I have enter my ADOBE ID Password under DRM Account but what ever password even after changing the pass word in Adobe,it is not accepting the password.This problem is unsolved more than 10 days. Adobe Digital Editions has not been able to load to my PC since my Windows 10 updates on 18 Feb 20.  I have a HP laptop that I bought with Windows 7 (worked fine); took the free upgrade to Windows 10 when Microsoft put it out (everything got real slow).  I've been using Adobe Digital Editions always with no trouble.  I don't have WiFi at home, I mostly read and watch DVDs on the PC.  The library has free WiFi, I use it for library Ebook loans, Project Gutenberg downloads, and updates.  On 18 Feb 20 I got some Gutenberg downloads, some library E loans, and updates.  When I got home the machine said it neede a restart to finish installing updates.  I restarted it, and Digital Editions has not come up since.  The short cut is there but it does not load.     Since then I have re-downloaded from Adobe homepage, I've "reset" Windows; I have "fresh start" Windows; and the ADE still will not come up.  There is a miniature sp

Can't use this at all.Trying to read a purchased ebook, ACSM format, which on a Mac OS can only be opened/converted with ADE.I can open PDFs just fine, but that's not what I depend on ADE for. I'm urgently trying to convert this book in preparation for an upcoming deadline.Running ADE 4.5 on Catalina, but this problem has persisted prior to upgrading.   

Hi I´ve downloaded a book but everytime I try to read in Adobe Digital Editios it came with the next menssage: Communications problems with the licenses hosts: E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12

I install ADE 4.5 on windows 10. After installing... everything seems to be ok but it doesn't run. Just do not open. No error signal or something like that... but it doesn't work. Can you help me?

Hi there,I've recently downloaded some epub and pdf ebooks that I want to add to my kobo glo.  I'm using a macbook pro computer with OS 10.7.  I've searched online forums that tell me that I can just drag and drop pdf and epub files on to the KOBOereader that pops up in my devices.  I have done this and ejected the kobo but when I power it up these ebooks are apparently no where on the device.  I then followed the instructions on how to add ebooks using ADE 2.0.  I authorized my computer to read adobe DRM files under the same email that I set up my kobo with.  I plugged in my kobo glo and clicked on connect and the device is recognized in ADE.  I authorized the device and drag-and-dropped the files on to the ereader.  They apparently transferred over fine and when I open the device in my finder window  I see the digital editions folder that contains the files.  I eject the device and power up but the files stll do not appear in my libra

I have bought 3 digital books now, one from Kobe, others elsewhere, on my University desktop.But I cannot read any of them!they say "Errors were encountered in opening the file"Surely these are not all scams?Could my University server be sabotaging the process? 

Continuing with the theme of constant problems with an authorised account or otherwiseI set up a brand new desktop PC today, and established both a new Adobe account and a Kobo account.Downloaded two books from my local library via ADE onto the Kobo reader, after I ejected the KOBO from the PC, one book was authorised and the other stated I was wasn't authorised to do so!!You couldn't make this up; it's a joke, and a very poor one

Tried to update my primary adobe email address and after I enter in my chosen email it states 'Primary email (Adobe ID) must have a valid value'. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

The email address I used when I first started with Digital Editions is long, long gone: together with it's password. but it is now proving impossible to authorise my KOBOAdobe know my current email address, no matter how many times (as advised by Adobe web chat support) I uninstall and reinstall it still defaults to the long defunct email and requests a now non-existent password. My normal adobe account has the correct address, and yet the Digital Editions element still shows the defunct email and requests the "dead password", (and there is not even a "forgotten password" facility), it just continues to say I am not authorised . What a total load of utter rubbish

Every time I renew an ebook from my library, when I try and open it with Adobe Digital Editions after it was initially meant to be returned, it doesn't work. I've tried deleting the book then re-adding it, uninstalling adobe digital editions and reinstalling it, and nothing is working.

