im going through hell right now my creative cloud in my finder is gone it had so many of my life's work in it all i did was moved into the trash and delete it, it was a finder titled with my zackthemanwithamind gmail on it i even opened it and it was empty and now this unknown folder wont go in the trash i dont know what it wants me to download  😭

Hi, i have a portfolio site connected to my domain using another Adobe account. This old account from my old company is now not accessible for me. I re-created my Portfolio site after the old account was shut down, but I cannot connect it to my (legally owned) domain, because it "is already connected to Adobe Portfolio web". Is it possible to recover my site to connect it to my current account?

Hi, I have read about Creative Cloud license I have a doubt. In web page it says that I could install in several devices and be logged in two of them at the same timeI have also found in the web page and speaking about general applications, that you can only use ONE app at the same time. It is logical, of course. But my question is about Creative Cloud, as it is a "pack of applications"  For example, could I use in one device ADOBE ACROBAT and at the same time PHOTOSHOP in the other device? Both with PHOTOSHOP of course not, but different apps ? Hope your answer, thanks. 

Hi! I'm creating a website on Adobe Portfolio, and I'm just onto creating the About Me page.  I would like there to be a transparent white background on the text on the right, just to make it a little easier to read against the background, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to do that. Surely there must be a way, right? 😄  Thanks! Joanna

Hi, everyone! I host large image files to send to my clients print them. Yesterday, I notice that, when downloading this images, they are with the greater dimension resized to 8192 pixels. Is this some setting or now exists this limit? Thanks in advance!

Unilateralmente a Adobe solta o comunicado que vai cancelar a sincronização de arquivos do Creative Cloud (Descontinuação dos arquivos sincronizados da Creative Cloud (adobe.com)), sem reembolso ou desconto para aqueles que utilizam e pagam pelo serviço. Agora, se você for lá e cancelar sua assinatura, você paga multa. Se a Adobe cancela não dá em nada.

I used to have a behance account. I recently purchased subscription of Adobe with 2nd email. But now when I want to log in to 1st email behance it is taking me to adobe id with a new behance portfolio. This is fraustrating!

Whenever I post, my old website appears after my post. I am trying to remove my old website as it is no longer my portfolio website. I can't find my website listed in my profile, yet still it appears.

Not sure where to post this. It's been a few years since I looked into this. Captions are nice for the tumbnnails but distracting when viewing the full sized images. I know at one time it was mentioned on the Portfolio team's list of things to look at. Does anyone know if any progress has been made on this? I looked but could not find anything but could have missed it. If there was any one thing I would/could change about Portfolio that would be it. Also there used to be Portfolio site updates but I not seen one in years. Is that located somehere else? Thanks in advance.  

Does anyone know how to allow me to edit the second frame without altering the second one? Whenever edit one frame the other copies my movements.

I tried to reset it multiple times but same result. What is the solution?

Noticing massive GB internet data use from apps like Photoshop. I've told Creative Cloud to NOT auto update apps but it seems to anyway.  I guess I have to delete all old versions of apps (hate too because things like actions and patterns disappear) but if all the old apps are auto updating it's costing me with data overages.  But how to stop the auto updates? Also, does generative fill use lots of internet data? Thanks. 

I just got a new computer and am trying to access my creative cloud to download my editing software but it keeps redirecting me to the "404" Error page. Can anyone help?

Why am I receiving a message that my CC storage is full when my enterprise subscription is for 1TB yet the storage used by my files is 100 GB?

Hi, this alert window attached below was prompted by my Mac OS upgrade to Sonoma 14.3.1 last week, I never saw this until then.So, I'm guessing there must be a conflict between Adobe's current CC Content Manager and the new Sonoma Mac OS. How do I patch this- Is there a place I can find the most recent CC Content Manager app and reinstall it? I've updated my main (Ps Ai, etc) apps but it doesn't fix the alert window popping up 10-20x a day.I know that in 2022 Adobe CC lagged behind Ventura OS, and someone had a CC Library issue-- is this more of the same situation?Thanks so much.

Im currently trying to copy over my workspaces, presets, preferences and keyboard shortcuts to another device with adobe. For some reason I dont see a "Profile-Name" or a Premiere Pro Version "22.0" on the second device so im unable to transfer this. I've tried to re-install and straight up just copy all the files over but none of my preferences and settings are loading onto the new premiere pro instance. There is a button to "Use settings from a different account" but that doesnt even work. Anybody have a solution? 

Seit einiger Zeit habe ich folgende Probleme mit "Creative Cloud" bzw. dem Update der installierten Programme (PS, AE, Bridge ...):- das automatische Update funktioniert nicht mehr- beim Versuch Aktualisierungen direkt aus den Programmen  "manuell" zu starten läuft die Initialisierung von "Creative Cloud" in einer Endlosschleife ohne zu starten- wenn ich "Creativ Cloud" über das  Desktopsymbol zu starten versuce erscheint zuerst folgende Meldung:  wenn ich in weiterer Folge auf Wieerholen drücke läuft die Initialisierung wieder in einer Endlosschleife.(Firewall-Einstellungen und Zeit sollten passen bzw. wurden nicht verändert ...) LG, Harald

I have a 2021 Macbook Pro running the latest operating system. Even when I restart my Mac, even when no Adobe apps are running, this mysterious app, Core Sync, is constantly running down my battery in the background. I've been suffering from this for years. Please someone tell me how to remove it or turn it off for good. Thank you.

Hi, I hope you can help me. My daughter had a personal adobe account where she created a Portfolio website. Now she has a schoolaccount and she wants to add her portfolio created in the personal account to her schoolaccount. However when we try to login with her personal account it says that there is no account to be found with this emailadress. Can anyone help us out? Is there still a possibility to login and change her portfolio to her schoolaccount?  

Portfolio recently added a Custom Meta Tag Feature - which is helpful for SEO, but can someone show me a sample of what the HTML code should look like?The 'learn more' information is not specific enough. I see only one other question about this and no helpful answer.

For a couple of weeks now, the creative cloud app keep getting starting on login even if the option »open on startup« is disabled. I think it's because Adobe discontinued the file synchronization because every time the app starts the synchronization has a red exclamation mark and the synchronization is on pause. When I resume the synchronization, it finishes the synchro, but the app still starts on the next startup with the same exclamation mark. There appears to be no option in the settings of the app to stop the synchronization manually. I want the app to stop starting on startup, how can I do that?

Have uploaded PSD to a folder in my library (to share). The file format is PSD and the sizes are between 8-80 MB. The problem is that when I try to download a psd file from the folder (choosing between PSD, PNG and JPEG) its size is always 138 bytes. The JPEG and PNG choise works.I am using the Creative cloud throug the browser (Chrome). Have not tested it through the app. Downloading the same file from "Your Files" works fine in the browser. But the purpose it to share a folder to download uploaded PSD-files from "Your Library". Includes a screenshoot of choices where the PSD-choice creates a 138 byte psd-file. Is it a bug? Thanks in advance
