New to Creative Cloud. How do we share files and folder. We watched several tutorial video and they only show how to upload...not retrieve view and edit?

I have been saving my files in the same Creative Cloud folder for the past two years which have synced to the cloud with no problems. Since I started back at Uni 2 months ago anything I have saved just will not sync! Any ideas?

I have Adobe Illustrator installed at work (PC) and at home (MAC). I would like to be able to work on the same AI file from work and home.I created a file at work and saved it to the Creative Cloud folder. At home, I was able to synchronize the file folder content and work on the file. The next day at work, I created another file. This time, this file did not synchronize to the CC folder at home. The CC dashboard in Assets/Files section says all files are up to date.I disabled the CC synch on the MAC, then re-enabled it. This seems to have recreated a couple of files on the PC side. The CC folder on the MAC still does not show the new files. What am I missing here?

when i changed my Creative Cloud membership from fuld version to Education Licens .  i lost 20 GB space on my cloud..  That´s a problem.

I am having issues with the Creative Cloud app this morning. The app launches, but then doesn't manage to connect/log in, and appears greyed out in my menu bar. When I click on the icon, the CC box shows, but all I get is a loading wheel going round and round. I cannot view anything. I have rebooted my Mac, shut the app down and started it again, but nothing's changed. There also doesn't appear to be any file syncing happening. I have created a new folder in my CC Files folder, and logged into my account on CC online, but this new folder doesn't show. I was thinking that there might be an issue with the service itself this morning, but the CC status shows everything running fine. Can anyone shed some lights on what is going on please? I am using a 2013 MacBook Pro running the latest version of OSX Mavericks, my CC apps are up to date, and payment was taken fine a few days ago, so this should be an issue. Thank you in advance to anyone who can help.

I have gigabytes of Adobe CC files arranged in appropriate client folders in Dropbox (and mirrored on my local hard drive). It looks like if I turn File Sync on (needed to access Assets) some or all of this will be duplicated and separated from non-Adobe data in each client file.Messy, unnecessary and 100GB of bandwidth I don't want to pay for! (I'm on 4G so it's expensive.)

I'm have issues with syncing files on my mac to Adobe Creative Cloud. I don't seem to have issues syncing via drag and drop to my web browser. I keep getting this error while syncing via finder:I also have a fairly complex PSD with folders that i'm toggling on and off using Layer Comps. I don't see any difference when switching Layer Comps within Extract in the browser. I do see the changes when turning on and off the folders though.. What's the deal with that? Why does it take so long to render the PSD after I turn on a folder or switch layer comps? It takes about 30 seconds to re-render, which is crippling for our workflow. This would be an amazing tool for our developers if these 3 issues were resolved.

I have a MacBook Pro with Retina Display running OSX Yosemite version 10.10 on a 2.4 GHz processor with 16 GB RAM and Intel Iris 1536 MB. The red triangle comes up whenever I try to upload files and now is a permanent fixture on the files. I can still create new files yet I want to upload my work. How may I fix this issue. Also I would like back my old files I lost from a lapse of less than a month in my subscription.

Hello i've got a problem - files are not uploading, it's just about "cant synchronize" and that's it. I've seen that help page Ошибка: «Не удается синхронизировать файлы» about sync issues but seems not any about my case Office PC Logs:20141028-200532.109: Copy Over 'E:\Creative Cloud Files\MagicAir\main_white_thin.psd' -> 'acsl://scss.adobesc.com:80/files/MagicAir/main_white_thin.psd'- ERROR: Copying file: Network Error. hello does anyone know why I get those nasty red flags on CC folders?thanksraffaella

but when I click on learn more it has nothing wrong.

Every time my backup runs on my Mac, any Creative Cloud documents I double click automatically start the app which is on the back up drive, sometimes when the main on (on my main HD) as already open. A real pain. Any hint as to how to stop this? Once the Backup drive un-mounts, all is well of course. PS, I use Carbon Copy Cloner, not Time Machine.

When I try to add files to my desktop creative cloud file manager, I get an error message that says that the files are unable to sync. I already went through the adobe provided help and it did not solve my problem. Any help is appreciated!

