The files are already synced.I have seen screenshots where you can type an email link below but that never shows up.Have tried this on Chrome and Firefox (latest builds).HELP Thanks,Mischa
Sharing files or assets to someone with link or email goes to "Sorry, this link is no longer active." How do I stop this from happening or why is this happening? !Creative Cloud
I cannot get a link to work to my files on creative cloud. The files are all synced, they are all available in my folder, and they all appear on the web, but when I go to create a public link, it will not create one, no matter how many times I click the button, nothing happens.
Syncing for fonts and files just spins blue in the app.Tried the removal of opm.db steps I found here, as well as the one regarding turning off passive FTP connection. Still now dice!Anyone else have a quick fix for this that isn't going to take hours on with customer support? Thanks!
I often have trouble to synchronize files with Creative Cloud. Even files that have been synchronized earlier suddenly can't be synchronized. Whats the problem?/Jennie
Perhaps, in a Mac, can I move the creative cloud folder to an external hard drive an place a Symbolic Link in the default location?
I'm running CC 2.2.0.129 on Mac OS X 10.9.5 and found an issue downloading items from the Creative cloud market.Searching for a vector icon (such as "car") finds a lot of car icons. However most seem to simply be called "car"; which means the first item (named car) you click download will download to CC Folder > Market Downloads > car.svg. Any future "Car" options will not download until you delete/move/rename the car.svg file to allow the new one to take it's place.None of this seems to given any alert or message that even trying to save the file, so you can spend a while thinking a specific file won't download, because that one has the same name as a previous file where as others around (with different names!) work fine.Renaming has solved my problem, but probably something that needs fixing!
The "Creative Cloud Files" appears in the OS X Finder sidebar despite being removed. It reappears on every restart regardless of whether or not it's been removed previously. This has happened since the latest update.Regardless of the fact that it shouldn't be automatically adding itself to begin with (it's insufferable that Adobe continues to insist on automatically starting menubar items and adding sidebar entries), it's absolutely unacceptable that you can't shut the behaviour off and the folder re-inserts itself on each reboot. This should be fixed, and user decisions respected.
Normally I use the market cloud to download some vector images, but in the last weeks, it doesn`t work. I don`t know why?
Hi everyone, today my creative cloud online storage space has been downgraded to 2GB?! I have a monthly subscription (automaticaly paid via credit card).Best Maximilian
Every time there's an upgrade from Adobe, something gets f__ked up. Now I'm getting this error message on all Adobe programs (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop: Something went wrong initializing Creative Cloud Libraries. (See screenshot). I see others are having the same issues, but the possible solutions provided seem to be things you have to be a programmer to understand, and even so they don't provide great step-by-step instruction. Can someone please help?
I continue to get this message. I upgraded my broadband to use this service. I only upload files that are around 200mb. Sometimes it syncs, sometimes not. I've tried pausing, logging out, logging back in, quitting, restarting, but this continues to happen. Anyone have any ideas?
Since having to reinstall the creative cloud app I can no longer see or access my Creative Cloud files or fonts within the Creative Cloud program. I can resync the fonts using the web interface but they never appear. I have deleted every trace of the program from both the local and roaming profiles on the pc (windows 7 64bit) and fully reinstalled it but it made no difference. Can anyone help as I urgently need access to these fonts and files
I can't permanently delete files from the 'Archived' tab. Could a staff member clear it for me, please? Thank you in advance.
My team cannot initialize libraries in any of the CC Apps on desktop PC.We have tried Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. The message displayed says "something went wrong initializing Creative Cloud Libraries".We were sent a list of urls from Adobe to add to our white list in case our company Firewalls were the issue. This is still unresolved. Can someone help us please?
Hi all! After a several hours long synchronisation today, Creative Cloud finally came to a stop in this sync-marathon. However, there was a warning that some files will not upload due to that they contain viruses. (See pasted URL). http://1drv.ms/1VMfowR The files that are supposed to have viruses are in my folder, “F:\Creative Cloud Files\Adobe Photoshop CC 2015\Required\Plug-Ins\Measurements”. All this happened after today's (July 28th) update of three Creative Cloud apps (Adobe Photoshop CC 2015, Adobe Media Encoder CC 2015, and Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2015). During the update I paused the synchronisation and when the updates where done, I started it again. Voilà! Viruses in Adobe products? The thing is that I have not had a virus for years. What makes it even more creepy is that I now have viruses that are isolated to my folder where Creative Cloud has its backup and for that I pay some USD 61 (525 SEK)/month in subscription of Adobe’s finest programs. That sux!
In my free CC Assets account I have a few file which were uploaded to CC via an ipad app (not an adobe app) and also a file that was uploaded to CC Assets via Adobe draw. these files reside in the 'Files' section if my assets account. I am unable to delete them, there's not even the option to delete them, only; (under actions) download, archive, rename, replace.But... assets under 'mobile creations' are able to be deleted, BUT also deletes these from my mobile device at the same time (wow, talk about a 'LOCKED' system) how do people put up with this garbage.Any help deleting these files would be greatly appreciated.
When I open my CC app on my computer the Files and Fonts under Assets will not sync.
I don't use "Creative Cloud Files" - I have sync turned off in my app settings. How can I remove the "Creative Cloud Files" folder from my navigation pane?Shouldn't there be an option to remove it instead of forcing it on everybody? Thanks,
Just want to know the secret to turning sync on.
I am going to be doing a clean install of Windows 10 today and am currently collaborating my creative cloud folder with several people. My question is what happens? Will my collaboration and invites be reset when I re-install the cloud or does it automatically sync back up to the folder that is on the cloud? My concern is after deleting the drive and then installing the cloud it will sync to my clean drive and erase everything that is currently on the cloud since it's set to sync (or is it disabled by default?). I was also thinking about placing all of the contents on another drive and setting that as the creative cloud folder so nothing is deleted. If I do that and then reinstall and select this folder as the creative cloud will it sync to the folder without re-uploading everything?
This morning I found that my Creative Cloud account had shrunk from 20 Go (6.31 used) to a 2 Go. I have reinstalled CC desktop to no avail and I just get the massage that there is no space left. My 20 Go CC account is pre-paid until 12/2015. This is not just an inconvenience, it has frozen all collaboration.
In the trial mode, I uploaded 40 photos to CC. It took five hours for the upload! I use Lightroom 5 and upload many more photos than that to SmugMug and it takes only a few minutes. Why is it advantageous for me to switch to CC if my uploads will consume so much time?