bonjour ma femme a un souci elle n'a plus acces a ces livre qu'elle a acheter hors rakuten et ne plus plus associer sa liseuse kobo aura a adobe digital edition voila le message quui lui est transmit quans elle veut les associer. "impossible d'accorder une autorisation a cet ordinateur avec votre ID car vous avez atteint la limite maximal d'autorisation pour ordinateur et/ou péropherque avec le meme ID"le probleme c'est qu'on a du remettre sa liseuse a zero et maintenant elle ne plus plus ce connecté a ce livre.quelqu'un aurai t'il une solution.merci

Hello, fellows people. I'm having an issue: I borrowed an ebook from my local library, and upon download, it gave me an error. Following the guide, I tried to solve the issues by de-authorizing the program, but.... it says it can't comply with the request! Has anyone ever had the same issues? Know what to do?

When you zoom in the page to read trying to scroll becomes next to impossible. It takes about 1 minute to scroll just 4 cm. Anyone know how to fix this? I have attempted to reinstall.**There are an only 10 options to choose from in topics, each topic is extremely specific. "ACSM files, Kobo editions. Nook, Install ADE, ADE authorization, Activation, Deauthorization, Download, Bluefire, DRM" these are the options for my topic. Clearly these options are not enought to fit the spectrume of topics that users may have to write on here. I just thought I would add this because that is ridiculous.. 

Bonjour, j'arrive à ouvrir les livres téléchargés dans mon mac et à les tranférer dans ma liseuse kobo. Par contre, lorsque je veux les ouvrir, il est indiqué que je n'ai pas l'autorisation pour ouvrir ce livre. J'ai pourtant les autorisations pour ce périphériques lorsque je regarde dans mon ordinateur. Quelqu'un peut m'aider?

Depuis quelques jours, je peux les télécharger, les ouvrir avec ADE, mais quand je les transfère sur ma liseuse, je ne peux plus les ouvrir. Quelque soit la marque de la liseuse.J'ai de nombreux appels d'usagers mécontents et coincés !Il faut trouver une solution !

How can I authorize Adobe Digital Editions with an Adobe Company/School ID? Currently, it only authorizes my personal Adobe ID - there is no dialogue screen that pops up to select which account to authorize.

Hi,I usually download e-books from the belgian platform LIRTUEL.beThese last weeks, I coudn’t manage to open two books (I had the message “you don’t have the DRM authorization). I was using the 4.5 version.I tried to pass to the 3.0 version but it was not possible to take away the authorization for the 4.5 version.So I took away the installation of both versions from my computer and I made a new installation of the version 3.0. But it didn’t changed anything and it was impossible to uninstall the authorization.Then I tried to uninstall the authorization of the 4.5 version. I have the message « please try later » but it’s lasting since for 10 days.I tried several times, without more success.When I try to open an e-book downloaded with en extension .acsm, I always have the message « Error ! check activation »I really need some help ! Bonjour,Je rencontre un problème avec le téléchargement de livres issus de la bibliothèque municipale.Avant je téléchargeai des livres et lorsque je cliquai sur le fichier avec extension .acsm, celui-ci s'ouvrait directement dans ADE, mais mon extension n'est plus reconnue (j'ai essayé de la modifier en l'ouvrant avec PDF mais rien n'y fait).Avez-vous une solution à mon problème, merci.Configuration: Windows / Chrome 79.0.3945.130 

 

Hello!I am using the Adobe Digital Editions for E-Book.There is one problem that I have made two Adobe IDsI created a second ID without checking the existing ID. Could you help me that I could use one ID to read all of the books?Thanks. 

I have adobe ID : mvekambaram@gmail.com. I have tried all paaswords including after changing the Password but in vain.I could not log in to my account. I want to deauthorize my account clearing all my earlier passwords anf reenter with new password. Please autorize my account from your end.I am not expert and struggling with this for past twodays.Request your help.
