Creative Cloud Services

I'm new to CC, but the way I understand it is that I can copy files to my CC folder and send the client a link for them to proof. The only problem is that I'm seeing .BridgeCacheT and .BridgeCache files in the cloud. I know what these files are and what they're for, so I don't want to delete them. But it seems confusing for them to be viewable online, and the client certainly doesn't need to see them.

While syncing file on Creative Cloud the bandwidth and speed of the internet is greatly decreased and cannot figure out exactly why. While syncing 1-4 files the activity monitor (mac) shows that the Core sync is sending 2 mil packages and sending 1 tb. Is there anyway to solve this issue and make adjustments or corrections?

I am confused.

From time to time, unpredictably, I get a small empty window appearing on my desktop with the word "core" in the top left corner:Checking in task manager, "coresync" seems to be using 100% of memory:I have to shut the computer down to get rid of the process.  I believe it may have something to do with Creative Cloud but I don't what it is.   My CC version is 2.0.0.74. I am using CC's File Sync. I am running Windows 7 Pro 64bit OS on my machine and the system appears stable.  I am using Photoshop CC 2014 64bit and Dreamweaver CS3.  My machine specs are: CPU 3770K ; an Asus P8Z77-V Deluxe motherboard; 32Gb Crucial DDR memory;  a Crucial 256Gb SSD for the OS and programs; x2 Samsung 512Gb 840 Pro SSDs for data; an Asus GTX660 graphics card.Can anyone help me with this please?  Will the problem disappear if I stop File Sync in CC?Thanks

Hello, I have recently downloaded the Acrobat Pro DC app onto my MacBook Air.The main thing I am looking to ensure is that when I produce and edit PDF files in the app they are NOT uploaded to a cloud but remain on my local hard drive. I would have thought there was a button or setting in the app's preferences that I could turn on or off but apparently it has to do with dropping them into a folder called Creative Cloud Files. A long frustrating chat to an Adobe chat person did not resolve this problem. The app has installed ok and opens but I cannot seem to find the Creative Cloud Files folder anywhere on my hard drive.....

I want to share a premiere project over the creative cloud. can i upload (can my partner download) all the mediafiles (40 GB) to the creative cloud or do I have to send the Files in another way? I Uploaded everything, but it seems, just 5 Minutes of the one hour really got uploaded

How can I search files on the Web in CC? I cannot find a search field or search action.Thanks

Hi,when I try to open my Archivepage (Web) it keeps saying that there is an Error occurred or the Site is not found.I do need to delete all my archived Data.Is there another way or can you fix this problem?Thank You,H. Brandt.

Our team has been having issues with deleted or missing files from our creative cloud folders (thank goodness for time machine). Is anyone else experiencing this issue or is their a way to view a log of our creative cloud activities?

I have Creative Cloud on a Windows desktop in my office and on a MacBook Air that I take home with me. I saved some InDesign and Dreamweaver files to creative cloud from my MacBook but they don't show up in the creative cloud files on my Windows Desktop. And photos placed in the creative cloud from Lightroom on my desktop don't show up in creative cloud on my MacBook. What am I doing wrong?

My files won't sync properly between my Macbook Pro and iMac. Ive toggled the auto sync function, made sure the file names are properly constructed, etc. It is showing the red on all of the files on the Pro, but showing the green checks on the iMac. Any ideas?

Hello.Trying to set up some collaboration with a collegue. I have created a cc library collaboration which works great. I also set up a folder share, which I did from my creative cloud files on my mac desktop. On my PC I also see creative cloud files.My collegue however does not see creative cloud files in her favourites in windows, also under creative cloud icon on the desktop under the gears icon there is no creative cloud files, where as I do.She updated to the latest CC today, so we are a bit stumped why she does not see CC files?Any ideas.

Hello(I am writing from a Mac power book pro 2.4 GHz Intel Core i5, but the problem is occurring on an iMac 2.93 GHz Intel Core i7 OSX 10.10.2)My computer is sometimes so slow that i cannot do anything with it at the moment.The activity monitor shows that the Adobe core sync is not responding and using all the memory.My Adobe CC  was updated on 22 April 2015.I am currently trying to make screenshots and restarting my computer but it seems that I cannot reproduce the problem right now.But it does happen a lot.Are there old files that are left somewhere and which I should delete?How can I fix this problem when it occurs?Thanks in advanceMFB

creative cloud will not sync my files it just keeps flashing on and off

In the past I shared a folder of photos with various people. It worked for a while, but yesterday folks could not download images, receiving a message that the file did not exist. So I removed the public link to the folder and attempted to create a new one, and got the following message. (I got it again this morning when I tried)I tried creating a new link to a different folder, and was able to create the link, but when I clicked on the link, I got this message.This has only happened when trying to share folders. Sharing individual files works as it should. I do not want to use the collaborate function to share these, as I want to restrict write access and not require an adobe id. Anyone know what's going on, or have a similar issue? I tried chat support yesterday which did not help.Thanks in advance,Dan

Hi.I reach my 20gb storage limit the other day. Today i went through the folder and moved and deleted a lot of stuff. As far i can tell i removed aprox. 14GB of files. CC still tells me i am at 20.03 GB and have reach my limit.I have tried the ye old restart of the application and have moved some files back and forth. It wont realize that i removed a bunch of files. When i look at the online archive it seems to have removed the files there as well.What do i do?I am on a iMac 27", late 2012 running OSX Yosemite 10.10.2

Some Files failed to Sync due to server error in Creative Cloud such as the following files: dva core, dynamic link,alignment link, adobe AGM-MPS-Cool Type-PSL-PDFL-,ICUDate, mediocre,QTGUI, Backend and nothing wrong with internet connection because all the other files updated.

We've been having files "disappear" from Creative Cloud. Anyone else? Known issues?

Hi, i'm having a problem with my creative cloud desktop app. Currently i'm given the message 'Some files failed to sync'. I've signed out and back in again, I've closed the app several times, and i've restarted/shut down my mac a few times but nothing solves the issue. I've had a similar problem previously which was resolved when I sent my log files to somebody. If anyone can help it would be much appreciated.Cheers, J

I have multiple archive folders - what's the best management protocol and can I stop this from happening?

Now I have 4 "xy.LRCAT", before 2. And I fear somewhere on C:\ is a sync-CAT? I do not want syncing! I do not want cloudspace or transfer any data on wire.Syncing happens from mobile phone to PC. LR mobile is allready deinstalled from mobile phone.1.) Help me to deaktivate syncing (and using cloudspace) forever.Geht es auch deutsch?: Vermutlich hat sich auch wieder irgend ein Sync.-Katalog auf C:\ ... eingenistet? Platzprobleme auf C:!Warum frägt das Programm nicht vor der Anlage der Kataloge wo man diese gespeichert haben möchte? Das wäre die beste Lösung! Ständig wird einem C: vollgeräumt.Synchronisieren wird ja auch für die Aufnahme von Bildern aus Verzeichnissen in den Katalog verwendet. Verwirrend: 1 Begriff für 2 verschiedene Aktionen!2.) I need help getting Yosemite to sync

Numerous files have gone missing. The folders are there, but there is nothing in them. Also, I've checked the archive folder, and it is also empty.
