I've been using the creative Cloud desktop app to sync to the Creative Cloud files folder and share large files. It's been working fine up until now.I get "Some files failed to sync" on my CC desktop and when I click "Learn More" I get "Unable to Sync "File" due to server error" (see pics).I'm on:MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014)2.8Ghz Intel Core i7OS X Yosemite 10.10.3All my CC apps are up to date.Any fixes on this? I haven't found a straight-forward answer from Adobe yet. At the moment I can't use my cloud storage at all because it's unreliable and doesn't work. I've reverted to Dropbox which never fails me.
About a week ago I installed the new Lightroom CC, but the program would not work. Going off of a tip from this forum, I signed out of Creative cloud and then signed back in. Well, that solution worked as far as Lightroom CC went, but since I signed back in, my assets tab has not worked correctly. The Files tab just has a continual spinning wheel, and the fonts that are actively syncing on typekits do not show up, there is only a button to "Add fonts from typekit". So, upon searching this forum for a solution to the problem I found this page: Creative Cloud desktop app | Unable to turn-on File sync. When I attempted that solution and entered the given code into the command prompt, this message came up: Could Not Find C:\Users\Lauren\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CoreSync\options.tix Somehow, it seems I am now missing a component and I am not really sure how the file was deleted or moved. I am not sure if this is something I will be easily able to find, or download online. I am on windows 8 an
I am seeing multiple file sync errors -- 72 files currently. I've checked the KB and looked at the usual causes -- it's not odd characters in the filename, excessively long file paths, nor files in use by other apps.Pausing and restarting the file sync does not resolve the issue. Neither does a full restart of the machine. Please advise.[EDIT] - I neglected to mention that this is occurring on a machine running Windows 8.1.Thanks...Karen
Hello,For a few days I have been trying to access my files on Creative Cloud web without success. I´ve got this message only:"Page temporarily unavailable. We will return soon." "We are working quickly to resolve the problem and apologize for the delay. Check back later or visit our website for status updates. In addition, you can get help in the forums of the Creative Cloud.Thank you for understanding!"(I used Google Translate)Somebody help?
Hi there, i am the secretary for a nonprofit. i have the whole creative cloud. the president just got the indesign only. how does he access the files that i have created and saved on the cloud? thanks, aj
Since yesterday i had some problems with the CC file syncing on my Windows 8. And today i still see the message "Unable to sync" on the CC. So what I did is I removed CC from my computer, deleted the files and reinstalled Adobe Creative Cloud hoping that the software will automatically download my files from the cloud, but that didn't happened . Now my desktop CC Folder says that it's empty. On the other hand i went on the web to check my files and when i logged in i see that my files are using 9.0 GB / 100 GB as usual nothing weird there, but whenever i try to open any file, the individual file page opens for half a second maybe and then it gets redirected to "Page not found" ...And now i can't download or access any of my files ... Does anyone has the same problem? Is there something wrong with my PC/CC or there is something wrong with the file servers or something ... ? Please help i do not want to loose my files ...
Hi,I have huge issues with the Creative Cloud App. I'm using Photoshop CC on two computers (windows 7, MacBook Pro Yosemite) and when working on the Windows 7 machine and syncing with the Adobe Creative Cloud App the files save on the cloud but are not synced when opening them up on my MacBook Pro. It always shows the error that it failed to sync. Have tried to quit the app, sign out/sign in but nothing works.
I've been saving my files on my laptop but they don't show up in my desktop files. When I save something to the cloud from my desktop, they do show up in the files on my laptop. I'm confused.. please help!!
Hello! I just shared one of my libraries with my friend and then the libraries tab got endless syncing. It's showing progress til 90% or maybe 100% and then does blink-reload the tab and starts syncing again and so on. It's very annoying and mess my work with libraries. Never seen it before, have tried to restart computer and stop syncronizing in creative cloud app, it never stops. Please help!
