Creative Cloud Services

Hi there,until recently, the work arounds allowed me to get onto Muse to make updates to my web page. It appears that there has been an update that has foiled this ..... or I just need some help from people WAY more clued in than I am !I have followed the past advice, to go into task manager and shut down all the Adobe processes .... done.Gone off line to open Muse ..... Done In the past, this worked and I was able to make the website updates thatI needed . But in the last week I had some more updates to the website and this work around no longer allowed me access to Muse . I tried the other work around of renaming the ICP boker file with "2" at the end (I can't seem to change the file to have a "~" in the .exe command anymore (as that was one solution offered to change the .exe to .e~e) .Now .... this  comes up .... and I can't access Muse - ANYONE able to offer a solution would be incredibly appreciated.Thank you!

Storage says full but I deleted everything. And I can't empty the trash.

Hello, I have an issue where text boxes which are formatted exactly the same are functioning differently. I've set the width of boxes to 60%. Some, when viewed on mobile or when the browser is made narrower, are responsive and switch to 100% width (I assume this is the correct functioning). However, others maintain 60% width even on mobile or narrow browsers. I've attached a picture of the problem and the settings for both boxes, which are identical. An example of where this is happening can be seen here: https://aramarratoonian.co.uk/compass-resourcing where the first two title + paragraph boxes are always at 60% width, and the third box is responsive and adjusts itself to 100% on mobile. This problem seems to appear on any browser I try.Does anyone know why this is happening or how to fix it one way or the other? I just need them to be consistent so my website looks neat! Thanks in advance

Hi, what's the best and easy way to store and share jpg files? I assume it should be stored in the creative cloud storage, but I couldn't find instructions on exactly how to do that, since I've always kept my files on my computer.Thanks

I deleted the Creative Cloud Folder from my Finder sidebar when I ended my CC subscription several years ago. Now I've resumed my sub, and reinstalled all the apps, the CC Files Folder is missing. 

I am currently building my portfolio using Adobe Portfolio, and I would like to add a slider feature to showcase multiple images or projects in a single section. Could you kindly advise me on how to add a slider to my website? If there's a specific tool or method available within Adobe Portfolio to achieve this, I would appreciate any guidance or instructions.

How can you create subfolders in Libraries? Am I missing something? Much needed to organize a team with thousands of assets!! Libraries are no good if your teams waste time searching for assets.

Went into my CC to access an old backup I needed and noticed that most of my files created and backed up prior to 2021 have been deleted. I did not delete these myself from my CC on desktop or website, these files are also not in my trash/archive and seem to have disappeared completely. I've been using Adobe CC since 2015 and haven't made any major changes to my plans etc since.Seriously Adobe, wtf?! Can't believe I pay you thousands of dollars and you can't even create a reliable cloud storage service. This is not good enough. Since your service was succesfully able to delete my cloud backups I assume you'll also be able to let me know a way to retrieve them? And yes, I have physical backups of these files, but that's not the point.

I have a very specific problem regarding my computer being able to access the Creative Cloud. At work, I am able to use everything perfectly fine, but trying to use my home computer, I am unable to access any of my data and I have done all of the suggested solutions to attempt to fix it.For example, I have cloud files saved for Adobe Illustrator that I was planning on working on from home, but I have no way to access them from my desktop, as Creative Cloud doesn't work, and none of the services are available on the website in terms of plans or accessing devices. It seems to suggest a problem with the desktop itself as I am actually able to access the files from adobe web, but I don't intend to work with Photoshop Web as opposed to the desktop version.  I have tried running the host reset program, going into command prompt, updating my time zone, clearing out the files and allowing everything on my firewall settings, but nothing seems to work. I have removed 1 of the 2 devices

Why does my AI Assistant keeps saying, "something went wrong, please try again?." for over 100 times now. Subscription is just wasting. I've cleared all data but problem persists.

