Digital Editions

Hi allI have a user who has been sent a document that requires ADE to open. When trying to print this document, the text on the right hand side of the page is cut off. I've checked the print settings and they all seem to be correct, no other app has this issue. Is isn't a print preview option in ADE and due to DRM, I can't print to PDF to check if it works digitally. Is there any other way to adjust print margins in ADE, as it seems to ingore the printer preferences. I've attached a couple of examples from a print out they've done.

First problem: I want to merge my two adobe id and using just one of them. I use these accounts to buy ebook online and at the moment what I have bought with an account can't be managed in adobe digital edition authorized with the other accounts. I just would like to eliminate one of the two accounts and work only with the other. Thanks a lot for your answer.

Hi, I have a new ereader and wanted to put some books on it. I have the following message when I try to put my books in ADE. I read some posts on the subject and tried to solve the problem by removing the autorization on my mac and then autorize again, but unfortunalterly it doesn't work because it says it is impossible to remove the autorization after I have entered my password... Who can help me with this? Many thanks!!!Catherine

Hi,I have a problem with ADE: "E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12" everytime I upload a new book. I tryed to remove the authorization but the system doesn't work. Can someone help me? Thanks. 

Fonts are condensed and unreadable when exporting an InDesign document into an EPUB file and opening it in Adobe Digital Editions. Does anyone have an explanation and/or a fix?

Hi, I need to reset my activations, unfortunately I had one of the devices previously authorized being damaged and I lost the way to deauthorize properly. Could someone help me to reset or selectively free up the blocked device to retrieve my full 6 devices? I'm using the adobe ID account.

I am taking an online course and purchased a textbook from Fanshawe College. I downloaded Adobe Digitial Editions 4.5. It was an update because I have used it before for online library books. Problem: This was automatially authorized to my personal email address. The textbook is from a Vendor and under my student email address. I have tried "deauthorizing." I keep receiving a message in red that I need to try again later. The school can't help me. Their computer help tells me I need Adobe Digital Editions to help me fix this. The link they sent me sends me to the same repetitious loop of instructions that does not resolve my issue. Can anyone help me? 

Hello, I have a mathematical ebook in Digital Editions. When I change the font the formulae do not change size with it. How do I change the size of the formulae? Because they are very hard to read like this. Kind regards,Andries

Hi, I read a pdf on my tablet and highlighted important information, but now I want to work with the text, I already comment on, on my computer. I tried to send it via email, social messenger and Adobe cloud, however the comments I made in the text on my tablet are not appearing in Abode Reader DC on my computer. How can I send the pdf with my comments? Thanks!

Why do I just get a blank screen when I open up digital editions 4.5? I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that has not helped. I can no longer download books or open existing books as I don't get the Library option.

Hello, over the past week, I've contacted the support about 2 dozen times and asked them to reset my ADE activation/authorisation count. Sometimes they told me to come here, sometimes that they don't support ADE via the chat anymore, sometimes that they have to forward my problem to the "concerned team". I'm getting really frustrated, so can someone please tell me, how I can get my count resetted? I was able to do it on my own a few years ago, but that doesn't seem to work anymore. Thanks in advance.

I've dealt with a problem with the ability to highlight text for a while.  The problem usually goes away on its own.  What I do when it happens is make random key strokes (Esc, etc), and close the document and reopen it form the library.  Presently, I'm not able to get the ability to highlight back in my current document.  The ability just cut out on me in the middle of the document. I have researched this on Google, and I see many complaints about this going back to at least 2013, and not a single complaint contains a solution.  Adobe apparently doesn't care about this problem. I am locked in to this product, as I am a graduate student at a university, and the e-books we have access to via the university library require Adobe Digital Editions. Thanks for any help.

I was reading an eBook form my research library which wille xpire in 3 days. I highlited some text and I made some notes. All of a sudden the program crashed when I tried to copy the name of a book in a footnote. I couldn't find the programme nor would the file open anymore. When trying to open the file it would send me to the Adobe website. So I downloaded the installer again and when trying to install I got a message that the previous version needed to be fixed. Adobe Digital Editions was fixed, I could open the book but my notes are gone.Does this happen often? Is there a way to recover the notes?System: Windows 8.To be honest i am weary of using your software at all again. I think I will read it online form my library and copy every higlight immediately. It is nice that I can access books immediately but if this thing is going to crash whenever I prefer to wait one or two days to get the physical book.

Ive been trying to open my adobe digital editions 4.5 and nothing seems to work. Ive tried retarting laptop, uninstalling and reinstalling and running it as admin and nothing has worked. Any suggestions?

It is a persistent problem. Can happen in any moment and make me loose all the previous resalt. 

I buy books from Google Books. I want to download and keep them. They come down as ACSM files. I previously authorized ADE. I've forgotten my ADE ID. I therefore can't login to the ADE ap using my ID. Since my email is linked to the account, I can't use it again to get a new account and start over. I tried to login to the ap using google with my email address (my google ID) and my google password. The password was rejected even though it is definitely my correct Google password. So I can't login using Adobe (forgotten ID) or Google (it won't recognize my password). Therefore it is impossible to authorize my computer, and impossible to read downloaded books I have purchased from Google Books. 

Intento descar un libro al pc desde Adobe digital Edition pero n tengo la opcion. Aparece el libro la vista de bibloteca , el libro..etc per no tengo ninguna opcion de guardar o convertir en pdf. Alguein me puede ayudar? Gracias
