Hallo an alle, leider hängt sich in der aktuellen Version 4.5.11.187303 immer das Programm auf, wenn ich einen eBook-Download in die Bücherei eingefügt habe. Beim Neustart kann das Buch auch nicht geöfnet werden, sondern verhält sich so, als hätte der Transfer noch nicht stattgefunden.Bisher versucht: Umbenennung des Ordners "My Digital Editions".Es kann auch nicht die Lösung sein, auf die uralte Version 3.0 zu wechseln, oder? ...und wieso kann man den Support von Adobe nur tagsüber erreichen und kein Ticket erstellen...? Danke & viele GrüßeKerstin

I am unable to authourise my desk top computer to allow ebooks to be borrowed from my local library and read on my Kobo.I am not a techno savvy person so am looking for a simple solution.Barry Lonsdale

I bought a new laptop, download ADE 4.5 11 , authorised it for new laptop. When I download an ebook from my public library it will not appear in the ADE library. To check I downloaded a sample book from the Adobe website and it worked. What is going wrong?

I'm using Adobe Digital Editions on Windows 10 and I tried to download a book (https://archive.org/details/herculepoirotsca00chri/) in PDF with Adobe Digital Editions, but the E_STREAM_ERROR appears! When I wrote to info@archive.org, they said you can download it if you use the software on Mac.If someone is using Adobe Digital Editions on Mac, please download this book (to download books borrowed for 1 hour use https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1ZQ8rGeD7dg32q0KDNWEOX9x24uGBjOKIFx-xEUIlq0k/edit?usp=drivesdk), upload it on Google Drive and send me the link, please!

I have an EPUB file with video, audio, pictures and text on a deisgned background.  They play and display fine on MAC version but the background does not fully diplay. On the WINDOWS version, the audio icon does not display and will not play audio but the background, text, video and pictures display and play. I need a solution thta will work in the PC environment. MAC has "Books" that plays the multi-media epub files great.  I was hoping Adobe would be the solution for Windows. Any suggestions as to what is going on or something that will work on PC?

Hello, I have been trying to read a book I purchased using adobe digital editions and this is the error I got:"the vendor account you entered is not associated with the item you are trying to open".Please help me with this issue. The login details are correct.

I have reinstallation on my computer and all was cleaned there. When I installed after this cleaning my ADE my book disappeared. I authorized the computer, marked 'automatically download your synced books, to this device. And my Digital edition is empty. Where is the problem? The same book I can see in the Digital edition on my old laptop. I will appreciate if anybody would be knowledgeable where is the problem, Thank you in advance 

Adobe autobot unable to assist. I borrowed EPUB book from the library. I have Adobe ADE on laptop, I need to re-authorize my E reader. It doesn't tell you how to & adobe doesn't know 

I no longer have access to a computer that was authorized for Adobe Digital Editions. I need to "free up" that authorization for use on another computer. How can I erase that authorization?

Hello - I opened my Digitial Reader acc using my work address at the time. I no longer work there so don’t have access to that email anymore. When I log in to change/update my primary email, it says the new email - my personal gmail - is already in use and won’t update.  Adobe Help Chat says my personal email is attributed to a non active subscription. How do I delete this non active account so I can update my Digital Reader to my personal email? Thank you. 

Where do I find my Vendor ID and why am I unable to enter anything into the Vendor ID box? 

I have been authorized on adobe digital app 4.5 I can’t open my book, it blocks when download the book.  I am also logged in and I did in 2 different PCs

We're facing a font issue in ADE latest version 4.5. When we review our ePUB3 file in ADE 4.5 in Windows OS, most of the font are not supported it's been converted in default font. Whereas we don't find any font issue in lower version ADE(3.0) and as well in MAC OS even in later version 4.5. We would like to know, what is the possible cause of the issue or it's bug in latest version ADE 4.5. Thank you for help

My Adobe password can't be restored 

I have a very simply, starightforward question (and a followup comment and reason).Why can't Adobe actually release a version of the software that works properly?  One that you don't have to use workarounds to HOPEFULLY make it work.Comment:  Adobe Digital Editions is akin to a VIRUS.  No matter how many times I uninstall, download a fresh copy, reboot and reinstall, it STILL has my authorization in it's data.  And I was told to install 3.0, and now when I try to download a book, it cannot find the application. Oh, the reason I keep reinstalling is because when it does download a book, the software freezes so that I can't even close it except by using Task Manager.   (using Windows 7 on a laptop with 20 GIGS of memory)

Hello, new notebook, Windows 10 20H2. Pages do not scroll at all. After moving the cursor on the bottom line or using keyboard arrows, to see the new pages I have to "re-fit" the display page - every time. Same behaviour also with former ADE version.Giuseppe

Hi Team, I have faced in ADE 3.0 version "white-space: nowrap" style not supprting in ADE3.0 version, but 4.5 version working fine. Please advice this ADE3.0 bug? buongiorno , non riesco più ad aprire alcuni Ebook acquistati da La feltrinelli e presenti sulla biblioteca kobo. non riconosce più il mio codice ID Adobe e la pass abbinata . ho provato a togliere l'autorizzazione su ADE ma non cambia nulla , così a rimetterne una nuova .queste sono le finestre che si aprono . qualcuno sa come risolvere il problema ???grazie !

I have been using Adobe Digital Editions for Library ebooks via borrowbox and CloudI am still able to access books from library and open them in Adobe Digital Editions but Today I noticed I am unable to return to library and recieve this box message" Unable to return error returnng item, please authorise your computer first"I contacted Adobe support and I have erased and reauthorised on this computer before posting this message. In Help The authorise computer command in gray so I cannot access/Any suggetions please? Thanx 

Hello, I'm using a Kobo Reader Touch 2.0. For four days I have had the error message: Your eReader is not authorized to open this book. The authorization is done, Kobo Reader authorizes. Contact with Rakruten revealed: The problem is with Adobe. I have already carried out the following steps: Kobo reset to factory settings, restart, date checked (correct time zone), email address of Kobokonto and Adobe matched (same email address), Adobe uninstalled and reinstalled, updates for both systems loaded, authorization deleted and newly authorized. What to do?

Can anyone help me with the following.  I have borrowed an ebook from the library, downloaded it, transferred from ADE to my Kobo mini and authorised both the computer and the Kobo, but I can't open it to read on my ereader.  I get a message saying that the document is protected by ADE and is not currently authorised,  I thought I'd done everything - what have I missed? Any help most appreciated.  Thanks