Mais voila, j'habite à l'île de la Réunion(un Département d'Outre Mer FRANCAIS). Et même si on est en FRANCE nous ne somme pas reconnu par ADOBE. Il nous est donc impossible de faire un achat par paiement paypal ou carte bancaire sur le site.  Alors je m'adresse aux responsables d'ADOBE.  Nous sommes nombreux à la Réunion à vouloir un accés à vos differents produits. Pourriez vous faire le necessaire, s'il vous plait, pour que nous puissions également en profiter.

hello all, I'm looking for guidance on integrating Dynamic Media with the Edge Delivery Service website. The goal is to have the site pages retrieve their assets directly from Dynamic Media URLs especially for images and videos. Could anyone provide insights or steps on how to do the integration?  

There seem to be multiple posts over the past years about issues with Libraries. I have been really frustrated trying to use them and have pretty much given up. But, making this post in HOPES that Adobe will do something to fix these issues.In Illustrator, I created a bunch of named groups in which I added many different graphics. While these items do sync to the Library in other Adobe apps, NONE of the other apps show the groups that I created in Illustrator. They merely appear under a general "Graphics" category.When I place an object from the Library in Illustrator, the object and then embed it so that it can be edited, I have to first Ungroup the object, but then it is (for some insane reason) placed inside a clipping mask, so I have to release the clipping mask. I can then edit the object as normal, but now there's an invisible clipping mask object floating around that I need to delete. This is driving me insane.Why is Libraries called CC Libraries in InDesign, but just called Lib

The title is currently in white text over a black fade at the bottom of the photo and therefore hides a large part of the bottom of the photo! When you hover over a photo in the album or click on it to see large, the title of the photo is then visible all the time and hides part of the photo. I want to keep the title but I want it to appear below the photo!! Not in the photo!!! Please help 🙂

I opened an illustrator file on my ipad which was converted to .aic and stored on my creative cloud:When I try to place from creative cloud in ID, there is only a single file from my creative cloud available to select:The desktop CC app shows many files in my folder: 

In my Adobe portfolio, I added the link option in the navigation that links to my resume. The problem is, I would like to change the link but when I click on it, it links me to my resume even in the editor mod, and I can no longer access the link settings to be able to modify it. What can I do ?

I'm using Adobe Creative Cloud on my S24 Ultra, app version 6.10.1, and I cannot simply download image files. I have created an image in Photoshop on my PC, saved to my Creative Cloud files and the only option I have on the app is to Share to another application - I don't want to do that, I want to download it to my device.I have tried both PNG and JPEG formats.Is this a limitation of the app? Quite basic if you ask me?

Good morning,  I have an account and use Photoshop and Lightroom on my computer. The association I work for is going to take out an account with the full creative cloud. Can I log in to my computer with the association's account and use the entire creative cloud?Thanks in advance

Hi, I am having an issue where i have to open a dropdown (built using ul li) in 320px and 200% zoom using a keyboard. On enter the dropdown needs to expand. I have tried "aria-expanded true" it does not work. I have tried show(), hide(), focus() it doesnt work. Is there a way to achieve this?

Help show the open as "share"

I just gotta vent, the new Creative Cloud layout is straight up awful. Only having the option to look at apps, tutorials, and libraries is so weird, I'm just trying to find my files but now I don't have the option. Not sure if it's just me who's upset about this but I truly hate this company as a whole..

Bonjour,J'ai récemment acquis le creative cloud, que j'ai installé sur mon mac directement. J'ai crée mon compte creative cloud avec l'adresse mail de mon université (avec laquelle je n'ai pas accès à la suite sauf sur les ordinateurs présents à l'université) sauf que quand je lance l'application et que je connecte un message d'erreur s'affiche et m'informe que je n'ai pas accès aux applications car l'administrateur infographique me refuse l'accès. J'ai changé d'adresse mail pour mettre mon adresse personnelle mais le problème persiste. J'ai essayé d'installer le creative cloud sur un autre appareil (windows) et la pas de soucis ducoup je ne comprend pas le problème car j'aimerais bien pouvoir l'avoir également sur Mac.Merci d'avance si quelqu'un a la solution.
