I have seen numerous comments about issues with CC desktop (Mac) not sync'ing.I am experiencing the same problem, I can access the files through the web folder and download them. But in the CC app it doesn't show it shows the 'start syncing' button.Everytime I press this it either flashes back to that page immediately or looks like it's processing the request for a while before showing the button again.I have uninstalled and reinstalled CC a number of times.Product: Adobe CCMac OSX: 10.9.4

We are using Creative Cloud for Teams and are having trouble seeing the usefulness of the collaboration tools.  Sharing folders seems difficult. Do we need to have an Enterprise version in order to truly collaborate?  We use InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, Photoshop and want to be able to access each other files without having to package InDesign files and put them on DropBox.  We want to use an Adobe platform that ideally, would have all of the assets stored there, in the cloud, eliminating this packaging step.  I thought Creative Cloud for teams was going to provide this solution but doesnt seem to be the answer.

Adobe, please give the file owner the ability to add a message when Sending the Link to a client.Why is this important? Well, after attending a Create Now session, I saw how useful it would be to share proofs with clients online instead of via PDFs emailed. So I took the public link and started inserting it into my, more descriptive emails to my clients. However, when viewing the public link, clients cannot see my comments, or comment back.So now, I have to send a client an email that tells him/her that I will be sharing a file using the other link, and they recieve a generic "XYZ sent you a file through Creative Cloud" message. I want to practice good customer service with my clients, so please allow me to add a personal message to the sharing link.Thanks!Carlos

Creative Cloud: sharing files with clients via link, I want to update the file without sending a new link, is it possible?We share a PDF production catalogue with our clients to organize the correction loop, client needs to zoom to view details, is this possible?

How do I do this? I don't want the files locally on my machine anymore, but I don't want to delete them from CC. If I sync files in the future, will it delete those files then?Thanks!

Dear Typekit team,I recently added a couple fonts from Typekit. Now when I am in InDesign and I go to the type tool drop down in either the top navigation on character window, when I click to have the drop down of fonts appear, all I see are the 2 new fonts I brought in from Typekit, I can't see all my other fonts.Please advise what might remedy this?Thanks Michael

Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop Sync Does Not Work! Adobe Cannot Figure Out Why. In the creative cloud folder the green check-marks that indicated that the file is synced do not appear anymore.

How can I download multiple files to my PC from Creative Cloud?

The synchronization of files in CCDesktop works fine on my iMac with Maverick, the documents I see them synchronized in CCfolder of my iMac. I see them also synchronized in the Safari browser on the user page dedicated to me and I see them also in sync in the app for iPhone CC. But you do not really see these documents in my laptop MacBook Air with Maverick. This is the problem.

Hello there.So, recently i moved and in the new house i had to change from Fiber to ADSL. I went from 100Mb-10Mb (down-up) to 24Mb-1Mb, so speeds are a lot slower.Since the move, i'm unable to sync large files (as in bigger than 80-100MB). The sync starts normally, but always, after X% the sync fails. If I do it via the app, i get a "Unable to sync [file name]" error and no other message. If i do it via the browser, i get no error whatsoever.I never had any problem before with Fiber, so i wonder if is there any timeout in place or something like that, or any other thing i'm not aware of? The upload speed is slow, but steady.I'm on Mac Os X Mountain Lion (10.8.5).Thank you in advance.

I can't synchronize a folder on the desktop of Creative Cloud. I don't know what the problem

When I upload a high resolution PDF to Creative Cloud Files, the color looks off.Low resolution versions look fine.Is anyone else experiencing this?Robert

I came into work today to find that CC was syncing all 35000 of our files to my local CC Files folder.  Upon further investigation, I realized that CC had actually added my files to "Trash" and was now replacing them from the cloud.  My problem with all this is that I had no idea this would happen and did plan to spend 3 hours this morning waiting for CC to bring down my files.  I also have no idea why this happened, so I cannot predict when this will happen again and mess up my work flow.  Thanks for any explanations on why this happened. 

The turn projectparfait to creative cloud is wrong because, on the https://creative.adobe.com/file it`s not work! Please resolve this problem, because on 30 september projectparfait more not work.

I can't turn my file sync on? I go to preferences and turn it on but it does not stay on? What can I do to fix this?

I am in a test mode of creative cloud (windows). On my first Pc everything runs fine, but on my second one (with same Adobe-ID) there is no synchronization of my files. When I open the cloud in the web portal, all my files (made on the first PC) are there. I have copied some local files on the second PC into the creative cloud desktop folder and I have turned on the synchronization in the settings of creative cloud. But nothing happens no files are uploaded or downloaded. What did I wrong? When try to find any help on the support pages i'm running in circles without any result.

What options do I have to upgrade my storage plan once I reach my limit?

I've recently been asked by a new client to use CC to collaborate on a project. We used to use Dropbox (successfully for a year without issues) but someone decided CC was "better". After having used CC on my MacBook Pro with 10.8.5 for one week, of which the first 4 days were fine, now "some files failed to sync". I've searched this forum and the help topics, none of my filenames are too long, neither do they contain illegal characters. It was all working fine until yesterday.Now some (not all) of the files that were syncing will not. CC gives no clue as to why not. Having read the forum I tried to uninstall and re-install, but all this did was erase my local copies, which were the most up-to-date! I would have lost an entire day's work had I not had a Time Machine backup. Other CC users take note!The other guys on the project need access to the files, but now it just turns off syncing altogether after a failed attempt. I will probably have to use Dropbox for now, and the project team'

hi,the CC application failed to synchronize two PSDs of mine to the cloud. with 600mb they're quite heavy so i am not looking forward to uploading them again from scratch (made a backup copy today just to be sure). my cloud space is at 5gb at the moment. so i have no problems with space.the cc app said that it was a server problem with the firsr psd. the second one just had the comment "sync. for file "xyz" not possible". what can i do now?
