Digital Editions

Hi I have been trying to login to authorise my ADE to enable me to read borrowed ebooks on my ereader.  I have tried to do this over the last 12 Months and have now given up.  I am not great at doing this so I need help now to try and login to authorise so I can actually use ADE.  The sign that comes up when I try to login is "incorrect login or password for the selected ebook vendor. Please try again."Help me pleaseDebbie

Good dayI am new to the ebook. I baught 6 ebooks. I am unable to open them. It says I need to open them with an vendor ID. When I try to deauthorise and login again. It says the same thing every time. It is school books and need it for tomorrow.

Why is it impossible to get any help from Adobe with their ridiculous Digital Editions. Is it because it is a free program. As Kobo is the main user of this program their business will certainly be damaged by people like me who will never buy another Ereader from them and will recommend others not to buy them.Over the time that I have had my Kobo I have had problems with authorization but now I have multiple copies of library books dowloading to Digital Editions all of which will open on the computer but will not open on the Ereader "not authorized".I am spending my life online trying to make sense of this ridiculous program.

Prior to today, ADE was working fine with my Nook Glowlight.  Today, it downloads the library books fine, and my Nook shows on the desktop, but once I turn the Nook on, ADE closes abruptly.  I have deleted and reinstalled ADE, unauthorized and reauthorized, taken the new book out of the ADE library and added another; same problem.  I also tried it on another computer with the same result.  I am able to purchase and download books from B&N with no problem.  Contacted B&N, but they were no help.

I downloaded ADE and try to authorize with my Adobe ID. I keep getting the error message  "incorrect id/password for this e-book supplier" I have:checked my Adobe ID / password combination by logging into Adobe & checking main e-mailchanged my Adobe password to letters/numbers onlychecked my old laptop with ADE computer authorization / tried to remove the authorization, same error I keep getting the same error, any suggestion how to solve this?Thanks, René

I have installed and authorized my Adobe Digital Editions 4.5 but when I  try to download my ebook it says "E_ADEPT_NO_TOKEN". My school has even sent me another link to the book but it did not work.

Adobe Digital Reader won't open an epub edition from Draft 2 Digital. I can down load the epub, but then I get a message that says the it is not a supported file type. I can download and open a mobi file and a pdf.In further fiddling with the file, I realize it goes to Adobe Reader and not to Adobe Digital Reader. Why would that be?   

Hello Team,I am new to Adobe Digital Edition. Recently installed version 4.5.10 in my Dell Laptop (Lattitude E5470, Windows 10, 64 bit), and whenever, I try to open the e-book File extension 'EPUB'), the application hangs and throws message in few seconds as 'Not Responding'. I don't have any option other than closing the application. I was asked to get an id from adobe site and authorise using the ID, which I did(used my office mail id), still problem persisting for both 4.5.10 as well as 4.5.11.  I also tried uninstalling, restarting and reinstalling - nothing is helping. would appreciate if any one can help me to fix this issue. It is bit urgent please.

I’m new to the Digital Édition program. I’ve opened  a Digital library book in the program and I now wish to return the book to the library. The library software says this apparently has to be done through the Adobe Digital Edition program. I cannot see how this can be done. Can someone help with this please? Timothy Marshall 

 Hello. I have a Kobo eReader. I bought an epub digital book and downloaded your software to unlock the book so that I can read it. Despite all my attempts, nothing works. I went through all the steps, with the assistance of the company that sold me the book (Renaud-Bray) and it still doesn't work. I would like to resolve the situation.  The software is activated but when I try to drag the book, it does'nt work. I have a error message: Unable to download, error obtaining the license. Communication problem with the license server. E_LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER Thank you!

I have recently bought a new computer where i had the digital edition app on my old computer having a couple of books there. I have tried to authorize my account with my new computer, but it will not download the files, because it say there is a license error, maype because i am using a new account for my adobe, but i can not remember the old one, can you help me out?

My scrolling has like a 5-7 second maybe more delay.  It is impossible to read with the scrolling delayed and then it will glitch and jump too far forward or back or whatever.  I really need this fixed.  I just spent money on a textbook that I could've used a better site with if I had known how poor this program worked. 

This app sucks. I need this app to use books for me MSN. Only had app for a few days. At first app was working but now wont go pass authorization. I made an account and it was working fine. Then yesterday when went to sign in via authorization page, it kept renewing as if I didnt put in any information. But when I put in the incorrect passwords it picked up that they did not match account. Is there another app to use to open acsm files? 

Hello. I'm having a trouble with my adobe ID authorization. I have a school adobe ID which is the Academy of Art University ID. But when I tried to authorized my ID with Adobe digital editions, it didnt work. I bought ebooks from my school's digital library and Adobe Digital Editions is the only way I can open them with.Thank you,Merve Tokar

I downloaded Adobe Digital Editions software to view an ebook for school. I was able to successfully download and authorize my computer, but could not download the actual ebook. I tried several times, across different browsers and even requested a new link from my school. Each time I was shown the same error message. How do I resolve this issue?

since 1 week I fail to open Digital Edition program and (library or other) files. Whenever I click, nothing happens. I deinstallized and tried with new installation, no improvement.(have got adobe id & Win 10 on pc)Thank you

Hi, Need help with the error message. I was trying to authorize my android device few days back and it did not capture the authorization hence I retry a few times after reinstalling ADE and rebooting it. Now this error message pop ups when I try to re-authorize on my old phone. I contacted Adobe Support but the case was closed without an answer and referred to the community help instead. Rgds,QC

Its says: LIC_ALREADY_FULFILLED_BY_ANOTHER_USER but the thing is that i just buy it 5 minutes ago, i dont know what can i do. 

Every time I open an ebook, just purchased, to remove .acsm, all the ebooks already in the library are downloaded again; I find myself with 2-3-10 copies of the same ebook in the library and in the ADE folder, what can I do? Thank you

Hi, i need to know how many devices are free considering my adobe id. As my researches are i can use 6 devices with one adobe id. Where can i see how many are left. Its important and not so simple because resets of devices count as new devices.  

Hello. I bought a DRM protected book and I had to download adobe digital editions to be able to read it. Adobe asks me to autortize my computer and I had to create an adobe ID to do that. I did, but now when I try to authorize it, it says an error has occurred with the code E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY. What do I do?

My laptop died & I got a new one - I downloaded Adobe Editions & tried to download the Ebook I hadnt finished reading on the dead PC. I got an error message ' already fulfilled by another user'Numerous web sites advised I need to de-activiate my previous devices but when I log into my Adobe account, there is no option to do so.Another option advised, was to delete my Adobe account but when I tried this option, it said if I did so, I wouldnt bee able to recreate that account which to me meant I couldnt use that email address again. Guess I could just make another Gmail address but thats another fact to remember or record.Any advice out there as to deleting all my previous devices from my Adobe aaccount?what I ended up doing was 'returning' the book & borrowing it from another library.
