't want that linked asset to change color in all the other documents I've used it. Since yesterday, creative cloud libraries panel does not load in desktop products! I moved from Corel hopeful, now in the middle of working so unpleasant surprise. Slowly I begin to regret my decision.

Hi GuysI'm using the latest CC version on a Win7, SP1, 64bit Laptop.I've just really started to use libraries, but when I create them a name is assigned. There's one or two that I'd like to change the name of. Can I do that or do I have to put up with the name Adobe assigns?Regards,Graham
