I have turned on 'file sync' from preferences, yet when I click on the gear icon, it says "File Sync is turned off".
What can be done to fix this?
I have searched, but not having any joy. I have a number of files saved to my cloud account, yet when I log in via the web to my account, it says there are no files saved? I'm also having no luck turning on file sync. clicking on the button appears to do nothing. Having to email files to myself rather defeats the purpose of the cloud.TIA
How do I upload files to creative cloud. When I try to upload it doesn't give me the option to open the files and upload. It says I need a folder. I thought I had a folder?

Why files in Lightroom mobile and files in the creative cloud not the same? idea- one place(stored date) for all application ??????
Hi,By now I have approximately 100 files that are reported as "Unable to sync due to server error", which is, frankly, ridiculous. No, the files aren't that big.No, I don't use any "forbidden characters".No, the file names aren't that long.Yes, I tried "turning sync off and on again" – the problem persists. And given the error dialog that pops up: Telling me to "View file in folder" is pretty much pointless, given the fact that the file hasn't been uploaded in the first place. "Contact Customer Support" is also pretty much insulting, since that just leads to a generic portal page, as opposed to the appropriate, specific page regarding the problem. So, Adobe, fix this.
After generating the sharing URL you get to a black page saying "This link is no longer valid" even if sharing is "open".This is happening both for single files and folder sharing.I've been facing this issue several times, today with a client subscription.Sometimes I had to close sharing and re-generate another link but it does not work everytime.Any help? Thanks.L.
How do I find saved projects that are in the cloud.?
To download assets (clip art) from Creative Cloud Market, File Sync in CC must be on. I turn it on, but when I try to download it turns itself off. Anyone else have this issue?
With desktop app up-to-date, on up to date Mac, clicking Assets->Files->Start Syncing, produces no results. Restarted computer, closed all other apps, nothing helps. No folder is ever created, the sync settings will never stay changed to on, and the window never moves beyond the load symbol, always just back to the beginning.
I am finding that iCloud support is very circular - no one is available to answer technical questions. The drop down menus are limited to generic items that don't relate to my question.I am trying to send files to a colleague. I have watched the video, followed all the steps, entered the relevant email, made it public and pressed 'send' . I keep getting the same message "unable to send an email to... Please try again later. This is a bit like the recorded messages one gets on the phone (your call is important to us, please hold on..." 3 hours later
I am just starting to trial Creative Cloud (Dreamweaver). I already have my local website files in a folder on my hard disk (Windows 7). Downloading CC Desktop has created a Creative Cloud folder. Should I use that folder now for my local files or can I continue to use my original folder (and have it synced)?

Hi guys,I've had Creative Cloud installed on my Mac for a while now, and have just decided to try using the Cloud to share and sync files. However, when I hit "start syncing", nothing happens. I looked into why this may be and it turns out I don't have a Creative Cloud Files folder anywhere on my Mac. Tried reinstalling the CC desktop app, but this hasn't worked. Any ideas?
Hey !I have a problem with the upload of files. The first time, the synchronization just uploaded the folder but no files in these folders. Now, when I start the synchronization, the icon of my 'Creative Cloud Files' document is appeared for 2 secondes. After, nothing happens…Is anyone in the same situation? Thanks for your help.Regards,Virginie
Creative Cloud Help / Manage and sync files web page states the following:Note: A small portion of space is used for administrative purposes so the actual storage space will be slightly less. The amount used varies based on number of user files, generally 100-500kb is used for administrative purposes. However, there's nothing in FILES or ARCHIVE, so what's using 769.1MB/20.0GB?? This a consistent situation.Cheers
Hello,I am trying to turn on file syncing on the Creative Cloud desktop application, in order to sync my files between my iMac and my Macbook Pro. I have read the help sections that describe how to do it, and have been able to turn it on successfully on my iMac. It is working perfectly on my iMac. However, every time I try to turn on file syncing on the Macbook, it turns itself off automatically. For instance, I will click the settings button on the desktop application - click Preferences - Files tab - and turn Sync On. However, when I view the Assets/Files menu on the desktop application, it still says it is turned off, and therefore is not showing any of my synced files or progress.Does anybody know why this would be happening? Also, for frame of reference, my Macbook is where I do all my work. I am trying to turn this on in order to get my files from my laptop to my desktop in order to do more work on my desktop.I have had success uploading files through the website to my iMac,
hi, I'm sending a link to a client: http://adobe.ly/1qG10cI and there is no option fro pdf download. any idea why? thx
I use the Adobe Creative Cloud file storage system to store and also share pdf files with my customers. When I need to share a pdf file, I create a link for the folder containing the correct pdf files. Then I paste the link to that folder into the body of an email that I then send to the customer. Often I will paste several different links into the same email. Normally, when a customer downloads, they simply click on the link, then they are directed to the folder contents. They then click on each individual file within the folder...on the next page there is a download drop down menu button at the left of the screen.....the dropdown menu normally give 3 or 4 options to download as: PDF, jpg, png and ease. For some reason the last week, at least 50% or more of my customers are not able to download.... they are telling me that the drop down menu does not give them the pdf option. I talked with Adobe customer support but the lady didn't seem to have the foggiest idea why this was happening
s.o.