I am trying to update my Indesign CS6 to the latest CC version. I can't connect to the creative cloud. It keeps saying that it is unable to sync files.I'm a student and really need to have this fixed quickly.

I'm at home working on a project on my Desktop PC. I then save the project and all the files needed to the "Creative cloud files" folder on my desktop PC. Later on I get to my office where I use my Macbook pro to continue where I left off from home, now my problem presents itself. I can NOT see the files on my "creative cloud files" the actual files I was working on back at home are not present on my macbook. Once I get back home to see what happend to my project I open the "Creative cloud files" folder on my desktop PC, and there they are.Am I wrong to assume that "creative cloud files is a cloud based service and that I should be able to reach my files and projects anywhere much like dropbox or google drive? I contacted Adobe chat support and it was as meaningful as eating air to fill your belly.Seriously whats wrong?

My team and I have several shared folders on the creative cloud and we and using the the desktop sync. How can we tell is another member has a file open without having to call around or email before we start working on a file? We are trying to avoid sync errors and overwriting each others work.

Hello,I just would like to report like many people I have issues to have the file sync feature working properly all the time. Steps to reproduce:1- on a Thinkpad Yoga, Windows 8.1, I create a new file in Illustrator named "Assessment 2.1.ai"2- Adobe Cloud syncs the file to the web (it's a small file), I can view it on the web site of Adobe cloud.3- Turn on my mac back from sleep mode (a very cleaned Yosemite version, almost fresh upgrade from previous MacOSX, all software up to date).4- Adobe cloud app is already running, and it tells me that all the files are sync. However I don't have the file in my Mac folder even after 30 minutes.Resolving the problem:5- I close adobe cloud (the cloud icon disappears from the top bar). I close illustrator.6 - I run 'Adobe creative cloud' - somehow it doesn't seem to want to open - no icon on the top bar.7- I check activity monitor, it seems a process like com.apple.geod (can't remember exactly the name except the geod part) is not responsive8- I for

Hello,I take some vector graphics using Adobe Shape on iPhone. The graphics upload to a Library I created for a client by mistake. I don´t know how to move to another Library (the correct one). How can I do this? Thanks in advance.

Our Marketing Services team wants to create a library of image assets and share specific collections of images with the rest of the Marketing Department. We want to allow viewing and downloading of images, but disable renaming, deleting, moving, and other management functions from these users. In addition, it would be fantastic if this library had web-based access, and if it would allow multiple groups with access to a variety of collections. We would like to extend the viewing and downloading to our dealer network as well. Neither group has Adobe CC licenses. Is there an Adobe Creative Cloud app to accomplish this? Or is there something outside of Adobe products that would work instead?

I have several files on my Creative Cloud account which I share with clients with the links provided on the site by posting the link on my website.  Those links keep breaking because the link to the file changes.  How frequently does this happen?  So I know when I need to go through and change them all over again.

Having been a Dropbox user for several years I was keen to start using the 100gb of Creative Cloud storage to enable me to work on a project from home and pick up where I left off in the office. However it simply doesn't work properly! For example:I worked from home on Monday and Tuesday on a project. All the files were successfully uploaded from my home Mac within seconds/minutes. I came into work on Wednesday and the files had not appeared in my CC Files folder. I rebooted my Mac and paused and restarted the sync and left it running, a couple of the files appeared but the process seems to hang fairly quickly. I've left it running overnight and my files have still not synced! the status bar at the bottom of the CC app shows "Syncing file 7 of 181 (9hr left)" but it never gets any further. When syncing is switched on and running the process kills all the bandwidth of my work Mac causing outgoing emails to spend up to an hour in my outgoing mail queue, slowing web browsing to a crawl, hamp

What happens to my files on creative cloud folder after the end of my subscription?

I am working on a collaborative project and would like to be able to export the history / activity for the project. Is there any way that I may do that?

Does CC for teams have a centralized location for shared files or does it work the same as the individual account? If there's no global team folder is there an easy way to share a file (or folder) with the entire team?
