I'm tearing my hair out. I searched this community for answers but nothing works. Help please. Since I downloaded Mojave on my Macbook air, I can't access ADE.I followed instructions to deauthorize and reauthorize, but it won't let me deauthorize and doesn't accept my password with my email associated with my account. (I updated and changed my password. Still not working.)It says to try again later. I searched on here and I have deleted and uploaded the latest version several times and nothing works; it still does not recognize my password and therefore won't allow me to deauthorize. I can't download epub books from the library anymore.  

Hi everyone,I've just installed Adobe Digital Editions 4.5.11 on Win10 and added some files to the Library (the files were available on Adobe websites). They get added but then I cannot change pages. When I open ADE again after a few minutes, it opens on the page I'd selected previously (as if it was getting blocked for a long time). I've tried uninstalling this version and installing 3.0 - the same problem persists. I've tried right-clicking and running as administrator - the same problem persists.Could you please help me out? Hello, I have a Sony ereader type prs-t2. I have bought books online with my laptop (macbook) but for some reason i cant put them on my ereader. Sony advised to download ADE and I did. I can put my books on ADE but it doesnt see/find my ereader. Can someone help me out here? 

I have a Nook GlowLight Plus and the Adobe Digital Editions 4.5 on my computer to sideload the books I check out of the library. After I have sideloaded the book I can not open it. It requires log-in. I have tried every login I can think of and am stuck. The Adobe Digital Editions 4.5 has an old email address which is deactivated and I don't remember the password anyway. Nothing can be retrieved from the old email address. When I opened my Nook GlowLight Plus I see My account is my husbands email address.When I look in the Adobe DRM Settings I see my old inactive email address (same as in the computer Adobe Digital Editions 4.5), my husbands email address and my email address. I use my account at the public library to get the books on the Adobe Digital Editions 4.5. I may have several issues here. I looked at your forum and tried to follow the steps change the email address in the Adobe Digital Editions 4.5 but at a certain point I couldn't do what the next step was and gave up. I need

Bonsoir,J'ai malencontreusement exporté à deux reprises un livre ACSM dans ADE, et il en a résulté que je ne peux pas supprimer le fichier en trop, il réapparait à chaque fois et parfois avec une autre copie en prime. Même en supprimant le dossier complet "My Digital Editions", je me retrouve avec plusieurs copies de ce livre.Auriez-vous une solution à mon problème ?Cordialement.

I have downloaded an epub on my android and when I try to open in Adobe Digital Editions I get the error message 'import content failed'. I have opened the app in iOs and MacOs but on android I get this message.What can be the issue?

I designed Adobe's most-downloaded e-book. My doctorate is in design, with emphasis on interactivity. I've been using Adobe Digital Editions for years. It is probably one of the worst user experiences I have on my computer today. It's slow to open files; paging using the scroll wheel or thumb (by far the most important interaction!) is fatally flawed (one full revolution advances about six text lines); zooming and panning are similarly intractable. (Compare Mendeley's use of PDFNet -- much smoother.) The main advantages seem to redound to Adobe and publishers, not to users. I don't know what else to say except that in many ways it's a level worse than what Acrobat Reader has evolved into. Acrobat itself is similarly focused on amenities that protect the upstream actor but at the same time

I have the latest version of Adobe digital solutions, and it is extremely slow to load and scroll. Please help.

I am at my PC and am trying to load up a library book.  Normally this works well with ADE 3.0 but at the moment, and last night, it does not seem to be functioning at all.  Zip.  Last night I couldn't even shut it down normally.  Is anyone else having issues, or just me?  Also, if I have to remove ADE and put it back, do I need to do the whole authorization thing all over again?  I have instructions for that but they are a mile long.  HELP!   

Hi, I recently downloaded ADE after not using if for sometime. I have discovered that I cannot transfer books I have downloaded from Libby to ADE because the ADE still has my old Adobe ID and password. I updated my Adobe ID and password last year. Howeve it did not update my ADE account. To deauthorize the ADE account I need my old password which I no longer remember. I have tried "Navigate to /Users//Library/Application Support/Adobe/Digital Editions and drag the activation.dat file to the trash." When I do this their is no Digital Editions in my Application Support/Adobe. How do I deauthorize my ADE account from my old email address and old password? 

I have ADE accounts on both my laptop and my Android tablet. Now I cannot download books on the tablet, although the download opens in ADE, but showing no new books. Is there a fix to this? Moreover, is there a way to merge the different accounts or to make them "communicate" somehow? Thanks...

 Hello I am unable to open an e-book i purchased on the Adobe Digital Editions app for Android. I get the following message: error getting license. License server communication problem e_adept_xml_syntax. Can anyone help?Thank you.

I have no issues downloading from the library site to Adobe Digital Editions however, when I attempt to transfer the book from the Adobe digital Editions site to my Kobo this message pops up.  CE_COPY_NOT_ALLOWED - No permission to copy the book.  Anyone know what to do?  I've deauthorized and reauthorized a few times already but it hasn't made a difference.  I have tried downloading the newest version but it was the same one I already am using.  Adobe Digital Editions, it would be very helpful to have a contact number to talk to someone and work through the problem.  I've posted on here previously but didn't get any response. 

I have a new Asus Zenbook Duo and have installed ADE 4.5.11. But it does not work properly. When I start to read a book it opens the first page and then does not change pages any more (but the counter changes).So I have to exit reading, then start reading from the new page and read only this one page, then exit reading ...Interestingly, reading books on old ASUS Transformers with ADE 4.5.10 works.  

Hello, I changed my computer and the library automatically downloaded when downloaded the Adobe Digital Edition app. I entered my ID and password as usual. When I want to read the book, I have the following issues:- The ID I used is not authorized- By chance, I tried an old email address and it tells me I need to reset my password. The email address is not accessible as it was hacked 3 years ago. How can I read my books under the ID to which I have access. I have all the purchasing proofs. Regards,Lise

Hi, I'm trying to use ADE with Borrowbox to borrow ebooks from my local library. I'm having all sorts of issues, most of which I've worked around but the biggest is that my Adobe account shows 'No activated Devices' even though I have 2 currently active and authorised.  I've activated and de-activated both devices but they never show in my account and I cannot sync them (laptop and ereader). Is this an Adobe server problem? How can I get them to show on my account so I can manage them?Thanks.

ahora desde lacasa del libro ,en el enlace que te dan cuando compras un libro ,te dan la opcion de descargar desde adobe y copia el enlace pero no se descarga directamente como antes ,,no se donde se copia el enlace y no se como descargarmelo

Hello, after several years of successfully using ADE to manage my puschased eBooks (ACSM format and others) (to then transfer them to my KOBO eReader).All of a sudden I get the E_ADEPT_DOCUMENT_TOO_SHORT error when trying to load ASCM eBooks to ADE.I have re-installed several times (v 3 & v 4.5), re-authorised (both in v4.5 or by deleting the ADEPT key from the registry and reauthorising) but so far nothing helps.I have made no other changes to the PC I use, so no clue if it would be linked to anything else.I'm purchasing the eBooks online using a Chrome browser.Please help !!

Hi. I bought an online book some time ago that can only be read in Adobe Digital Editions app. At that time, I signed in the app and had access to it with no problem. Now I reseted my computer and had to sign in the app again and its not working, the app says that the account I am trying to sing in has not purshed that book. Do I have a different account in Adobe that I dont know about? Or is this a technical problem?