Hello! I'm not exactly sure, when this happened, but my Creative Cloud folder got, at some point, duplicated without notifying me. And I guess that was actually a function of CC. Maybe CC couldn't handle some System Update I've been installing, but atz one point, while I've been working on an Indesign doc that was located inside that CC folder, I wanted to add a Graphic I newly created and suddenly couldn't find it. It took me a while to actually find out that it was located in the GFX-folder of the old CC library while my Indesign file was located in the new one. So while I saved the graphic in an exact identical hierachy in the gfx-folder I couldn't locate it when I wanted to place that image in Indesign.I'm not perfectly sure, what I actually want to ask here, as this ... well ... it just sucks and I guess I wanted to point that out. Without my knowledge, the folder got duplicated and my content as well and every new content got splitted over the old CC folder and the new one. Not c
I created some files in Illustrator and they just don't sync.I don't know why.I looked at security permissions, and I don't know where else to check. The system is a Cintiq Companion 2.HELP!
HI, I have two CC subscriptions, one for work and one personal. I ran the work subscription in two computers at work and at home (when I need to work from home.) The problem I find is that there is not two different CC folders for each subscription. When I log out from my work subscription, all my files for that subscription go away. Then when I log in again, they whole syncing process starts all over again. I chose to have two different subscriptions so not to mix my personal work with my work's. Is there a way to have a CC folder on my desktop for each subscription? In this way, when I log out from one account and go to the other the files of the account I just logged out don't get replaced for the files of the account I just logged in. Any help with this will be greatly appreciated.
I have zero files in the cloud at the moment, and yet get the "Some Files Failed to Sync" when switching WiFI. (Yosemite, MBP 2014)This most often happens when i switch to a public wi-fi such as the Starbucks, where I'm required to "Accept the terms" on a webpage.I'd love to use the cloud storage feature, but the constant synchronization issues make it extremely unreliable and I basically resort to dropbox. Please advise.
Hi, I have been using creative cloud for a while now and everything has been working fine. Then the other day I went into the creative cloud app on my desktop and could no longer see my files. The person who i am sharing the files with can still see them on his computer but i can only see them when i click "view on web" in the assets section of the creative cloud drop down.Do you know why this has happened? and how i can resolve it?Amy
I can't sync to my files In the CC desktop app Assets/Files/ I hit the "Start Syncing" button and get the waiting wheel, but never get to my files. Up under the gear (settings) icon. it says file synch is off (and greyed out), and I go to Preferences/Files turn the sync to on and close the box, and it still under the gear (settings) icon. it says file synch is off (and greyed out).
After applying an update this morning all my CC files are displaying as 'Page Not Found' for shared links.Example, navigating to the PDF top of this list:
Basically I have had my creative cloud account for over a year and recently at work they just set me up with one. Can I keep both active on the same computer? My home laptop is sometimes used to do work so I would like to access files on either cloud drive as well as share program settings. Thanks in advance!
I am using a trial version of illustrator and have been working on a project for a week now and then today I went to open it up and the file shows up in recent files but says it is missing. I checked in my creative cloud files folder and it is no longer there. After opening illustrator again it no longer shows up in my recent files either. I am trying to get this file back since I was almost done. Thanks in advance to anyone who has any advice or ideas!

I am trying to get Adobe Exchange updates, and syncing my files. The CoreSync log has the following error:Migrator::CheckStormcloudConnection sErr=failed: when redirecting: Name in certificate '.assets.adobe.com' doesn't match server name 'assets.adobe.com'Thanks,Brian
Adobe Collab Sync unremittingly gives a "No Disk" error. What I can't understand is the disk it requests can, on my system, be only a removable flash drive. That aside, is there some means of turning off these error messages? They pop up almost every minute when Acrobat Pro is open.
I had a file which I deleted from my CC folder, but since then the CC server insists that it is still there, even though it isn't. I can't upload any file with that same filename, and I keep getting pestering messages informing me that this file cannot be synced even though there is nothing to sync. I have wiped every single thing from the CC folder and even gone so far as reinstalling my computer. Everything else and every other file works just fine, it's just this one filename that is particularly annoying. There's nothing to sync and nothing to delete! How do I get rid of this file off the CC server?
