Hello, I wanted to ask if you guys know why my log in doesn't seem to be working and letting me access my account? It keeps saying my domain isn't available for it.

Buenas tardes: he comprado un pc nuevo y he instalado Adobe Digital Editions. He validado el equipo y he accedido a la página con ID y contraseña. Abro la aplicación, me identifico y quiero añadir a la biblioteca un epub legalmente comprado. Me pide ID y contraseña (¡!), pero al introducirla me dice que "la cuenta de proveedor que ha introducido no está asociada al elemento que está intentando abrir". ¿Como puedo leer mi epub?

Hi, Adobe Digital Editions is no longer letting me transfer books to my e-reader - it says they don't have the right permissions. This was when I clicked the option to unauthorise my computer, and I think I need to authorise it to be able to transfer files? However then it asks me to sign in with my Adobe ID number, which I don't know/have forgotten. How do I find this, or reset it? When I go to 'create ID' it tells me an account aleady exists with my email address, so I must have done it in the past. Thanks for any help.

We've replaced some devies and trying to reactivate the new ones however receiving the attached error. Adobe Chat Support has said that we need to post a request here in order to get the activations reset.

I have eBooks in Adobe Digital Editor that I see in color but when I try to print them the print function does not let me select color printing and automatic duplexing.  Is there a way to have ADE use the abilitites that my printer has?

I just bought a new computer and installed Digital Editions. When I open a new book, I only see the first page. The number of pages is shown, but when I scroll, I keep seeing the first page and not the next ones. I autorized my computer.What do I have to do?

I have a problem with Adobe Digital Editions (4.5.4) in Windows 10.  When I try to open ADE, an icon appears on the taskbar with a blue line (showing it is active), but ADE does not appear on the screen.  This happens however I try to turn it on, e.g. from the start menu, from a screen icon, or by right-clicking on an epub book in 'My Digital Editions' and telling the computer to open it using ADE.  If I try to open an epub (e.g. welcome.epub) and hover over the ADE icon on the taskbar, a thumbnail of the epub appears, but clicking on it just makes the thumbnail disappear.  When I then right-click on the ADE icon and tell it to close the window, a dialog box appears with the message (which I don't understand): "welcome.epub is not open from library, would you like to copy it to library?"  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling ADE.Has anyone else had this problem?  How can I get Adobe Digital Editions to open properly so that I can read my epub files?

Je télécharge régulièrement des e-books sur le site LIRTUEL.be (la bibliothèque publique vituelle belge)Dernièrement, je n’ai pas réussi à en ouvrir deux avec le message (vous ne bénéficiez pas de l’autorisation DRM). J’utilisais la version ADE 4.5Comme le suggéraient différents sites, j’ai tenté de passer sur la version 3.0 mais je n’arrivais pas à retirer l’autorisation de la version 4.5.J’ai fini par désinstaller les deux versions de mon ordinateur puis j’ai réinstallé la version 3.0 ce qui n’a rien changé. Impossible de supprimer l’autorisation de la version 3.00 (pas d’onglet pour ce faire) J’ai simplement le message « vous bénéficiez déjà d’une autorisation »Impossible de supprimer l’autorisation de la version 4.5 : j’ai le message « veuillez réessayer plus tard » mais cela fait 4 jours que cela dure.J’ai tenté ces manipulations plusieurs fois, sans succès.Actuellement, je n’arrive même plus à ouvrir un fichier téléchargé avec l’extension .acsm, j’ai chaq

Hi, I am going to rant and for that I apologise, have had the great misfortune of being forced to use this program for all of two days and I have rarely hated anything this much. There are no options for dampening lights, you cannot put a voice reader on it (I have ADHD, readers are necessary for me) and there is no option to jump from chapter to chapter and the scroll is so slow it took 5 full minutes to scroll from the top and back to the page I was on around 1/3 through the book. Scrolling to the top to look at the index in the first place caused the program to time out and I had to restart it. And yet this absolute joke of a tool is forced down the throat of thousands who are unfortunate enough to have to read a book that is DRM protected. On top of this, I spend the entire day yesterday using highlights, the only functioning tool in this entire program. Until it wasn't. I opened up my $50 book today and all highlights from yesterday are gone. Hours of reading, gone.

Every time I close an Epub that I'm reading with ADE, an alert comes up that says "This book isn't open in the library" and I can't get it to go away no matter how many times I click the box that says "Don't show this alert again". Does anyone here know how to stop receiving these alerts without copying the books?

Hello,I cannot authorize my ADE 3.0.  I have installed, uninstalled and re-installed ADE 3.0.  When I tap on the Help, the option to authorize the computer is grayed out.  According to the authorization information, "This computer is already authorized."Is that true?I need ADE 3.0 for my KOBE ereader to borrow books from the libraries.  The website from the libraries suggest using the ADE 3.0.Thanks,  

I am trying to download library books using a MacBook Air. It keeps asking for a login Keychain passwrod, but I have never set one up. I did manage to download some books two days ago using my Adobe login and password, but can't find how to access this option any more

When I go to download my ACSM file to access my ebook I bought, the authorization load screen never fully loads and just does nothing. I have tried both using my adobe ID to authorize and to authorixe without it. I am always stuck with the blue load bar and nothing happens. I reinstalled latest version, restarted, and still same issue. 

Non riesco ad aprire nella libreria ADE un ebook criptato con DRM. Mi dà il codice di errore "Error! Check Activation". Se provo a cancellare l'autorizzazione ADE per poi reimmetterla, Ade mi dice "impossibile cancellare autorizzazione"

I cannot open a file I purchased from Google Play. After getting the .acsm file and open it, I get the error shown in the subject. The .acsm file is shown below: note that I am able to read the book from within Google Play, and that if I try to open the file from another computer I get an error "limit reached" or something like this, which makes sense. Google says it's not their fault. What should I do? BJR;Ma bibliothèque (i mac) ne conserve pas les livres numériques. Je dois les recharger dans la bibliothèque à chaque ouverture.Quelqu'un connait-il cette difficulté et aurait une réponse ?  My library (I mac) does not hold digital books. I have to reload them in the library each time I open them. Does anyone know of this difficulty and have an answer? 

Avevo un account adobe id che ho dovuto cancellare. Ora non riesco a togliere questo account da quelli autorizzati in digital edition. Devo aggiungere un nuovo account. Come faccio?Grazie

J'essaie de donner une autorisation à mon ordinateur et on indique:  erreur au niveau du serveur d'activation code E_AUTH_NOT_READYPouvez-vous m'aider SVP car j'apprécierais vraiment transférer les livres sur ma liseuse.

Hello, i bought a book for my class, created an account for adobe digital edition and now I can't even access the book it keeps asking me to authorize and not letting me go through that page that has my email and password  even though it's not sending me anything via email to authorize  what shall i do in this case ?

HiI lost all the files I already have once I dowloaded a new file. How to recover them? or should I download them again?Thank you
