Digital Editions

When I tried to load my books with acsm file from Google Play Books, it shows 'E_ADEPT_ CORE_ KEY_SCRAMBLE' and I can't load it. Some of older books could be loaded but most of them doesn't. I tried to find the way to solve it but I figured no specific answer for it. Please help.

Bonjour, j'ai changé d'ordinateur et je ne suis plus capable de transférer un livre Epub (ascm) dans ma version Adobe Digitals Editions 4.5. J'ai toujours la même fenêtre d'erreur qui m'apparaît de téléchargement impossible, voir capture écran ci-dessous. quelqu'un peut m'aider? 

J’ai téléchargé ADE, autorisé ma tablette mais dans les paramètres je ne peux pas autoriser le téléchargement automatique (option grisée, pourquoi ?).J’ai tenté également le transfert par câble USB mais ADE ne voit pas ma liseuse Vivlio.Est-ce quelqu'un connaîtrait la solution ? D’avance merci.

Hello,  I've been using ADE and EPUB books for my Nook Glow light for about a year with no real issues. I just downloaded two books from the library, which showed up in the EPUB on my Mac but when I went to transfer them to my Nook, it keeps crashing. I've unauthorized and reauthorized, redownloaded the books, and the newest edition of ADE but is still keeps crashing. I've restarted the laptop as a whole as well. What is going on and can anyone help me? 

Hi ik probeer Adobe Digital Editions op mijn laptop te downloaden maar als ik probeer in te loggen met mijn wachtwoord van Adobe dan krijg ik de foutmelding :digital editions heeft een fout gedecteerd op de activeringserver. I'm in a mess. I have been downloading borrowed library books via adobe edtions 4.0 to my Kobo reader for a long time. It stopped working. I can read the book in my browser but when I go to transfer it into my Kobo the error message is "Oops this document cannot be opened. Protected by DRM and is currently no authorized for use with your Adobe ID etc. "  I recently changed my email address and don't know if this had something to do with the ID problem, so I deauthorized my computer and submitted all new information, reauthorized it and it was accepted. Now when I download a library book to Adobe Editions it says "error getting license. License already fulfilled by another server etc". Helpe

Trying to authorize my PC with Adobe Digital Editions using 'Google' as my ebook vendor. Authorization keeps failing with the error message."Incorrect login ID or password for the selected eBook vendor. Please try again"I know my login details are correct. I have tried omitting the @8395988.com with no luck. I want to be able to import my google play books collection into Adobe Digital Editions.Any help would be much appreciated.Mekoor

Hello,From reviewing existing posts, it appears that it is not possible to report a bug in ADE. But, I will ask anyway, and perhaps get my own answer.I was battling (along with others) over the refusal of ADE to download books through a .acsm file when the book is purchased from Google. In true Adobe/Google fashion, the tool suddenly started downloading some books yesterday. As I happened to have made lists of books downloaded and books on Google, I used Excel to find the discrepancies, and then got caught up by downloading those books that were missing from the drive. All, that is, but 6 books that failed with the hated KEY_SCRAMBLE error.Well, I'm somewhat better off; except that at the end of that process, I downloaded the current version of ADE, removed the existing application and installed the new one. Don't ask. Now, ADE is crashing on startup. It doesn't even load the splash screen. The App log in event viewer gives all the nasty details, starting with:Faulting application name

I downloaded ADE as instructed on the Overdrive page: https://help.overdrive.com/en-us/0452.html per their tech support, but, when I attempt to access the supplementary PDF, I get an error message:The ADE website seems to indicate that they have not updated it to run with Sonoma:https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/macos-sonoma-compatibility-common-issues.html Is there a fix for this? If not, what is the plan? Thank you. 

Ich musste ein neues Adobe-Konto eröffnen, da ich meine alten Daten nicht mehr wusste. Nun kann ich meine Epubs mit DRM in Adobe Digital Edition nicht mehr öffnen, da diese für das alte Benutzerkonto registriert sind. Gibt es eine Lösung für das Problem?

Ma question : Comment ajouter mon compte avec mes informations pour pouvoir mettre les livres de la bibliothèque dans ma liseuse ?

Hi! My institution sets up "Company or school" accounts which are logged into with our SSO for staff/ faculty. We can access lent materials through Adobe Digital Editions on PC with these accounts, but there doesn't seem to be an option to authorize with these accounts for ADE for iPad. Is it possible to use a "Company or school" Adobe ID w/ SSO in ADE for iPad and how would one do so?

J'ai changé d'ordinateur.  J'ai dû télécharger la  version Adobe digital  4.5.12 puisque la version 3 n'est plus disponible.  Le téléchargement se fait mais l'application ne fonctionne plus quand je télécharge un livre et je ne peux pas transférer le livre sur ma liseuse.  Je dois fermer l'ordi pour  pourvoir fermer l'application.  C'est quoi le problème?

I originally installed ADE and and authorized use without a vendor account or Adobe ID.  I had to perform system restore on my laptop and ADE was removed for some reason so I had to reinstall it.  This caused me to have to create and Adobe ID.  So I registered/created an Adobe ID and password.Now each time I open ADE and try to read my ebook from the library, I get the error"The vendor account you entered is not associated with the item you are trying to open. Try again."When I reinstalled ADE, and I reopened it, the ebook I previously purchased was still there, now I just cannot open it. What do I do?

I changed my Adobe account email and password; and then try to erase computer authorization, in Digital Editions, the email still shows former account email, but when I put old and new password, either of them woks. I unsitall and install the Digital Editions couple times, same issue. I can I update my Adobe account in Digital Editions? would you please help?

Hallo miteinander,ich habe einen neuen Tolino, auf dem Gerät habe ich mich auch mit meiner Adobe ID angemeldet.Wenn ich jetzt auf meinem Laptop Adobe Digital Edition öffne und meinen Tolino mit dem Laptop verbinde erscheint er einfach nicht in der Bibliothek. Muss ich meinen alten Tolino vorher löschen? Aber wo?Wenn ich ebooks in der Bücherei ausleihe brauche ich halt Adobe um die geliehen Bücher über den Laptop auf meinen Tolino zu ziehen.Vielen Dank schonmal für eure Tips!Annette

HiI got a new computer with Windows 11. With my old computer I was using ADE with BORROWBOX from my library but now it is not working on this computer. I have been on to BorrowBox  and they have asked me to Authorise Computer but this is where the problems beginI was asked to erase Authorisation and then put it back. I am unable to download library books with ADE4.5. The #.ascm file downloads and ADE opens, but the book never shows up and no epub file is created. Authorization is successfully set up with Adobe. ADE is the default program. I tried an older ADE version and had the same problem. Tried uninstall & reinstall. Tried deauthorize & reauthorize. This is a "new to me" computer which works fantastically well for everything but getting books from the library. Tried Kindle PC app and while the book syncs in the app I can't open it, so it has to be something about this computer. I can open generic epubus with Aquile Reader. I'm absolute stumped. Running Win11Pro on a Lenovo ThinkCentre M720s,  Product # 10ST008NUS, Bios Version M1UKT77A. Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8500 CPU @ 3.00GHz, Intel UHD Graphics 630, driver version 31.0.101.2115.

Estoy intentando copiar un libro de la biblio dighital al libro elecyronico Kobo a traves de adobe digital editions i al copiarlo me dice que no tengo permiso
